So far it cleans everything we thought at it. Very happy, I wish it would dry a little better but everything else has been perfect.

Heavy duty, turn it on and can not hear any noise. Easy to clean

Great dishwasher. Plenty of room. Like that the middle & top racks are adjustable to allow an almost endless combination of dishes to be loaded. The steam feature is great for heavily soiled items. Doesn't seem to dry well unless the "extra dry" & "night dry" features are enabled.

Got the first dishwasher, it had dents in it, and leaked from the top, Best Buy replaced and so far so good, dishes come out looking great.

We purchased this product as part of a set with the gas range, fridge and microwave. Heard a lot of good stuff about it and was excited to place these items in our updated kitchen. Wife loves the range and microwave and spits on the dishwasher (figuratively)! We have had two different LG service reps come out to fix the machine 4 times!!!! within the first year. LG refuses to acknowledge that it is a lemon and instead stated that they would extend the warranty for a “one time courtesy” service call. This occurred during the pandemic so I was not going to have anyone come to the house in the height of the virus (March/April). Now we received an error code for a part which was already replaced during the warranty. Customer Service gave me a hard time getting that “one time” service. Trust has been broken. We will not buy another LG product!

We have had this dishwasher exactly two years and it is not functioning. It started acting up 6 months ago and now needs to be replaced. Absolutely unacceptable that a $1,200 dishwasher does not last more than 2 years.

I have always loved LG appliances and this is another great unit from them. Looking forward to using my whole new kitchen!

About to call for the third time for repair. Maybe after this repair it’ll also clean my dishes. I usually have to hand wash half the load(I scrape and rinse dishes prior).

I want to love this dishwasher! When I actually get it to turn on, the dishes come out sparkling. It is quiet. It looks great. BUT - it almost never turns on. After pressing the power button, then the start button - and closing the door within the four seconds - the lights just keep flashing ("stand-by mode") and it won't turn on. I usually try turning it off and back on - sometimes magically works. Most times, it won't turn on after over 10 tries - I wipe both the door and the seal - still won't turn on. Eventually, I get it to turn on. Sometimes six hours later after dozens of attempts. Yes - Best Buy has been responsive and has come twice to re-install it. Yes, LG sent an appliance repair person to replace the entire top control panel. Still does not work. I am hoping I just have a lemon - and I am willing to try a new one that is the same model. If I have a single issue, though, I will exchange for a Bosch.

All I've got to say is WOW. Maybe it's because we had an old, meh dishwasher previously, but this one is amazing! First, it's huge inside, mostly due to a lack of heating element. Don't let that deter you, your dishes still get dry. Second, QuadWash powers through anything that you've left on your dishes. Third, it's quiet. Again, maybe it seems that way to us because of our old dishwasher, but it's almost too quiet, which is why I definitely appreciate the SmartThinQ app. Sometimes you forget it's running until you get a notification that it's done! All in all, this thing is wonderful. I'm a big fan of LG products and this one lives up the their reputation. If you're in the market for a dishwasher, get it! You won't be disappointed.

We purchased our LG LDP7708ST dishwasher about 2 years ago. The only good thing we got was an extended warranty -- because we need it. We read lots of stories about the dishwasher having issues, but the price was great and we liked the smart aspects. We'd previously had another LG dishwasher and never had any issues. We should have followed the reviews and bought something else. About 18-months after purchase, the dishwasher started doing a thing where it shuts off, won't re-start, and plays a two-tone "high-low" song when it stops working. If you power off, change settings, and re-try, then it will eventually start working; however, it is a huge pain. You might start the dishwasher and leave the house, and not realize it has stopped; the next time you look, you have a dishwasher full of dirty dishes. LG is sending technicians to repair, so I can't fault their technical support. However, the dishwasher has major fundamental issues. The first technical LG sent (who never showed up) explained over the phone that these dishwashers are known to have major problems. In all, I strongly recommend against this product. We've had other LG products (dishwashers, refrigerators) and the experience has always been great; however, I would never buy another LG dishwasher.
