Good camera for wfh needs
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this as a lot of other people because I work from home and attend a billion zoom calls. I would say the quality is superior to any built in laptop camera. I has some trouble with brightness and focus every now and then. Pretty solid plug and play camera otherwise.

||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a great camera for the price I paid at Best Buy. Great Camera few compromises for the price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a great webcam. If your looking to start into making youtube videos or twitch game stream this is hard to beat. When on sale you can find this around $50. If your needing to use a camera/mic for Skype meeting the microphone is usable but make sure your in a quiet room, it will pickup background noise. The only wish to make this a 5 star is 60fps 1080p. However this is really not needed for 99% of video you would shoot with this camera. The zoom feature is nice but limited. Easy plug and play setup on windows and easily setup for use in OBS and OBS Streamlabs. If you want more resolution check out the Logitech Brio 4K but at almost 3x the price.

a very good set up.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A very good unit. Easy to use. No particular set up needed. It was automatically recognized under both mac os and windows. The quality of the picture is good (although I am not a harsh critic of video). Note that the USB is cord permanently attached to the camera. Must use a USB extension cord to make it longer. This has been done without issues. The provided cord is about 4 ft long. Be sure to measure your distance when you acquire the unit. The provide tripod is a nice feature if you don't want to mount the camera on top of a monitor. While the tripod is not large, it works well when set on a table or desk. This camera could also be attached other standard tripods.

Solid webcam
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bottom Line: The Logitech C922 Pro Stream Webcam works well for streaming and recording, but the interplay of hardware and software can be frustrating Pros: versatile placement options, includes tripod, low light adjustment and auto focus works really well, good picture and audio quality, includes 3 month subscription to XSplit premium software Cons: no privacy cover, frustrating software controls Review: Setup is simple. The Logitech can easily be attached to monitor, set on the desk, or attached to the included mini-tripod. On my Mac, I was able to access the webcam and its microphone in Zoom after plugging it in. The first thing I noticed was that the low light adjustment works really well. My home office is fairly dark, due to the paint color and the position of the overhead light, and the C922 really brightened up the picture. Auto focus was also pretty solid, moving quickly between the label of a pen I was holding up back to my face when I lowered the pen. I was pleasantly surprised by the audio quality, which is more than adequate in most cases (although discerning users will still want a separate mic). 1080p picture quality also looks good, although getting there was challenging. Out of the box, the default picture quality is pretty bad; objects in the scene are soft and blurry, and the colors appear washed out. It’s evident that some settings (resolution, frame rate, white balance, etc.) need to be changed, but there’s no way to do that without additional software on a Mac. The Logitech website directs you to download their G Hub software to control the camera. However, on my system, G Hub recognizes the C922 (I get a preview of the camera), but all of the control options are grayed out. After some web searching, I found my way to Logitech’s Camera Control software, which did allow me to change some settings, but from that software you can’t change the resolution, frame rate, or exposure. After more web searching, I downloaded Logi Capture, which provides a much more robust set of camera controls. Turning the resolution to 720p or 1080p produced a much sharper picture, and you can apply several filters or adjustments to fix the color reproduction problem. The problem, however, is that the Logi Capture settings do not carry to other apps (only Camera Control’s settings do), so unless an app has built-in webcam controls, the picture goes back to its lower resolution/frame rate quality. Part of my problem, I think, is that the Logitech C922 Pro Stream Webcam is designed for streaming gamers, and Logitech partnered with XSplit so buyers get 3 months of premium access to the software. Since I don’t want to use XSplit, I had to fiddle my way through other software to get the most of the webcam for my workflow.

Old design but still good webcam
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is very similar to the C920S. The difference is: (1) no privacy cover; (2) it includes a small tripod; (3) it has a firmware update to stream at 60 fps instead of 30. Other than that, they are very similar in performance and appearance. It's plug and play compatible with windows 10, but you can also go to Microsoft and download drivers and software for it. I use it for teams, webex, skype, no issues. Not a top of the line camera but gets the job done.

Solid can for entry level streamers or video conf.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Solid video quality once you figure out which software you want to use. I do not recommend G-hub, it doesn’t have nearly the functionality of Creator. However, creator settings do not seem to stay enabled with other third party stream software. Overall it’s a good camera for basic calls and streams, but definitely not pro level. Has very wide swings in lighting compensation from even the slightest change in light, but balances out quickly, it’s just extremely abrupt and overkill. Mic quality is fine for occasional use in a pinch but I wouldn’t recommend it if you plan to use this professional for work or any income building video. It’s light and compact and has a nice adjustable cleat that gives you the ability to place it just about anywhere at any angle as long as that angle is vertical. There is no horizontal adjustment in the cleat. If you use the included tripod, that solves that problem for you! I have purchased two of these for beginner level streaming and so far satisfied with it. I would recommend to anyone looking for casual or entry level use. I can not in god faith recommend this to a pro.

Great Camera for the price
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The camera itself works flawlessly and was plug and play. I use it mostly for video calls and, most recently, for youtube videos. I was using my laptop webcam which was set to a max setting of 720 and the difference is day and night. One thing this lacks is rotation. It comes with a little stand that allows it to rotate, but cant be moved when mounted on a monitor. The microphone is okay, but I went ahead and bought an external mic.

Logitech C922 works well but not easy to adjust
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had an old Logitech webcam from 2007, which still works but is simply outdated in quality. What I loved about the old one was that it could be easily adjusted by moving the camera facing wherever was needed, it had a sliding cover to cover the lens, and it came with a software to easily adjust all on the pc. This Logitech C922 has none of that. The picture quality might be better, but it does not come with a software to zoom in, the camera angle is extremely inflexible, and there is not cover to protect the lens (or the owner). Took some time on Youtube to find a software that helps to get at least some things customized, but works not as easily as the old webcam.

Awesome for first time streamers.
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Super easy to connect, super easy to use. It also has different resolution options if you’re into different styles. The stand tho is really short though. Other than that I really recommend it.

Posted .The Logitech C922 is a versatile webcam that offers excellent image quality and ease of use. Its adjustable resolution options and plug-and-play setup make it a great choice for a variety of applications. While the stand could be a bit taller, it's still a solid option for those seeking a high-quality webcam.

Great purchase
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been using this webcam for about a month now and I am happy that I was able to get this webcam as they are hard to get now days. ***Pros*** Excellent quality. Easy to set up. Easy to use. Comes with a tripod Better picture and video quality than other brands. Microphone works well. ***Cons*** Software is confusing to use with no explanations whatsoever. No privacy cover. Tripod is way too short. Need to upgrade to Type C connection. 365 rotation is lacking. Not sure why a $19.99 webcam can rotate 365 degrees but logitech cannot. Overall it is a good purchase and will recommend to users with intermediate to high level usage. Ivera

Good camera, but quirky.
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good camera, but won't stay at the 1080 setting without the app running. Is a bit annoying - but the streaming quality is excellent otherwise. I don't like the microphone - I choose to use a higher quality boom mic.

Good cam . . really good HD . . Fast
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Works well with my Win10 and Win11 computers. Cannot get cam to open 'on desktop' without other programs running. Prob me, and still learning the new Logitech software. I do, like it, though. 'Personal' HD vids are excellent. Bought 'on sale' and used 'points' coupon - Less than $50.
