Excellent for productivity and casual gaming
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Finally! I've been waiting for Logitech to design a keyboard similar in design to the Microsoft Natural keyboard. I've owned a range of Microsoft ergonomic keyboards, which include the 4000, Sculpt, Surface Ergonomic, etc. I've also owned many Logitech keyboards (gaming and ergonomic), but never found them as comfortable as the Microsoft keyboards. I've been using this keyboard for well over a month and must say that I am absolutely please with the comfort and responsiveness. The keys are soft, the wrist pad is comfortable, and includes all the functionality that I need in a keyboard. The only minor drawback that I experienced in the beginning was that the right side of the keyboard is spaced about 1/2" closer to the left side of the keyboard, which threw me off for the first few days. This just required some adjustments because my "muscle memory" had to be retrained. So what do I like about this keyboard? * It's wireless (unlike to 4000 Ergonomic keyboard) * It wakes up almost instantly as soon as I press a key (unlike my Surface Ergonomic Bluetooth keyboard which takes several seconds to wake up) * It doesn't intermittently stop responding when long pressing keys while gaming (unlike my Sculpt, which will become unresponsive for about 30 seconds at random times) * The keys are soft like the Surface and Sculpt * It's a split keyboard design like the Microsoft Natural designs for people like me who've grown accustomed to using this style keyboard * The wrist pad is soft similar to the Microsoft keyboards, but seems more durable and less likely to stain unlike the Microsoft keyboards * Includes a Fn key (unlike the Sculpt), making it easy to use the F1-F12 keys without a toggle switch * It supports Bluetooth (or their Unifying USB receiver) for wireless communication * It can be paired with up to three devices (PC, Macs, and anything with Bluetooth support) Regardless of its strengths, this also goes without saying that the keyboard also has some minor shortcomings. * The gap between the padding and the keyboard is a big enough channel that will allow dirt to get trapped * The padding cannot be detached (nor appears to be replaceable) * No Fn key on the left side of the spacebar (there's only one Fn key, which is to the right of the spacebar) * May take at least a couple days to adjust due to muscle memory being used to a previous keyboard * A little more pricey than comparable keyboards I can't comment on the ability to remap/customize the keys since I'm completely fine with the default setup, but I do know that it's possible. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised with this keyboard since I wasn't expecting it to feel like my previous Microsoft keyboards. I assure you that if you like the design and comfort of Microsoft keyboards, you will appreciate this keyboard even more. It's excellent for productivity, as well as for casual gamers. If you're looking for a Microsoft Natural keyboard replacement, look no further. I highly recommend this if you can deal with the minor shortcomings mentioned above.

Type faster and more accurately w/ this keyboard
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Let me preface this by saying that I very rarely give out 5 star reviews. Most people would rate this 5 stars, but then most people either rate a 1 or a 5. I would give this 4.5 stars if it were on option. Pros: *ergonomic *capable of switching between multiple devices (I have not tried this) *wireless *I find my typing to be more accurate with this keyboard *I typically type between 80 and 90wpm. I did a quick typing speed test with this keyboard and it came back at 100wpm with 100% accuracy. *Matches the MX vertical mouse Cons: *For some reason the windows menu button is not in the normal spot. Normally it is located between the right alt and control keys. For some reason Logitech decided to put this on the top right. I might as well reach for my mouse and use the right click since I have to move my hand up there anyways. *no pause break key *the palm rest is not removable *keys are a bit soft to the touch and I wish they had a bit more of a tactile feel like a mechanical keyboard. *kinda pricy and they don't sell it as a set with a mouse Over all I really like this keyboard and I am torn between 4 and 5 stars. I would give it 5 if Logitech could take care of a few of the items on my cons list. That being said this was my last component of my dream work from home set up. I don't know that a keyboard exists I would be 100% happy with (ideally I want a mechanical ergonomically shaped wireless keyboard with all the keys in the traditional spots) There is a lock key which can be handy for some. I don't think I'll ever use as I am pretty used to just hitting windows + l to lock my screen.

