    After owning the TV for only 14 months the TV went black and stopped working. I will never buy an LG product again

    Design Flaw. Do Not Buy

    Worked fine for about four months, then wouldn’t turn on. Tech determined that screen had cracked in lower corners from turning TV left and right on full motion wall mount. Screen is so thin that it can easily be damaged with very little force. LG refused to repair or replace. Owner had not used excessive force at any time. This is a design flaw. Do not buy. Will never buy another LG product.

    Set up the tv and watched it for about 3 hours before it shut off and wouldn’t turn back on. Returned it 2 days later. Don’t buy LG.

    I raised a ticket to price match this item which was low for total tech member and created a ticket and said they would give me the price match and later came back saying it’s not possible. Very bad treating of customers.
