Great HDR 4k Gaming TV
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.+ Great HDR Min and Max for this price range + G-Sync compatible + 120Hz for Gaming +Deep Blacks and Rich Colors, really showing off the OLED. + No noticeable burn in since being in heavy use from Feb 17, 2025 Currently, I don't have any negatives to report. Quality is great and the burn in worry doesn't seem relevant here as it has many features to keep this from happening. The colors are rich and the black levels are amazing for this price range. I've been gaming since I received it and have been having a great time enjoying the quality of image it provides. I recommend this TV for Gaming or a small bedroom for watching movies.

Its decent
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The LG OLED B4 series is an impressive TV for its price, offering fantastic picture quality and a few standout features, though it’s not without its drawbacks. Picture Quality The TV's OLED panel shines with exceptionally bright HDR performance and incredibly deep blacks, creating a level of contrast that surpasses standard 4K TVs and even slightly edges out QLED technology. Whether watching movies, gaming, or streaming, the visual experience is immersive and vibrant. Build and Design The build quality is solid, albeit slightly heavy. However, this heft translates to durability and a sense of sturdiness. Mounted on the wall with bias lighting, the TV looks stunning and adds a premium touch to any room. Installation is straightforward, and the design feels more robust compared to many competitors. I use mine in a 12x12 room, where it fits perfectly. Additionally, I’ve noticed very little glare, even in bright daytime conditions, making it suitable for a variety of lighting setups. Performance and Gaming While the resolution and refresh rate are impressive on paper, the gaming features fall short in practice. Game Mode and AMD FreeSync didn’t work properly with my AMD RX 6800M GPU, causing the screen to flicker black or shut off entirely. As a result, gaming performance can be hit-or-miss. That said, the TV can function as a decent monitor when it works. I’ve had enjoyable gaming sessions, but the refresh rate never feels quite right, regardless of adjustments. Turning off TruMotion improves performance significantly. Smart Features The TV offers a wide range of apps and integrates seamlessly with Alexa. However, the AI features are underwhelming—I’ve noticed minimal benefits beyond slight sound optimization. Sound Quality One of the standout aspects is the built-in speakers. The sound quality is exceptional, delivering loud and clear audio that eliminates the need for an external sound system. It’s rare to find a TV with speakers this good. The Magic Remote The Magic Remote is functional but frustrating. The cursor behaves inconsistently—if you point the remote away from the screen, it gets stuck on the edge and moves prematurely when you bring it back. For comparison, a Wii Remote re-centers seamlessly, making the LG remote feel clunky and counterintuitive. Customer Service Perhaps the biggest downside is LG’s customer service, which is a nightmare to deal with. They make you jump through hoops to prove the TV has a malfunction before approving warranty service. You’re required to take photos and videos to document the issue, but the pictures often fail to send via text, requiring multiple attempts. Afterward, they may demand a video, but since you can’t record while on a call, they frequently deny warranty claims. This creates a frustrating and time-consuming process that undermines an otherwise excellent product. Despite the TV's strengths, purchasing it comes with the risk of poor support if anything goes wrong. Final Thoughts The LG OLED B4 series offers stunning picture quality, robust sound, and a beautiful design that fits well in most spaces. However, gaming performance can be inconsistent, and the customer service experience leaves much to be desired. While it’s a good TV overall, buyers should weigh the risks of potential support challenges.

Amazing value for Gaming Monitor
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Big gaming monitors are expensive. If you need high refresh rates and large real estate for your FPS games, you may need to spend more money. But for those of us that enjoy RPGs, Sims, and the occasional action game, this was a real no brainer! I've had my eye on LGs OLED televisions for quite a while. I've had this particular one in my cart since it was released. I am very happy I finally purchased. The colors are vibrant and very accurate. The text is always readable. Videos, of course, are gorgeous. I've used TVs before, but this one is the most "monitor like" yet. The size is truly acceptable, and I don't miss my dual 32" curved MSI screens at all. Now, there are some setup issues. We all want the 120hz goodness when playing video games. To do this, I had to enable Dolby Vision. I also loaded an LG OLED profile on my PC, which causes screen timeout fairly quickly if you aren't actively interacting with the screen. There are some acceptable cons. Since I am using this as a monitor, there is a dedicated Hisense TV in the room. The remotes send the same codes and interfere with each other. More care is required when operating either screen with the remote. Dolby Vision can be glitchy with my 4070 card after an extended sleep. It's better to shut down the PC if you aren't going to use it for a couple hours. TBH, I should do this more often as it saves energy. I used a 32" HD monitor mounted vertically for Discord and browser info. If you have a 27" HD, it would probably fit better. I also like the fact that I actually gained usable desk space. Those of you with curved screens know the pain. Best value monitor of 2025. Maybe not the FPS shooter monster, but for all other games, A++++ Do not let the size intimidate you!