Much better than a standard keyboard
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I must first admit, the ergonomic design was something to get used to. I am not a “techie”per se, just an everyday working mom so I didn’t see how it was going to a step up from a standard keyboard until after I used it for the first time. Also, if you don't like fooling with the instructions, they are right there on the box with a picture diagram when you open it. HUGE WIN HERE. Here are a few other features I found out about this keyboard: Pros -You can connect it via standard usb or even bluetooth —really simple setup -Is both Mac and Windows compatible -the center keys have this unique setup that somehow helps your finger placement while typing -sturdy keyboard feel -soft wrist pad Cons -It may take some getting used to coming form a standard keyboard -The power on switch is a bit easy to miss -though it’s worth it, some may find it a bit pricy After using it a few days now I feel like I’m spoiled with it now and can no longer go back to a regular keyboard. It is also reassuring to have learned that the ergonomic design is more useful and even healthier for people like me who are typing for a significant amount of time regularly.

Ergonomic!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got this after going over a ton of reviews on multiple platforms. Using it for the past 2-3 weeks and so far I really like it! I was looking for a keyboard that is ergonomic and works with my MacBook Pro and does not need customized key labels! This one fits the bill perfectly. Even though it's a bit on the pricey side, I already feel a difference. Even after using it all through the day, I don't get the pain I used to get near my wrists and forearms. Also, the wrist wrest is quite comfortable. Coming from using the Apple wired keyboard, this feels like a huge upgrade! The fact that you can pair it with 3 devices using Bluetooth or the dongle is awesome! Overall, I love it so far!

Happy with this choice!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This keyboard is exactly what I needed! I do accounts receivable/billings and have recently started to develop symptoms of carpel tunnel so I decided to look into ergo keyboards. I had the "Logitech K350 Wireless Wave Ergonomic Keyboard with Unifying Wireless Technology - Black" before this and just hated it. Functionally it worked great and had amazing features, it just wasn't for me. The keys were too bulky. It was loud and my typing just felt 'out of flow' even after using it for a few weeks straight (10+ hrs/day). I've only been using this ERGO K860 keyboard for a little over 30 minutes and can already say I'm very pleased with this choice! A few pros: - It's quiet - The setup is very similar to that of a standard laptop keyboard so very little 'readjusting' in my opinion. - The cushion pad is firm but soft - very comfortable and appears durable - The wave design is just right for the comfort of my hands. It feels natural. Even with the 7' lift that is on the wrist-pad portion of the board and not in the top like a few eithers. - The keys are shallow and easy to press - for my girls who enjoy having their nails a little 'longer than normal' like me this is a great keyboard for you. - The response time of the keys are great to. No delay that I can tell. For Cons, I'll have to get back to you on that since I haven't had it long enough to test and speak to accurately but a few thoughts on cons are below: - A little more pricey than the model I had before (a good $60+ more) but you get what you pay for. - For spacing reasons, I'm sure, a few keys appear to have a dual function so this will take a small learning curve. I haven't looked into how to use them appropriately, though, so more on this later. - I've heard there may be some issues with the fn key functionalities based on other reviews, but I don't really use those so I definitely can't speak to that. If you're a gamer, you may want to do more research.

Good design
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this because of the laptop-like keys, but I also need the ergonomic design. It was twice as expensive as a couple of the other ergos I tried out - but it was the only one I found that has those keys. It is very quiet, so I'm really happy to not have all that 'clicking'! There are a number of special keys/features that will likely be very helpful -- when I get a chance to try them all out! The wrist rest is very comfortable -- not quite as cushy as some of the other ones I've tried that have memory foam -- but that appears to be okay, as it's good support. The keys are not as far apart as a standard ergonomic, and I haven't yet determined if that's a good thing or not. I look forward to continued use as I get comfortable with my hand placement, and many years of happy typing!

Excellent upgrade to old Logitech unify keyboard
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had an older Unify keyboard but needed one that could be connected to two computers concurrently. It's nice that Logitech finally got a clue that some of us want one set of keyboard and mouse for that purpose. The ergo setup of this keyboard makes for an excellent replacement for my favorite keyboard (MS Natural Ergonomic 4000) because it's wireless, more compact, and can be paired with two computers concurrently. I really like the feel of typing on it as well. My only complaint was the price of this keyboard. But, work was paying for it so there's that.

Solid Choice Among Ergo Keyboards
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Super comfortable and the fabric wrist wrest is definitely nice! The chiclet-type flat keys are comfortable to use and the keyboard is not at a ridiculous angle. Switching features and Bluetooth is fantastic and handy. Adjustable feet saved this keyboard from being returned. It is a bit pricey, most ergo keyboards are though. I would recommend this over many other keyboards and since it's logitech you can be assured that battery and longevity will stick around.

