Meh...
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Its ok - not even a day later i started receiving spam and phishing scams. Barely logged into anything and definitely didn't do any funny searching. Screen has some glare. But colors are vivid. Heavily thinking about going back to apple though..

SO many issues in 1 week
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really think I received a defective laptop, because there is no way a brand new laptop should be giving me so many issues. First day I used it, fresh out the box, I opened OneNote and took some notes then I tried to open the settings app and it wouldn't open after many attempts. Tried again 10 mins later and it finally opened. Then on tablet mode, I could take hand written notes on OneNote but when I tried to switch between pens colors it wouldn't work. I probably clicked the pen icon (on OneNote) like 30 times before worked. Then yesterday when I opened my laptop half of my wallpaper was missing, half the screen was black. The taskbar was nowhere to be found and my keyboard and trackpad wasn't working but yet the lights on the keyboard were on. Closed the laptop and opened it again, couldn’t sign in with face ID or fingerprint, keyboard still not working. The only thing working was the display, had to long in by inputting the pin with the touchscreen pin pad. Logged in, taskbar still not visible, cursor no were to be found, keyboard/track pad still not working. Closed laptop again, opened it and the screen was off, couldn't get it to turn on anymore but keyboard light were still on. After trying to function for 20 mins I gave up. I opened up the laptop 30mins later and it was working perfectly fine. Huh?? So some days it works and others it doesn't? I've had it for a week, there's no way a BRAND NEW laptop should be acting like this. It's 32GB of RAM and 1TB storage. I will be returning this, my 6 year old surface pro 7 works better than this

Bad Screen Response and Possibly Bad Hinges
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Right out of the box one of the keys on the keyboard popped off. I heard something fall on the ground, that didn't make me happy. I didn't even touch the keys and that happened. Luckily, I popped out back on, but still that shouldn't have happened. Annoying! After I set everything up, on day 2 if having it, the screen was showing signs of an intermittent screen response issue. When opened in the laptop position, the screen was just black and then would occasionally flicker. Then, randomly it would start working. Also, the computer wouldn't switch between laptop to tablet mode. Either the keys would register in laptop mode or the touch screen wouldn't respond, additionally, I'd get a black screen. I thought it was a user error and decided to be patient. My patience ran out when this problem continued and I brought it into Best Buy to show the computer tech guys, they agreed that my computer was glitchy and probably issues with the wiring in the hinges. I agree. I've had to stand in a number of lines for this computer and so far, I'm not impressed with this brand. I tried contacting customer service, only to get nowhere with their AI chat bot. I've returned my faulty computer and am hoping that I'll have better luck with the replacement. I'm left wondering, why wasn't the computer out under mute thorough testing? I've wasted a lot of time setting up my first computer and installing software, only to have to deal with reinstalling it when I get my replacement. I feel that with all this frustration, Lenovo should offer a further discount. After all, I'm dealing with the consequences of poor quality control!
