Having the full width of the refrigerator makes storing trays of food a breeze. The custom ice spheres are great for mixed drinks. The “customizable” middle drawer is fantastic for storing frequently used items or allowing for additional freezer space. The door in a door feature is great for accessing items without having to open up the full door. I love the measured water dispenser feature and the size of the dispenser allows you to easily fill up water bottles without having to hold them the whole time.

In week two of using the refrigerator. Everything is working well and it is large. Not sure what size my old one was but it was at least and inch or two not as deep. Everything fits but just getting used to it sticking out further. Went with this unit based off of CR ratings and past experience with LG refrigerator. Has an issue getting the wifi to work, but LG service was great sent someone out and we got it working. We did a lot of things but I would suggest using a table vs a phone to get it to first connect. Your phone has too many other was to connect. Features: #1 feature for us was the door in door. old refrigerator did not keep temp. This feature is making a difference. #2 feature was the conversion drawer, time will tell if is a plus. #3 craft ice, it's just fun Extra features that you may not know that we like: Measured dispensing of water. Smart Energy grid made, don't use it but if my coop offered it now I can use it. The ice cubes are smaller than GE cubes and I like it.

Love our new fridge!! It has so much room for storage in both the freezer and fridge part. Love the pull out drawer in the middle that can be used either as fridge or freezer. Nice little touch is the second ice machine down below that makes craft ice. Highly recommend!

I love my LG 4 Door, French Door, door in door, Smart Refrigerator (ThinQ) ! It was backordered but was well worth waiting on….from the convertible drawer, WiFi featuring ThinQ which will alert my cell phone with any issues, to the Craft Ice!

All the features we wanted. Only had it for about 3 weeks, but it’s quieter than our old fridge & love the extra drawer & quick access door-in-door.

Gorgeous refrigerator, plenty of space. Double ice makers makes it quite attractive. The middle drawer is reall efficient

It has the features that i like but the quality f the product is questionable. I had unit replace because of a defective door. The second unit i am not sure that the freezer is cooling enough. its at minus 2 degree and my ice cream is a little soft. Also the LG App does not manage the temperature of the Convert drawer. Also the craft ice only produced 3 cubes in 20-24 hours. Disappointing. Still i love how big the fridge is and the door in door and side shelves are great. Plenty of room in the meat and vegetable bins.

This is an excellent Refrigerator, especially if you can get it on a sale. I specifically chose this one because it did not have that glass panel on the right door. I love the middle drawer the most because to can change its individual temp settings. As a ex-employee I highly recommend.

Love this refrigerator. We use the easy access drawer the most. We keep everyday items in it because we can open it without opening up the refrigerator doors. We keep lunch meat, bacon, sausage, cheese, water bottles, pudding cups, applesauce cups, and butter in there. Easy access door also convenient for gallon jugs like milk, and storage trays for condiments and soda bottles. Freezer is very roomy with extra ice tray we can turn on, or off depending on expected usage. Also, ice cube storage and dispenser does not take any space inside the refrigerator. It is all contained in the door.

Love my new refrigerator. The French doors make it much easier to place larger items into my refrigerator. Having the extra drawer that can be made into additional freezer or refrigerator space is great with easy to set temperature settings for this drawer.

Absolutely love this refrigerator freezer! The middle drawer is very handy for deli meats etc! It would have been nice to have inner bottom lined stainless steel instead of plastic. Love the second ice cube maker for beautiful round balls of ice!

Good refrigerator aesthetically and has large capacity. Door-in-door is a better design than some competing units, but lighting in back is not as good as comparable models from, say, GE. Temperature variation is acceptable as you open doors, add new items, etc.

This is a beautiful refrigerator with a lot of space. I chose this refrigerator because it didn't have the ice maker taking up half the inside of the top shelf. The craft ice is awesome as well!

Great refrigerator. Really like the Craft ice and Full Convert drawer.

We've had numerous issues with this fridge. We purchased it for the ice balls, but it doesn't work properly. Called LG support and they keep claiming that a mysterious firmware update will fix it and refuse to send out a technician without us paying for the service fee. The ice maker in the door freezes up all of the time, and has become useless to us. Additionally I can't say that the reliability of the shelving has been great because we've lost two plastic shelves. This fridge costs too much money to have an experience like this. Outside of the issues with the reliability, I don't think that the design was the best. They don't give you a lot of room inside of the fridge for things like milk. They give you space in the door, but that area in the quick access door doesn't stay cold enough to keep things like milk for the full life without them spoiling. We had to purchase a second fridge and keep things like milk in the garage because there just isn't enough space in the fridge. Plenty of shelving, not enough functional space.

We love this fridge! So much versatility! We love having that extra drawer.

Great so far, but does ding quite early when not closed. Also the compartments to put items behind the ice maker are so small that we're not sure what will fit in them.

We purchased our first LG product which was a dishwasher and we enjoy it so much that we went out and bought all new LG appliances. We are very happy with our purchase from Best Buy.

LG is number 1 , the fridge is wonderful, I recommend to all my friends and family who needs a fridge, At this point I have no complaints. Continue LG
