I am very impressed by the operation and design of the Logitech Casa wireless keyboard and touchpad kit. I was able to reliably and effortlessly connect to each of the Windows and Chromebook laptops that I tested it with. If you need to share it between different devices, I found the multi-device pairing to be flawless. In my opinion, this device has two primary applications. The first being as a travel companion. This is the application that I will be using it for. My significant other travels frequently for work and she is very much looking forward to taking it on her first work trip. The design of Casa makes it ideal for using it on the go because of the compact size and that the case protects the keyboard during transport. In the past we have had issues with keyboards getting damaged in baggage because keyboards don’t pack and travel well. The Casa components can be safely and brilliantly contained into a compact case that is the size of a binder. The case has a premium look and feels sufficiently padded so as to provide more than adequate protection. The portable size makes it perfect for use in a hotel room or conference center. Finally, that the case doubles as a stand makes it doubly brilliant. The second application I see the Casa being useful for is in homes or offices where work space is at a premium. When not in use the components can be neatly stored in the case and put away. This will be especially useful if you need to use your workspace for living space when the work day is done. I normally prefer a full size ten key keyboard for my primary workstation, but I find the minimalist design of this keyboard to be fully functional, without making too many compromises. The keys are compact, but not too small to make them hard to press. It strikes the right balance between size and function. I was able to effortlessly type this review using this on this keyboard. The keyboard is not backlit, but likely this is to maximize the battery life. The touchpad is likewise responsive and easy to use. I found it to be equal or or superior to the touchpads built into most laptops. The touchpad and keyboard can be positioned independently of the laptop, making them both ergonomic and very easy to use. Both devices have an internal battery that is charged using a USB-C cable. The Casa keyboard is rated for up to an incredible 5 months of battery life. The Casa touchpad is rated for up to 3 weeks of battery life. In addition to Bluetooth, the Casa is compatible with the Logi Bolt USB receiver. The Logi Bolt is not included, and must be configured using the Logi App. The case transforms into a stand that is compatible with laptops up to 17 inches in size. The case dimensions match the footprint of most compact laptops. It is somewhat thicker however. The Logitech Casa is now our primary personal productivity travel companion. Whenever we take our laptop this combination kit will accompany it. The compact size makes it perfect to put in a bag and take on the go. For these reasons I strongly recommend it!

If you normally work from home or on the road and normally just use the laptop keyboard and trackpad, do yourself a favor and pick up the new Casa Pop-Up Desk. I wasn't sure if it was going to be worth it for me because I've been fine just using the laptop keyboard and the trackpad, but man if this didn't make things A LOT more comfortable for both my hands as well as my neck! Logitech did an awesome job of combining a wireless keyboard, a nice trackpad, a laptop stand, the recharging cable and a bit of extra space for a USB drive, stylus, or other small item. And they packaged it in a really elegant and professional package that would tuck into a large briefcase or look nice on a bookshelf when not in use. I'm using the new 16" ASUS ROG Zephyrus on the Casa and it sits solidly on stand without any wobble or fear of falling off and it places the screen at the perfect level for my eyes and the video/security cameras above the screen. I didn't check the battery level on the keyboard or trackpad when I first set things up but they both finished charging to 100% in about an hour and twenty-five minutes. Theoretically I'm supposed to get weeks of use out of the trackpad and MONTHS of use out of the keyboard before needing to recharge again, and while I haven't had that long to test them out the drain on them so far from the last several days would seem to jibe with Logitech's numbers. The keyboard is a tad bit smaller than many of their wireless Ten-KeyLess keyboards but that is due to shaving down almost all of the extra materials around the keyboard and shrinking the keys just a bit more. I normally type on a Logitech MX Keys keyboard for my Mac and it is my favorite typing experience out of ALL keyboards but the Casa keyboard is a nice portable solution and I have had every few errors while typing and appreciate the identical layout. The trackpad is nice, if a bit more compact than the massive one on my laptop, and something I don't use as much because even on the road I typically use a Logitech MX Anywhere mouse. I like the trackpad enough that I might forego using my mouse all together on the road, but will probably keep using it at home. The trackpad is also the only item I had ANY issue with out of the entire set and I was able to fix that with a tweak to the settings in the Logitech Options software. I typically 'tap' rather than click on trackpads but the Casa trackpad is a bit more sensitive than I'm used to and I was getting both 'taps' and 'clicks' registered and it was causing some confusion and double selections. I turned off taps and I'm just going to stick with clicks because this trackpad is nicely responsive to clicks, which many of my previous ones weren't, and that's why I had switched to taps in the first place. If I were to make ANY suggestion for improvement for the Casa 2 system, it would be to add some additional ventilation to the laptop deck. I did not run into any overheating issues while using the Zephyrus for video/photo editing, and I probably would not be using this set-up for any gaming, but extra ventilation on a laptop like this is always appreciated. I would think that it would be relatively easy for the engineers at Logitech to open up some ventilation holes without compromising the structural integrity or 'stickyness' of the support deck. All-in-all, this is another great addition to the already great stable of Logitech products. If you work on a laptop and normally just use it sitting by itself on a desk, do yourself a favor and get the Casa. You'll thank me later.

