case is pretty good. wish case included a simple flap cover for when you want screen protection but dont need the keyboard. biggest gripe is that the plastic that wraps the bezel has gotten all stretched out of shape around the speaker holes because it loses some structural support by having to bridge over the speaker opening. i wish i had thought to make a claim while it was still under warranty. now my ipad is 2 years old, still has plenty of life in it but now my case is near end of life and i’ll have to think long and hard if its worth dropping another $200 for a new case on an old ipad.

It is very good, it is very useful and fits perfectly with the ipad but unfortunately the space key does not work, I do not know if I have some configuration that prevents me from using it or I am unlucky and my keyboard is broken but the truth is…I am disappointed.

I purchased the Logitech folio touch for work and it has been an essential part of my workflow as a creative (product designer). I operate a design studio and have purchased previous logitech products. The keyboard design is an ideal solution for typing and transforming the case into a serviceable laptop. however, the design isn’t durable. I purchased the keyboard in 2021 with a warranty protection from Best Buy. Shortly after the warranty expired, the keyboard shorted out. After many reviews the consensus is many of these devices fail after a year or two years of usage. logitech only covers one year of service. There are no replacement parts for this device , as a result any issues such as worn cables, or ribbons over time can’t be replaced. The only solution is a new replacement keyboard. I spoke with a Logitech agent and unfortunately they provided little help as the device was outside the 1 year warranty. I expect more from a brand that makes peripherals for Apple devices. Apple offers extended care warranties for their devices. At least 2-3 year warranty. Pros: A budget friendly option compared to Magic Keyboard for iPad Pro 11-inch. Provides much of the same benefits such as backlit keyboard and smart connecter requiring no additional power source. Give your tablet a protected case and laptop like experience. Cons: Durability -The silicon casing eventually loses shape around the tablet creating an unsecured fit. Sometimes the tablet glitches and the keyboard input fails to register. The device should last 2-3 years. The warranty only covers one year. even with a best warranty it only gives you an additional year of coverage. Considering the price of the accessory; It should last beyond a year before tablet touchpad and keyboard stops working.

I've had a number of iPad cases over the years. I was skeptical of the price for this case but it has easily become my favorite one. The case looks professional and provides good protection for the iPad itself. The keyboard allows for easy note taking and can be easily detached to free the iPad to be used without. My concern is tabs on the keyboard have started to fall off the keyboard after 6 months of use. Not from heavy use but occasional use. This is serious concern for a case that costs this much.

I recently got my hands on the Logitech Combo Touch Keyboard Folio, and it's safe to say I had high hopes. However, my experience left much to be desired, and I'd rate it a mere 2 out of 5. Let's start with what didn't work for me. The keyboard's feel was a major letdown. It lacked the tactile response and solid keypress experience that I expected, especially considering the price point. Typing felt mushy and imprecise, which is far from ideal, especially if you're planning on using it for productivity tasks. The build quality also left me wanting more. Given its cost, I anticipated a premium, sturdy feel. Unfortunately, the Combo Touch fell short of those expectations. It felt somewhat flimsy, and I couldn't shake the feeling that it might not hold up well over time, which is concerning for a product designed for daily use. The one positive aspect was its two-piece design. The detachable keyboard and folio case offered some versatility, allowing me to use the iPad in various modes. This feature, however, couldn't fully compensate for the other shortcomings. In light of my experience with the Logitech Combo Touch Keyboard Folio, I'd strongly recommend considering the Apple Magic Keyboard as an alternative. While it may come with a higher price tag, it delivers the premium typing experience and build quality that this Logitech option falls short on. If you're looking for a keyboard folio that truly enhances your iPad experience, the Magic Keyboard is worth the investment.

I Hate that you can’t have the key board just flip to the back of the ipad. When you try and only use the IPad you have to completely remove the key board from the case which is very annoying and the only case I’ve ever had that does this. Other than that the case and key board work amazing and it seems very sturdy to mostly protect your very expensive IPad as long as you can keep up with the keyboard that will come off a lot.

I like the case with keyboard for my iPad Air. However, put together it is very heavy to carry around and hard to use when on the go. Need a lighter one to be able to work with.

Was great at first. Had problems start right when the return date was up. My touch pad works, but doesn’t show the cursor on the screen anymore. The touch pad will give out probably 5-10 times a day and you have to push a few keys and it will start working again. Good concept but I wish I could return it to get a cheaper one that would probably act the same.

The product is around 160-200 dollars, so you’ll expect something that won’t fold on the edges of the case after a month of use. The product works and it functional but it will wrinkle around the case edges. Not worth that price tag

Not very user friendly. The keyboard is awkward to use and very heavy. It smelled from some sort of plastic out gassing. My prior Logitech keyboard case was much better designed.

I bought this in December of 2022. It has only been 3 months and the trackpad stopped working. I still use this case, however it is inconvenient that the trackpad does not work anymore. Luckily, iPads are touch screen so it an be used without the trackpad.

This is now the 3rd time a key has popped off, Logitech replaced the first 2 keyboards but now say it’s out of warranty. Pretty pricey for this to keep happening.

Did not like that fact that you had to take off the keyboard if you wanted just the tablet. Did not use very long.

Exchanged for magic keyboard. It was worth the additional cost. I get why it would be useful for some users, just not for me.
