Fantastic machine... very well thought out. Tremendous storage space. Very quiet. Not having had the door-in-door feature before, I was inclined to think it was a bit silly, but it really is useful, especially since the main doors are very heavy. It's a handsome beast... see photo. One issue we had, which has been reported on the LG support forums, is that initially we had a very metallic taste to the water even after running many gallons through. Turns out the water filter was not rotated far enough to allow water flow. Really needs a firm twist after the initial engagement of the filter and filter head. Problem solved. Doors are very deep, so this would not work adjacent to a solid wall... in the photo, you can see that we have it pulled out a bit to clear the partial wall on the right when opening the main right door; the door-in-door is not an issue for clearance. Freezer has two sliding drawers... a shallow one underneath the deeper top one. Very handy for shallow items so they don't get lost in the depths. Geek Squad installers were awesome... very careful and thorough.

I saw this and loved the look and options. Best Buy had the best price and no interest credit card purchase. LG is the brand I love and only one I wanted to invest this kind of $ for a refrigerator. We went with the counter depth and it's doesn't stick out as far in the kitchen and more than enough room. I wasn't really aware there are two depths: counter or standard. The counter is a few inches shorter in depth and align better with a kitchen counter. The knock knock door is so nice and love how there's a place for everything. The ice (crushed or crescent) and water dispenser are great and accommodate a taller water receptacle. The freezer compartment has the lower area, a pizza-like drawer for not too tall items, and then a top compartment! We opted not to use the 2nd ice maker in the lower freezer but that's an option. It makes the cutest round ice balls! It's super quite and it doesn't show fingerprints like the previous stainless steel we purchased - awesome. Highly Recommend!

only had it for a couple of weeks so far .. but I can say its very quiet.. I had a GE and it was freezing up so I bought this one.. the ge wa son similar size but this seems to hold much more because of it freezer is situated.. I wa sable able to put everything in it no problem with space for more... I love the ice maker in the door and the door in door for the drinks.. it make door open time much easier in and out.. I actually can organize my fridge better.. the shelves on the ice maker side door are more condiments and thin bottle items like heresy chocolate syrup type stuff.. the only thing id like to see better is the craft ice maker in the freezer only makes 3 round cubes every 24hrs.. but I guess that won't get used that muck as the door ice maker keeps up fine with 3 here. plenty of ice to spare.

Beautiful Refrigerator! The Craft Ice Balls are a hit. Love the Door in Door feature for much used items and ability to view into the fridge. One flaw is the deli drawer can only be opened if both fridge doors are open. I like the "mini" sliding tray in the freezer for putting things like frozen pizza. Also the fact that it can measure the ounces of water from the door dispenser is helpful for cooking and my own water consumption. All in all we are happy with the fridge.

The fridge is otherwise amazing, however, there are some sizing issues. Some thing are just a millimeter shy of a perfect fit. Some spaces are tight and the ice tastes like chemical off gassing. We have dumped many batches of ice and let the bucket off gas but if the ice melts at all, it ruins your drink. The open door alarm is quite loud. The divider in the freezer is very nice and easy to slide around. I like the tiny shelf for ice packs and smaller flat frozen foods. Everything is smooth and very attractive. I don't think I should have to knock as firmly as I do to get the light to come on, but it isn't a huge annoyance. The ice dumping is very quiet but the refilling is quite loud. Love the sound of the ball ice dumping.

After doing extensive research I realized this was the perfect fridge for me. Not only does it look cool and futuristic, but it also has a number of features to match its looks. Temperature zones allow you to keep your produces, meats, and leftovers at optimal temperatures all in the same fridge. The huge freezer allows you to store a number of things. The dual ice maker gives you 3 options for ice, cubed, crushed or round craft ice. This is an awesome fridge that gets a lot of attention when I have guests over.

We are enjoying our new refrigerator, especially the east access door on the front. Lewis the bully milk in front and makes more room for other things in the refrigerator. 4 stars because the big round ice balls take a long time to add up in the dip bin and for a large family, this becomes less ideal.

This was an impulse purchase I don’t regret it at all! We love this refrigerator! This has a lot of space and the dual ice maker is amazing! My kids love the door in door feature while my husband and I love the craft ice. The freezer space is great.

One month since delivered. More expensive than we were planning to purchase, but it was an Awesome purchase. Would absolutely purchase again. Only mild issues. Craft ice take days to create either 3 or 6 at a time. Would be nice if shelves could go a little lower as it can be tight to fit items on them. But spacious otherwise.

My Wife has been researching this LG refrigerator for months now . As soon as it arrived and was installed she was even more in love ! This thing is beautiful and spacious.

Love this fridge. the water tasted funny at first but I think it was because I didn’t screw on the water filter all the way. Or it might have been fixed by me tapping it on the counter. Pretty sure it wasn’t screwed on right. The shelf that pushes back for bigger items. I just took it out and I have plenty of space for big items now. I’m really happy with this fridge. It’s my favorite thing in the kitchen.

Ball ice is fun takes a few days to make 3 cubes at a time. Not much space in doors taken up by ice maker so sauces and jars have to go on the shelf. Otherwise black stainless is pretty matched pretty well with other brands.

This fridge has great space in the fridge and the freezer! The kids are so excited about the knock knock door and dad is excited about the craft ice!

After a lot of looking and researching different brands we decided on this new LG model with dual ice makers and Craft ice. We had issues with our last two Kitchenaid models, hopefully will have better luck with LG. Lots of room and we really like the instaview with door in door.

So in love with the fridge. The only flaw for me is that the fresh air filter is impossible to reach in to short. Otherwise I love it and the color. My boyfriend is in love with the ice spheres.

This fridge is pretty awesome. Totally worth taking out cabinets and cutting the counter shorter to fit lol. But, we also got it open box for a third of the price with a 5 year geek squad. If I had the money, I'd buy it at full price though.

I bought this as a closeout floor model for 75% off and it was immaculate nothing wrong with it. It even came with free delivery. The only problem was they canceled the delivery twice, the last time was because they shipped it to a warehouse in another state and couldn’t get it back in time because if snow storms in colorado. I live in utah and only 2 miles from the store i bought it at. Why would you ship a fridge to another state for a 2 mile delivery? In the process the shipping company put a dent and scratches on it…

The ice balls are a fun party trick. We have not found away to turn off the beeping when the door is left open which is nice since my gf has a leaving the fridge door open problem.

Great refrigerator, wish I would have done it a long time ago. Works great holding baby bottles with easy opening
