Customers are saying
Customers express satisfaction with the C922 Pro Stream webcam's video quality, ease of use, and the included tripod. Many also appreciate the camera's price point and resolution options. While some users noted minor issues with focus, lighting, and the green screen feature, the positive feedback on image clarity and microphone quality outweighs these concerns.

Nice little webcam
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've never had a webcam, but needed one for google meet because my laptop was getting too slow and I wanted to switch to my desktop system. The Logitech C922 was super easy to set up to use with my HP desktop. I admit that the cute little tripod influenced my decision to get this particular one. I tend to buy middle of the road items, and I'm happy with this purchase. The camera seems good (no complaints on the other end) and sound is OK, though I still prefer my microsoft lifechat for that since I'm hard of hearing and using headphones helps. I'm happy with the fact that the little part that fits on top of my monitor doesn't obscure part of my screen. I have an ASUS TUF 27" and was concerned about that, but it fits well and is unobtrusive enough that I can leave it up there all the time. I just easily plug and unplug the USB cord as needed, since I don't use the camera very often. I found the built in software for changing backgrounds too difficult to fool with. It was hard to revert back when I didn't like the new settings, so I decided it wasn't worth using. The only other thing I don't like is that you can't adjust the camera horizontally, only vertically. I have to move the entire monitor if I want to adjust it side to side. Overall a nice little webcam.

Logitech C922 works well but not easy to adjust
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had an old Logitech webcam from 2007, which still works but is simply outdated in quality. What I loved about the old one was that it could be easily adjusted by moving the camera facing wherever was needed, it had a sliding cover to cover the lens, and it came with a software to easily adjust all on the pc. This Logitech C922 has none of that. The picture quality might be better, but it does not come with a software to zoom in, the camera angle is extremely inflexible, and there is not cover to protect the lens (or the owner). Took some time on Youtube to find a software that helps to get at least some things customized, but works not as easily as the old webcam.

Great purchase
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been using this webcam for about a month now and I am happy that I was able to get this webcam as they are hard to get now days. ***Pros*** Excellent quality. Easy to set up. Easy to use. Comes with a tripod Better picture and video quality than other brands. Microphone works well. ***Cons*** Software is confusing to use with no explanations whatsoever. No privacy cover. Tripod is way too short. Need to upgrade to Type C connection. 365 rotation is lacking. Not sure why a $19.99 webcam can rotate 365 degrees but logitech cannot. Overall it is a good purchase and will recommend to users with intermediate to high level usage. Ivera

Excellent Video Conference Webcam
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Video quality for Zoom Meetings is excellent, as is sound quality. It has a solid feel and appears well constructed, consistent with other Logitech products. Installation (plug and play) was a snap. The only downside is that the free webcam controller software is not as easy to use as the legacy controller software and it does not appear to be backward compatible, but I am still searching.

Quality webcam
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I used to own a TedGem, and this camera is definitely producing a crisper image. I had to buy a ring light and fiddle with the settings to get everything to look good, so it did take time to reach the quality I wanted. But overall, I'm satisfied. The only issue I have is with the Logitech software. It's awful. I'm trying out OBS instead.

seems good
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Better quality than my laptop camera. Tripod is actually convenient Can be used for recording podcasts or shows, provided you don't have to more around to much (though the cable is plenty long). Down side is that you have to seek out the appropriate software online. Find the product online. Find the "support" section for it. Then download the software you need.

Great Webcam
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For the price, I doubt you can find a better cam. You will need to adjust the settings for a desired result. The Logitech software is lacking.

Defaults to ugly low-res, needs software to change
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was disappointed that just plugging in the camera (in Windows 10) defaulted to lower resolution 720p (and didn't seem to look as good as basic 720p on other less expensive cameras like the 270), with no way to change the resolution in some programs like Zoom. Instead, one has to download the Logitech software and run it in the background in order to access the higher 1080p resolution. These days, why not default to hi-res?

Over priced, too light sensitive
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The picture is awful. I look completely white in a normally lit room. My macbook stock cam doesn't make me look like a mime, the equivalent Anchor cam doesn't completely blow out the picture. Maybe there's 3rd party software to adjust the image but don't expect to accomplish anything with the logi software. This thing is a big miss. The Lil stand is nice, they both look good on the trash I guess.

A much-needed webcam
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am not a webcam expert (I've only used my mom's laptop webcam a few times), but I've decided after buying a new monitor, I needed a webcam for me. After I bought it, I had to figure out how to set it up. I realized that you have to go on logitech's website to setup the software.

works as advertised
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Excellent hardware, so-so software. I use the webcam to capture HD video. With no included Logitech software to capture 1080p I found Windows webcam software does work. However I must use it in conjunction with Logitech's Gaming Software for focus, zoom, tilt and pan control. It would be nice if Logitech had provided decent video capture software.

Best webcam
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's a do it all camera, works amazing for calls, recording, taking pictures and more. My best recommendation is to not use the Logitech software, the drivers are installed by default.

It works
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. No longer do you get a disk with your purchase but if you want the software that comes with it you down load it. The free software is limited and there is a option to spend even more money and upgrade to a more functional suit of settings.

Good Webcam for Entry Level Use
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great webcam, just wish that it fits my laptop better. Also if you use the Logicapture it has a bigger frame than before which is good or bad depending on who it is.

Good camera, software is a bit of a pain
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very good camera. The software installation has been made needlessly complex. Still, sound and video are fine, once you get it running.

Mediocre at best
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this to replace my C920 because it is supposed to have on board H.264 compression, and do 60 FPS at 720P. It may have those nifty things, but it doesn't have a good picture. My C920 is actually better...at any resolution! Side by side comparison, on Logitech's own software showed that. Now, the new software...It ...is...terrible! It only launches a fraction of the time. It is "clunky" as far as the UI. I am taking it back and keeping the old C920. Hopefully the one I got was just a dud...but that software...well, it just needs help. Oh, and one more thing. If you plan on using it at 720P 60FPS, be warned. The software alerted me that I may not have enough resources to use that...lol. My PC is running an i7-8700K overclocked to 4.8 Ghz, 16 GB of 3000 MHz RAM, an ssd with 32 GB of Intel Optane Memory and a GTX 1070 TI GPU...It doesn't need more resources to encode 720P at 60 FPS.