The Logitech Casa Pop-Up Desk Work From Home Kit is a compact and convenient solution for remote work setups. The kit includes a Logitech wireless keyboard , a trackpad, storage and laptop stand all in a nice compact carrying case that is the size of a book. Removing the stored trackpad and keyboard just takes a simple push on the bottom and the top will swivel up to pull it out. The keyboard is small and compact, but it is easy to type on. The ability to sync to up to three different devices is a big win for this set up and it is easy to switch between the three devices with the labeled keyboard buttons or the trackpad buttons. The keyboard does not have any backlight and I feel that is a big miss for this set up. The trackpad is responsive and a really nice size. It took me some time to get used to it, but the more I do, the more I like it. The keyboard and mouse combo offer reliable wireless connectivity and should have a very long battery life. The laptop stand is sturdy and adjustable, providing ergonomic benefits by raising the laptop to eye level, reducing neck strain. The Casa Pop-Up Desk is a portable and lightweight desk that can be easily assembled and disassembled, making it ideal for small spaces or temporary workstations. It offers a stable surface for your laptop and other essentials, enhancing productivity and comfort while working from home. Overall, the Logitech Casa Pop-Up Desk Work From Home Kit is a practical and well-designed solution for remote workers seeking convenience and functionality.

    Compact, stylish laptop stand

Most laptop stands are one-dimension, functional eyesores. They do the job, sure, but when not in use, they stick out like a sore thumb on a desktop. Logitech has solved this problem with the Casa Pop-Up Desk. Designed to work on any surface, this stand is compatible with most laptops and can be stored on display or out of sight. It's the perfect laptop stand solution for someone that doesn't want to sacrifice style with their versatility. Housed in a sleek, book-like casing, the Casa Pop-Up Desk stand holds firmly in place magnetically. It is pretty sturdy for most sizes of laptops I tested, though it did have some issues on a laptop with larger than normal surface risers, as the laptop would slide down to the riser before holding steady. Inside the case, there's a small storage for an included USB-C charging cable (with room for other small things like paperclips, flash drives, or small pencils), a spot for the compact wireless keyboard, and a wireless touchpad. The Casa Keys keyboard easily pops out by pushing down on the space bar to lift it up, and the Casa Touch touchpad comes out in the same manner. When stored away, the Casa Pop-Up Desk packs closed tightly with a rubber strap and can be tucked away with any of the books and folders in or around your desk. The Casa Keys and Casa Touch devices connected seamlessly to my laptops via Bluetooth -- and that's "laptops" plural. The keyboard and touchpad both connect to three devices at a time and can switch to any of them at the touch of a button -- very cool! The keyboard itself is very compact, yet the buttons are still regular-sized and very responsive. The touchpad has a large surface area and is fully clickable. It's nice that the two wireless devices are separated so I'm able to position the touchpad anywhere at my workstation. These devices last a long time, advertised at five months of battery life for the keyboard and three weeks for the touchpad. I haven't had to charge either for a week now, which is pretty great especially through some consistent, heavy usage. Overall, this portable, efficient, and stylish laptop stand lets you create your personalized workstation anywhere you go, whether you're on the go or at home. Best of all, it is out of sight and out of mind when you're finished using it. An awesome little stand.

Portable Standup Desk w/Keyboard&Trackpad? I'm in!

First thing I noticed was the nice little packaging of it. Love that it's all self-contained into one little booklet that includes the charging cable, the trackpad (I LOVE TRACKPADS!!) and the keyboard. As soon as I switched the keyboard on, my laptop immediately saw it, asked if I wanted to connect to it. I clicked "Connect" and it told me to enter in a randomly generated passcode and press enter on the keyboard. After doing so, keyboard was working. For the trackpad, it also instantly saw it and asked if I wanted to connected, and 2 seconds later, both keyboard or trackpad fully functional.
Now I love my Surface Laptop Studio keyboard and trackpad, but having this propped up higher without an additional large pop up/standup desk I have, this keyboard/trackpad is just as good! The only thing that would've made it perfect is having a numeric keypad on it, but the laptop also doesn't have that, and would obviously extend the width / weight of the keyboard. My standup desk measures 19.3"D x 25.6"W x 10.6"H that's a large surface area. The Casa Popup is 1.141" x 9" x 11", it's tiny and does more! As an IT pro, I often go into my company satellite offices and use a generic computer to work on for the day, and we don't have trackpads, I'm the only person that uses one, so this gives me another unintended benefit - a portable keyboard/trackpad that I can take with me in my backpack! Pros: Very small footprint, can fit in my laptop bag Long battery life The colors! My backpack/motorcycle/shoes/phone are all green, so Classic Chic matches my color scheme Great feeling keyboard/touchpad Extremely easy to connect, almost automatic (Windows 11) Semi-Cons: Has a bit of weight to it (not so much of a con but an FYI) Can seem pricey - but a very large standing desk is in this range without keyboard/trackpad No USB-C power brick for included cable - but in 2024, how do you NOT have one already? First charge took a few hours

    Make your laptop better !!

If you though you had the perfect laptop already then you are wrong because Logitech found a way to make it better. The Logitech Casa Pop Up Desk is a compact ergonomic laptop stand that allows you to have your laptop screen and the proper height to work comfortably anywhere you go. The stand is neatly folded with the wireless keyboard and touchpad tucked inside so it is very easy to stop and transport. Even though it is quite compact it will add some weight to your laptop bag. The Casa pop up desk weighs in at a little under a pound which in general seems lite, however every pound counts if you are lugging around a laptop bag on you shoulder . The USB C cable is also included in the stand which can be used to charge the keyboard and trackpad. The keyboard and trackpad are quite comfortable to use as I am currently using them to type up this review. The keyboard uses a low energy bluetooth connection so it can last up to 5 months when fully charged and the touchpad can last up to 3 weeks. The great thing is that both items will continue to work even while they are plugged in and charging. You don't realize how great it is to use your laptop when the screen is at eye level as opposed to sitting on the table or kitchen counter. The stand is strong enough to hold 10 to 17 inch laptops up to 16.5 lbs. The stand had no issue with either my MacBook Pro and my windows Alienware laptop. The Logitech Casa pop up desk is great while traveling too as it is compact and it allows you take your office setup on the road with you.
