Needed a new wireless mouse and saw these colorful ones and loved them. Much better than the black ones. Just plug in the USB, add a battery, and it automatically works!

The bluetooth chip is inside next to the battery that plugs into your device (laptop or desktop computer) & the on/off switch is also on the bottom. The color is fun. Just what I was looking for.
