    I purchased this dryer and after 3 weeks the dryer stopped working. I went through the steps from the lg app. The app said to call LG. I called LG and they said that scheduling would get back to me in 5 business days . Well it has been past the 5 business days and guess what still have not heard back from LG. Luckily I am elite plus status at Best Buy and had 30 days to return my item. Best Buy is exchanging the dyer and delivering the new one back to me.

    Cheated on name of Price Match Policy

    When I bought this machine, they promised a price match and for the last 3 days, this is my 7th call and no luck. BestBuy cheated me with the Price Match joke this thanksgiving. Will not buy any item from Best Buy

    Doesn't auto dispense detergent and leaning on it to reach shelves above it activates functions, beeps, and shuts off drying.

    It starts ok, during rinsing at the end of the cycle it starts shaking and making a extremely loud noise. Use for a couple of times. I continue washing my clothes outside

    Bought as an open box in November of 2020. Installed in our new home January of 2021. Had to contact geek squad 3 different times because the rope part in the back kept coming out. With our warranty they eventually has to exchange and give us a new LG that was chose.

    Great while at worked, but at 2 years, after warranty of course, control panel doesn't work at all. Would have hoped for more durability from a $2,000 dryer.
