First impression of this TV is wow, very clear pictures and great resolution, no blur. After adjusting settings the colors are ok, a little dark, blacks are very good. Sound again is ok, not great as expected with they hype about the speakers. The multi-zone diming is disappointing, yes it is there but very clunky. Over all I do like the web interface and it is a good T.V. for the sale price. It just lacked the mind blowing awesomeness I had hoped for. At full price I might look at other options. One negative the screen has bad reflection of light from the room in dark settings.

Purchased in November, I have not had any issues with the television. The HDR feature displays vibrant colors and the refresh rate is make a huge difference. I upgraded from a Samsung plasma tv.

Great picture speaker is better than expected and set up was easy. As easy as plug and play and follow the prompts.

240 hz refresh rate can't be beat and the setup was extremely simple. The remote has both Netflix and Amazon quick buttons, which is a bonus for us.

It looks great. dark blacks, bright whites. When watching a 4K movie, I feel that I am in the movie. The only better experience may be to have VR goggles on. It sounds really good for not being hooked up to a real sound system. The pointer indicator is nice for selecting from the menu system. If you don't have the remote control, the controls to operate the TV are nicely hidden on the bottom middle standby indicator. The only thing better may be an OLED, but look out for burn-in and expect to pay several hundred dollars more.

This tv is amazing! The only regret is not getting a 65" tv over the 55". The color on the TV is very satisfactory. Surprisingly, the sound on the TV is better that expected coming out of the box. I would suggest at least having a sound bar to go with it. It would not take long for the speakers to blow since they are small. The webOS is actually very easy to use as well as the microphone to speak into. Bravo LG for another great product!

I bought this LG 4K tv on recommendation of Best Buy sales rep. He felt the internal speaker system was the best available. The sound is good, but it is still too early to decide if I will add a sound bar. The colors are stunning and vivid. It will take a few weeks for me to learn all the various settings, but so far I feel this LG tv was an excellent choice.

After doing quite a bit a research on what I wanted to by, I ultimately chose this model over a comparable Samsung. I'm so happy I did. The picture on this model is outstanding. I was concerned about the audio output on such a thin tv. The Harmon Kardon speakers in this tv are absolutely awesome for a average sized living/family room atmosphere.

I had a 9 year LG 3D that just took a dump, and searched fir something similar and found this TV. Wow was the first impression. Colors resolution and Web OS... All great. It's fast and the sound on the speakers is above any TV I owned. Paired it with my home theater and an LG 4K Blu ray player, complete cinema at home. Good job LG.

Bought this model for use as a computer monitor because of the low signal latency. It has deep rich colors and with an hdr signal has incredible brightness levels. The resolution and sharpness are second to none. Only con i can find is the refresh rate is only 60 hrtz available input. I have been unsuccessful at 120 hrtz. So 5 starz but 9 out of ten. Hopefully a firmware update will fix this and unlock the screens potential.

Tv was easy to set up. Remote is universal so no need for 2 if you have directv. Take off energy saver mode for brighter picture.

In my research of 55" HDR TVs I ended up selecting LG brand based on TV comparisons and consumer reviews. I am glad I selected this TV and it was within my price range. Picture quality is sharp and clear. Also, the setting provides multiple picture view modes from sports to aps. There is a lot of options to viewing other channels for free via their channels plus.

LG makes a great tv, color and picture are top notch.

I have been using this TV for 3 weeks now and bought this particular model after doing a lot of research including getting feedback from friends who work for major technology manufacturers. The build quality and picture quality with the TV are superb. I highly recommend this model