Worth the extra cost
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a really nice keyboard, particularly if you are switching between systems. The ergonomic keyboard is comfortable to use all day, and the tactile feel of the keys is very nice. The inclusion of Mac keys makes it more versatile, as does the ability to connect using a dongle or Bluetooth. Overall, this is a much better option than the lower cost than the K780 or MK850.

Comfortable and Quiet
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good ergonomic feel and they keys are quiet (like a laptop). I like it because it allows me to actively take notes while on conference calls / speaker, without having everyone hear the keyboard clicking. A little more expensive than I expected and compared to other Ergo keyboards... But again, it is quiet.

Comfortable keyboard
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this as a keyboard to use while working from my home office. I normally use a Microsoft Sculpt while in the office, but I wanted to try something that had Bluetooth. The keyboard is very comfortable, and is similar in style to the Sculpt. So far I haven't had any connectivity issues, and the original batteries are still going strong. It's a bit pricey for a keyboard, but overall I would recommend it.

Instant relief
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I copy and paste all day for my job which was starting to cause pretty significant strain on the outer side of my left wrist from hitting Control+C or V all day. I had been wanting this keyboard since it came out but hesitated because of the price. My wrist pain got bad enough that I finally gave in and got it. I'm glad I did because it was instant relief the first day I started using it. I've had it for a couple of weeks now and the pain is all but gone. I did try a couple of cheaper wave keyboards before getting this one and they were ok but I've been using Logitech keyboards for so long that I don't want to switch to any keyboard that doesn't use their standard key layout for fullsize boards. I also like the ability to tilt it to a negative angle for when I raise my desk to stand. I do wish the split was a little bit narrower between either half of the keys. I have small hands and have to reach a little to hit certain keys. It did take a little time to adjust to typing with the split but I'm pretty much back to my normal typing speed at this point. I took one star off the rating because I still don't think it should cost as much as it does.

Ergo K860
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Other than the price, it is a really good keyboard. I use it at work and I am considering it for my home office. It has a learning curve, due to the curved nature of the keyboard. It will take a day or two to get used to it. I was having pain in my left hand, due to long period of keyboard usage. This keyboard has helped reduce the pain in my hand. My only complaint is the overall price and not rechargeable (Uses Batteries).

LBME
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My Wife needed an Ergonomic Keyboard as she does spend many hours a day trying, so she took a chance on this Logitech model. She tells me, that she did make the right choice in buying this Keyboard because now, her both wrists feel much better with this Split Keyboard than her regular one. However, this Keyboard is a bit expensive. For myself, I would rather use our straight Keyboard because it just feels better for my wrists and cost half the price. So, since she is happy with her new Logitech Ergonomic Split Keyboard, then I am happy!

Buy ONLY if you need to swith computers
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really love this keyboard! However, the price is quite high and the only reason that I bought it is because I have two computers (Mac and PC) attached to the same monitor. Having to constantly switch out keyboards to move from one to another is a real pain! In addition, when using my mac, there was no option for an ergonomic keyboard. So having the ability to simply push a dedicated button on this keyboard to switch from one computer to the other is a Godsend! If you have a similar set-up, this would be a great purchase for you! But...If you don't have this type of set-up, I would recommend a cheaper type of ergonomic keyboard. There are MANY out there!

Perfect ergonomic keyboard
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is one of those keyboards you should have if you type a lot in your day-to-day activities especially if you want to learn how to type using all your 10 fingers. Hand position, key travel, clicking sound of keystrokes is satisfying and on par with the best keyboards of old Macs. The size and weight are good enough and the fact it is Bluetooth makes it a perfect choice. It is on pricey side but a good gaming keyboard may cost even more.

Pricy keyboard with good ergo value
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This keyboard is great, hands down. I love it and it has helped me type better in the short time I've used it and it is very comfortable to use which has helped with my wrist pain. I think the price is a bit much since there are many keyboards like this on the market, including Microsoft's own ergo line, that are priced much more competitively. This keyboard doesn't have any fancy features compared to other Logitech keyboards either (they all support the same general features). I wish it had a left FN key as well. It works great with macOS which may result in the price premium.

Nice, but too costly
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This was gift for my college age daughter who spends a lot of time on her computer and feel in love with this keyboard. She got all A's so I purchased it. She loves it because it is light weight and dual either Bluetooth or USB. I took a star off because the price was beyond what I feel a ergo keyboard should cost. If it was for me, I wouldn't have purchase it just for the price; however, if you have the $$, it is a very good keyboard.
