Do Better LG
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Nice TV - solid picture, good quality. Super thin and light. All connections are on the left-hand side as you face the screen - I would have liked an HDMI connection on the right-hand side. The LG user interface is a little intrusive, but not awful. But... I installed it myself and the packaging was an absolute horror show. Way too much styrofoam, so there were little plastic bits all over the place. And disposing of this stuff is a nightmare - 4 large trash bags going curbside. It is 2025 LG - you can do better and use less wasteful and toxic products in your packaging. Nice TV, but wouldn't buy an LG product again unless they do better by the environment.

Lasted 2 months.
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great TV while it lasted. The lower quarter of the screen blew out after 2 months of use. I should probably give it 1 start since replacing it is going to be a total hassle but I'm trying to be a nicer person.

LG 65-Inch TV did not work out of the box.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This LG 65-Inch TV had good reviews with an anticipated excellent display. However ater I brought it home, unboxed it and mounted it on the wall above my fireplace and powered it on, the screen displayed a vertical color line on the left part of the screen and then went blank. I returned it to the store for an exchange with a different brand. Very disappointed but maybe because it was a 2024 model.

Unreliable to the point of being unusable.
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Horrible TV. Constantly locks up, where no streaming apps or local SSD will play. I had high hopes for my first OLED TV. Definitely look elsewhere than LG for OLED TV's. My wife mainly watches this TV. She is not a tech wiz and it's unreasonable to expect her to reset TV, routers and unplug and plug in TV several times a week. We need a refund from Best Buy or LG. End of story.

Disappointed with LG
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve had this tv for only 3 months now, started out great! It’s very thin and lightweight for its size. However, about a month ago I start experiencing issues with both the picture and smart capabilities. The built-in chromecast hasn’t been functioning for about a week now, and even before that was hit-or-miss. Same with simply streaming Netflix or Hulu, etc. the picture just stops responding while sound continues. I have 2 other tvs in my home that I have to switch to to watch what I want to watch, so it’s not the streaming service having issues (both other tvs are Samsung and a fraction of the price of this one). Very disappointed for a $2k tv and will not be purchasing an LG again!!

Focus / Blurry
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Beautiful TV however the focus goes in and out. Our old TV never did that and we've not switch internet or wifi since getting this set so something must be wrong internally. I've notified Best Buy of the issue. Hopefully we can get it fixed or swapped out and then I can write a better review.

Can't pause live TV
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Picture looks great. You probably will not find anything that looks better for the price. But you can't pause live TV. Had I known this, I would probably not have got something else. The remote is also more complicated than necessary. Needs to have a more simple interface like Roku.
