It's big, beautiful, and I love it! The three doors and the water inside are amazing. It's saving us money because we don't have to buy water bottles, and we never run out of ice! I recommend this refrigerator. I bought it with my Best Buy credit card with no interest for 24 months!

Great fridge. Very roomy, works well, well organized. The water dispenser is a nice touch, and the ice maker creates plenty of ice for us. If you need a ton of ice, quick, then maybe yeah, not the fridge for you. If it’s not a big deal, this is an excellent value.

It’s a perfect fit in our kitchen. Very spacious. Clean looking. Nice and cold inside. Ice maker could be a little faster (we love ice) but for the most part, it works perfectly. There’s a drinking water system inside that works great. Just needs to run the new filter a few times to get the water clear.

Really like this refrigerator. Internal water dispenser keeps the outside doors from water streaks and ice flying everywhere. Ice maker a little slow, but manageable. Refrigerator compartment very roomy. Freezer compartment a little small but we have a stand alone freezer so plenty of room for our frozen foods. Only negative: Our first refrigerator had to be replaced because refrigerator temperature would not go below 40 degrees even when set at 33. Best Buy's Totaltech was great, had a replacement within a few days, no hassles. Now we will wait and see about longevity that only time will tell.

We've had this fridge for a month & we LOVE it! The interior compartments of the fridge & freezer are spacious. We were able to tweak the shelves inside to accommodate what our needs are. There's a bit of splashing from the water dispenser in the fridge, but it's minor. The ice maker doesn't put out TONS of ice, but we don't care. We're a family of 3 (4 if we double the usage to allow for our teenaged son!) who doesn't have parties. There's plenty of ice for our needs. Our last fridge was an LG & it lasted over 18 years. It was still working, but had some issues which is why we got this one. I'm optimistic that this one will also last for MANY years to come!

We had an LG that had been recalled and is currently involved in a class action suit so I was hesitant to buy another LG. We've only had the fridge about few weeks so i can't attest to the longevity of it yet. I do love the water inside the door. It does stink that you have to open the fridge and let it stay open as you are filling water but it prevents having to clean the splatter of the water off the front of the fridge. The ice dispenses automatically right into a bucket in the top drawer and it holds a substantial amount of ice. I do think you lose some freezer space with the double drawers however it is nice to keep meats separate from other items in the freezer. By having the ice dispenser in the freezer it gives a ton of extra room in the containers in the door of the fridge. All of the shelves within the fridge are adjustable except for the veggie and deli drawers. So far I like it and would purchase it again as I really like this sleep look without the buttons or dispensers on the doors.

I like this fridge. It was on sale for cyber Monday and it was a good half way point for us on cost. I have no complaints so far. It’s a deeper & wider fridge so I have plenty of space on the shelves to fit plenty of items of food, I can also move the shelves to make things fit better. It has great shelving on the doors and you can fit a lot in them which is surprising. I don’t like small narrow fridges or side-by-side fridges I like space! This also has plenty of space in both freezers. So this was a good purchase for me.

Refrigerator overall is great. Love the additional room due to not having the on door ice and water, but the inside water dispenser is a good balance. Would have given it 5 stars, but the first one arrived with 4 small dings on the left top door, so had to get a replacement and the ice making could be faster.

Great beautiful refrigerator! Lots of room in fridge! Freezer is okay, always need more room but grateful not to dig in deep lower drawer - the two drawers take care of that! LG had best ratings.

I love this refrigerator. Great space internally. My husband wanted an internal water dispenser and ice machine. I wasn't that keen on the idea but I LOVE it. The feature definitely gives a clean exterior appearance.

We've had this beautiful, French Door refrigerator for 2 months and we love it! It's so much easier to organize our food and we can see almost everything without having to dig around. Having 2 drawers for our freezer items really helps us keep our frozen foods organized and know what foods we have before we buy anything more. Therefore, we waste less food and our refrigerator and freezer stays well organized. We also love having an ice maker inside the top freezer drawer as well as a filtered water dispenser inside the refrigerator door. The exterior is fingerprint resistant and easy to clean. We also like that we can adjust the temperature in both the refrigerator and the freezer drawers. We couldn't be happier with this LG product so far!

I have no complaints about the LG french Door Refrigerator. It has plenty of storage space in the cooler and freezer. It keeps the temperature exactly what you put the temperature settings on. The water inside is awesome and the Ice maker works great I wish the ice maker made more ice but I can live with it. The water filter is easy to change and easy to get to. We bought the open box special at a discount price but it great. It has 3 small dents on it but it doesn't hurt anything the refrigerator works great.

Best decision to upgrade with a French door Refrigerator/Freezer. Has more than enough room to store foods, vegetables and fruits. The freezer has a bucket in one of the drawers for ice cubes - makes plenty of cubes for daily use - plus they do not stick together. I have the ability of water from a spout inside the refrigerator - always cold.

I wanted to really like this fridge... but the freezer was frosting over immediately within a day after delivery. Not a good sign that it's already experiencing problems so soon. Unfortunately had to get this returned, and bought a different brand fridge with a better track record for reliability and quality. But, for those who want to take a chance, here's why I wanted to like it: * No water/ice dispenser in the door. Simplicity is king: it looks so much nicer. Also the in-door water and ice dispenser in the door is usually the source of many reliability problems later. * Huge capacity: coming from a 20 cu ft fridge, 27 cu ft is much nicer * Second freezer drawer: it's nice to be able to access the top freezer drawer without having to open up the entire freezer compartment However, because of the reliability problems or poor quality right out of the box, I cannot in good faith recommend this fridge. If the fridge is already having functionality issues, the rest doesn't matter. I had heard and read on the Internet of the various issues LG fridges have (look up linear compressor for many a horror story and a class action lawsuit to boot). I wanted to give LG a chance because the design, capacity, and price of the fridge would have otherwise been perfect. But lesson learned, there is a reason why LG has a not great reputation for fridges.

I noticed the frost along the front portion of the lower freezer drawer. Probably, the reason is that the packing rubber band of that part is short compared to the other side.