Good TV for gaming and watching movies
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First off, the TV itself looks amazing. Compared to my C3 I really can't tell much difference...the C3 is slightly brighter at max brightness but I never have either that bright. Gaming performance is excellent. It supports 120hz and VRR on all 4 HDMI ports. Pixel response is good, particularly in low latency mode. It also does support G-Sync and works great as a monitor. I've got mine hooked up to my gaming PC and it's been working flawlessly. The only thing that I don't like is it seems to have a bit of coil whine at high brightness levels. LG support told me it's likely coming from the power supply of the unit and it should quiet down over time. To be fair I am very sensitive to that type of high pitch noise so a normal person might not hear it at all. I'll update my review if it ends up quieting down or if I end up having the TV replaced. Overall I'm pretty happy with the B4, especially on sale for the price I paid. If it's on sale again I'd recommend it. If not, I'd wait until it is. At it's normal price you'd be better off going with a C4 for a little bit more.

A Great TV at a Fantastic Price
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is my first time stepping into the OLED world, and I’m honestly blown away by the clarity and richness of the picture. The infinite contrast and deep blacks make movies and shows look incredibly lifelike, and once you experience it, it’s hard to go back to regular LED TVs. The LG B4 also shines when it comes to gaming. With HDMI 2.1 support, VRR (Variable Refresh Rate), ALLM (Auto Low Latency Mode), and that smooth 120Hz panel, games feel fluid and responsive. Input lag is impressively low, making this an excellent choice if you own a PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, or a gaming PC.

Amazing all around entry level OLED
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This TV is an incredible deal. It has an OLED display which in short means incredible colors and deep blacks. It also has great features for gamers such as VRR, 120HZ support and auto low latency mode to minimize lag while playing. If you are looking for an amazing TV to play games on, watch movies/stream, you can't go wrong. No, the picture does not get as bright as more premium OLEDs, but it is a great TV at this price. This is an entry level model punches well above its weight and the size is perfect for a bedroom TV.

Beautiful 4K Graphics
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Amazing visuals - I use it with my PS5 and Nintendo Switch 2 and both look absolutely stunning on this screen. This is the perfect screen for gaming with vivid colors and high refresh rate. The built in speakers actually sound pretty good. I use a sound bar but you could only use the TV sound and still have respectable audio.

Awsome Picture Quality
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is Big Upgrade from and Led Tv I previously had, This is perfect for my xbox the 120hz and Dolby vision and Dolby Atlmos are features i can now use. I would have gave it a 4.5 review only because if you want to install the tv on the wall as close as you can and use the HDMI Arc Port you can’t, unless you buy a 90 degree HDMI adapter or cable, also you could use the spacers provided in your tv mount which i ended up doing .

An Impressive Bargain
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I picked this up at the $749 price, which is a steal for an OLED TV. I’ve been impressed so far. True blacks, vivid colors. Gets plenty bright, even with my overhead lights on. HDMI 2.1 on all ports and 120hz refresh rate. Movies and games both look fantastic. I highly recommend it. At this price, you can’t go wrong.

Great first OLED TV
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Setup is easy and the display is flawless. Screen is bright enough to be in a highly lit room and the 120Hz makes Call of Duty and Gran Turismo 7 on my PS5 that much better. Very happy to have gotten on a discount at the time also.

Amazing entry level OLED, but I wish for more inpu
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This was my first OLED TV ever. To my virgin eyes, the contrast of the perfect black pixels are breathtaking. The refresh rate is tearfully smooth, especially during gaming. My only wish is that there were more variety of inputs such as DisplayPort, and maybe Component/AV.

You’ll love this TV
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve had this tv for a couple of months now, I’ve put it through its paces and it continues to amaze me. I purchased this for the spare bedroom, so that I can play my video game console on it. This OLED tv has amazing image quality. I was expecting some type of compromises because of its lower price point and because LG has higher tier OLED tvs on the market. But I can assure you that there are very little compromises with this television. Each HDMI input supports 4k 120hz display. With one HDMI having ARC capability. I connected my PS5 to this tv and every game looks amazing. Blacks are dark , colors are very vibrant and bright. It has an amazing contrast ratio, and the 120hz refresh rate works flawlessly with my PS5. There is no input lag, games feel very responsive with this tv. I’ve accidentally left the television on overnight a couple of times and there is no burn in issues. The tv will put on a screen saver that changes and refreshes itself every few seconds. The speakers in this tv are also loud and sound good. There is no need for a soundbar with this television if you will just be using it in a small bedroom. Unless you want the loud movie theater type sound. The built in speakers sound very good to my ears. LG web os is very snappy and intuitive to use. I also see no need to use any sort of smart tv device to stream media. The built in OS and software is very good. If you are interested in buying this tv, I can assure you that you will love it. This was just supposed to be a spare tv for me to game on, and it’s become my most used tv in our home.
