I love the huge capacity of this washer and the speed in which it dries items. It's also super low on energy use and ultra quiet. My only complaints are 1) the controls are not very user friendly (and I'm pretty tech savvy). It's capable of doing way more than I've had the time to sit down and study the manuals to learn. The wifi capabilities haven't been of much use either. In theory this function hasn't been as big of a deal as I had anticipated. Overall I'd buy this dryer again and again.

I appreciate the sensor - but it seems that sometimes the clothes are still damp, and other times they are overly hot for the "Cool" temperature I have picked to dry clothes. It will hold the capacity from the washer without problem. I do find that bedding needs to be dried twice. Take it out after the first dry time and unroll it and put it back in again. Even with dryer balls the bedding rolls up and the "inside" of the roll won't dry. I like the intermittent tumble feature that occurs when I don't get the perm. press out to hang up.

Purchased LG dryer and found out it has dryer door on wrong side.This seems to be normal to get you to spend $50.00 more to get them to change it.I can’t understand why they won’t have a chord attached like washer machine does.They make you spend another $100.00 so you can get the dryer that you already purchased to work correctly.The dryer works great the door stays open when loading clothes in it.We have it for 1 month and no problems.The controls are in front of dryer instead of back of dryer.

Able to dry large loads of clothes and clothes dry after the first cycle. Previous dryer had to use multiple cycles to get clothes dry.

This LG dryer has a steam function which works well for its purpose. I attempted to steam refresh 1 article of clothing. You can see the steam function, however the article of clothing was damp when the cycle was finished. I am not aware of having to dry the clothing on a different cycle, as this cycle was meant to refresh clothes. The hoses that Best Buy forces you to buy does not include the correct amount of Y-connectors, IF you also purchase the Sidekick pedestal washer. If not, there seems to be the correct amount of connectors and hoses. Furthermore, the washer has WiFi capabilities. I've tested this feature only to be slightly disappointed. The WiFi feature allows you to remotely control the dryer and cycles ONLY when the "remote connect" feature on the physical dryer is pressed. The functions will not work if that button is not pressed and no cycles can be selected and/or the machine operated. When the dryer is turned off, you are not able to turn it on from the app, as the dryer "disconnects" from the WiFi. At the time of purchase, it was about $100 more than the previous, non-WiFi model, so we sprang for it, not knowing these full limitations. Maybe we wouldn't have spent the extra $100, but it's more time/money to exchange it.

We had an older LG model and upgraded to the new model. Far more efficient. Far more quiet. Great purchase!

Love everything about this dryer except that LG apparently hasn't kept up with the App for this model dryer. After 58 minutes on the phone with two ladies in the Philippines, I was told that the Dryer App wasn't ready yet and to keep checking back. Amazing to roll out a product that can be run by an App that hasn't been fully developed yet?! Would have given it 5-stars otherwise, since the machine itself is excellent!

Nice big dryer that does the job and looks great. Just don’t buy it for remote controls. It’s a total gimmick. You have to turn the remote start feature on the dryer before you can control it through the app. And once the cycle is done it shuts off and you can’t do anything remotely!

I love this dryer. I bought it with the matching washer and it is quiet and dries perfectly. I love that I don’t have to guess the times of what I am drying with the many preset options.

Great dryer, would absolutely recommend. They are a couple of preprogrammed settings that are head scratchers, but overall it's an awesome machine. I wish they was an option for 4.5 Chase that's what it should get.

I am pleased with my LG Electric Dryer so far. The only issue I am having is with the wireless app. It initially connected with the app fine but after a week or so, it has stopped connecting. The dryer dries very quickly.

Purchase and Price was fair and easy. Delivery happened on as scheduled. Installers were not trained/equipped to do a complete installation of products purchased. They did get the units up and running. We called and scheduled to have trained personnel come back and complete the manufacture's specs on the install of the dryer. They were able to correctly install exhaust piece. They were not able to complete the install of the hot water line connection to the dryer. We had to schedule a plumber to come in and complete the installation of the dryer "wrinkle free" connection. This was at an additional expense.

This is a nice dryer but I am finding the in using the steam cycle, it is taking more time to dry clothes making me run an extra cycle, The clothes come out fresh and fluffy.

Great dryer, love the ease of use. Makes it easy to do laundry. The lint catcher is great and easy to work with.

It seems to take a really long time to dry towels and the door is the wrong way but other then that pretty good
