    This is a quality camera with some good features. It seems to be priced about right to make it a good value. Installation was easy but figuring out how to set it up was a little challenging for my wife. The camera will give you a nice crisp picture with true colors. The mic is nothing special. We had a complication when I put a USB extender cable on. The camera would lose communication. As soon as the extender was removed everything was fine so the problem was NOT the camera.

    Great quality webcam. I use this for streaming and I have yet to have my cam lag or be grainy. It comes with nice software to blur your background or replace it with an auto green screen feature. My computer unfortunately isn’t good enough to let me use it along side my capture card and mic, but I’ve used it on it’s own just testing it out and that worked great as well. I would 100% recommend spending the extra to get this cam over the cheaper Logitech cams

    Functionally, it works like a webcam should. There are some issues with compatibility and M1 chip Apple Mac computers. Additional software was required to have the camera function. This was only found after chatting with the Logitech help desk. The only real complaint beyond the compatibility that I have is you can't really adjust the video zoom. The zoom is set and it doesn't give many options to do anything other than be close.

    The picture quality is excellent, however windows 10 will not allow it to be recognized as an alternate camera in several applications.

    Currently using the C920 as my primary, but wanted to test out this this webcam to see if it would make a good secondary cam for stream purposes. Had a bit of an issue interfacing both cams with XSplit, but after I messed around a bit with the camera controls, I was able to get it to work properly. No issues since, so I'm a happy customer.

    It doesn't list itself as such, but this camera is incompatible with Windows 8--or at the very least, does not mesh well. I was forced to update my entire computer OS to Windows 10, and even after that had to configure this for a long time. But once the hard part was out of the way, this camera became a dream! Great picture, great resolution, and very much plug-and-go. I can't recommend it enough for Skype calls with the parents or Twitch streaming.

    Bought because 920S was out of stock everywhere and this came available at BestBuy. It's a good camera, but it sometimes tries to feed 720/60 when 720/30 or 1080/30 would be better. For example, in MS Teams for Mac. Colleagues with Win10 love it. I returned and got a 920S, which has worked better for me with a MacBook Pro.

    Great quality webcam. However, it has a hard time picking up the HD. For some reason I have to turn on quicktime if I'm using it for a Facebook stream. But it's still a great quality camera.

    Good camera, definitely better than my macbook pro camera. Only issue I have is that my monitor is very thin, and I've needed to add some thickness to it in order to get the webcam to angle properly (currently doing with a block of post its)

    Overall the ascetics and tri pod of the device is really nice, but it has issues working with some razor products. When I attempt to have the web cam plugged in my Razer Deathstalker Ultimate disconnects from my PC. Also could only get the microphone to work while using the windows 10 OS.

    Logitech does not have drivers for this webcam and the native drivers are not compatible! I am running windows 10 64 and i have a very nice gaming laptop with some of the best specs available and this webcam still will not work with my computer. very upset with this company and customer support for logitech is awful

    I purchased this for streaming on twitch with obs. The camera was nice however I could not get it to work with obs software. Every time it was crash and freeze. Also the background replacement is a joke and not worth using.
