I received this refurb ThinkPad T460 today. My relative needs a new computer but nothing fancy and I'd used a T450 for 4 years at work so I thought something like this would be perfect. I booted it up and thought I could hear a spinning drive, and while fast enough, wasn't as fast as my T450 with an SSD. Found out it had a WD 500GB spinning drive in it - advertised with a 256GB SSD :(. Thankfully I had a new/spare SSD which I installed and after installing Windows 10 again it flies! Physically, condition is like new.. keyboard, screen, and body are all very clean. Because I had to open it to install the SSD, I could see they also cleaned the inside very well too. Now.. despite not having an SSD, this T460 came with a backlit keyboard and full HD screen which was an unexpected bonus so I'm still very happy with it. This model has one internal and one removeable battery, both are below 10% wear which is excellent. My T450 was at 30% wear after years of use so it needed a new battery. Overall - would definitely recommend with the caveat of double checking the specs once you receive it. The company who refurb'd this machine is called PlanITROI. Never heard of them but they do a very thorough job with the refurbishing.

Lenovo T460. Appears to be built well, very clean for a refurbished pc. It did arrive with arrive with a small crack in the plastic but it does not impact functionality. This computer does not have a SSD though it clearly states it does in the item description. It comes with a 500gb HDD. All other specs are accurate, preloaded with windows 10 pro. It will meet my needs as a general use computer to carry around in my backpack. Excellent deal so far.

Great laptop for the price not sure if it will upgrade to window 11 have not tried it as of this review. Randy b

Did Not come with a 256GB SSD Rip Off! Really makes this purchase and tuff buy with an older HDD drive inside.

our main computer was hacked by scammers, so we could not use it, especially for banking. so we bought the Lenovo laptop and my wife loves it. I use a Lenovo and now she does too. I hope the scammers have fun with my old computer I took it apart and destroyed the hard drive, Another scam lost.

After a few months of testing, for the price of the laptop, this has exceeded all of expectations. My favorite feature is the face recognition where I can power my laptop and it automatically will detect my face. I truly recommend this laptop ;)

The computer it self was in good running order and worked fine. This is a third party that is selling on Best Buy and I paid for the fastest shipping because this was a birthday present, and we needed it by a certain date. The company did not even ship it till the date I was suppose to receive it. I would never order again if I see this company name.

Great laptop for the price. Received it in near new condition for being a refurbished computer.

I tried to use this for just lightly editing photos. Not storing them just had one program on it and almost never connected it the internet. It crashes and wont install updates. The keyboard stopped responding.

Nice looking and good feeling refurbished laptop BUT it does NOT come with a 256GB SSD. Instead it came with a 500GB HDD which is slower and really affects performance.

The description said it was a 256GB SSD. hard drive. It arrived with a 500GB mechanical drive. This is the second refurbished laptop I have purchased from Best Buy that didn’t come with the SSD drive as advertised. The performance degradation is huge.

Screws were missing and HD was not as described (HDD instead of SSD)

Good product for a decent price, but no all are the same or work. Bought several and for the ones that are good - great. For the one that wasn't, had to take a star off.
