    They sent me to do the vacuum check but it doesn't work 10 minutes the battery dies they went to return the vacuum they opened the box but it turns out that the serial number does not match with the box that seemed strange to me because the person who sold it to me said I had the box sealed, I spoke to the supposed manager and he answered that I changed the vacuum for another to return something stupid, he told me they did not want to receive it, I left the vacuum in the store, I took photos and he recommended it to all the customers who will have the boxes look at the product because best buy is manipulating the products so that they cannot be returned

    As far as stick vacuums go, this is not one that I would select if you’re looking for lightweight or good battery life. I do like that the tower has a place to hold the accessories, and I like the overall look of the unit. But that does not make up for its functionality. It has an ok battery, but I was not able to vacuum my entire townhome on one charge. Also, when you turn it on, it defaults to “max” suction, which drains the battery very fast if you don’t switch to the “normal” mode. I wanted a stick vacuum for an upcoming surgery, however it is much heavier than others. I was not impressed.

    The battery life is very poor on this model. 9 minutes of run time on Hardwood floors and 2 area rugs. While it looks nice and doesn't take up alot of space, the run time on a fresh charge is 9 minutes of mainly Hardwood.

    This vacuum would not remove most or all of the lint and dirt it picked up and would only run 15-20 minutes even the battery showed it was fully charged.

    Thos product claims up to 1 hour of run time. On the lowest setting possible the max run time i got was 20 minutes. The product it self is very nice looking. Im going to exchange the product and see if i have a defective product. Fingers crossed!

    Battery does not last. Works for one room a day. Takes 8 hours to recharge! Still trying to figure out how to empty. The bag. No instructions.

    Worked for about a month, now i have ship it back to LG. Doesnt charge anymore and wont empty the cansiter any longer.

    This doesnt suck!

    After having this vacuum for two years it constantly gets clogged! Dirt will fall out after I turn it off every time! Now the motor is going out and they want $200 to fix it even tho its under warranty!

    If I could give this vacuum no stars I would. It's the worst vacuum I've ever had. It constantly gets clogged. When you turn it off some of the dirt comes back out on the floor. I don't recommend this vacuum EVER.
