Customers are saying

Customers often highlight the excellent quality, reliable wireless connection, and impressive battery life of the G613 LIGHTSPEED keyboard. Many appreciate the comfortable key feel and ease of use, along with the quick response time. However, some find the keyboard's size and the non-detachable wrist rest to be drawbacks. A few users also mentioned the keyboard's weight as a minor inconvenience.

I work from home doiing techh support. I wanted a good wireless keyboard to use betwween my home computerr and my wor computer. I'm tping on the keyboard now. As you can see it duplicates keys alll the time and misses keystrokes as wwell. I've already takken it apart and cleaned it and that didn't change anything. Because of these iissues I have to do a lot of editing at work and it slows my rate down. Get a different keyboard. I've read a lot of others have thiis same issue, some are able to clean their boards to fix it for a bit, others can't.

Hello Stoneysilence! Sorry to hear you're having issues with your G613 Wireless Gaming Mechanical Romer-G Switch Keyboard. One thing I might suggest if you haven't done so already is trying to uninstall and re-install the G Hub software for the keyboard, there might be some firmware updates available or maybe a glitch with the software itself causing those issues. The other thing I can think of is if you're using the keyboard via its wireless receiver, make sure the receiver is close to the keyboard, not behind a desktop tower or away from the keyboard. Also note that the receiver should be plugged in directly to the computer, and not thru a USB Hub, as that might cause breaks in the wireless signal. You have the possibility to connect the keyboard in Bluetooth mode by clicking the Bluetooth button at the top, not sure if you're experiencing the same issues that way? If those solutions don't fix your keystrokes issues, know that you have a 2-year warranty with Logitech on your keyboard, so simply go on the product's page https://www.logitechg.com/en-us/products/gaming-keyboards/g613-wireless-mechanical-gaming-keyboard.920-008386.html and click on Support at the top if needed. - Mathieu from Logitech

I have used logitech products for many years but they make their products like they used to. This product has the same problem all their products suffer from. BAD SWITCHES. They are using cheap junk switches that fail in no time even with light use. I have now switched to a different brand for both my keyboard and mouse that use a higher quality switch and both cheaper then logi and have not had any problems with them at all.

This is a bad keyboard. I wish I had paid attention to everyone saying it misses keystrokes and the keys die out quickly. It's been less than 1 month of me purchasing the keyboard, but already both the windows keys have died. The rest of the keys are working fine but overall this has been a sucky keyboard. On typeracer, I can clearly see that it misses a few keys I've clearly pressed. This has been an absolute waste of money. Logitech, please replace the keyboard/refund my money!

Be prepared to have your rkeyboard magically press keys that you didn't press yourself. IIt's called key chatter or rsomething aand it just sort of does it whenever it feels like. It doesn't mtater what you do, it does it on its own. I've left this chaaos as it is to show just how baad it is. Keep in mind, I know how to type aand I know how aawful this is aand it's taking a lot to just not go back and correrct it. avoid this keyboard.

This is the worse device I have ever used. It just erased an e-mail I was writing. This thing glitches all the time. The arrow keys seem to turn on by themselves and I skip all over the place. I just corrected 4 missing letters in that last sentence I wrote. I hate this keyboard. I will be buying a new one tomorrow and snapping this one in half just out of pure joy. I bought it over a year ago and it has never worked right.

I have used a lot of keyboards and this one is terrible. For one its huge. Two the keys are awful to type on. They are fine for gaming but typing forget it. They are mushy, heavy and close together. Battery life is great, wireless is nice but overall its just no good.

Hello ExtremeUser! Sorry to hear you didn't like your experience with the G613 Wireless Gaming Mechanical Romer-G Switch Keyboard. It is a keyboard made for Gaming indeed, with Romer-G Tactile switches. We do have lots of options when it comes to Mechanical switches, maybe a different type of switches would be a better fit for your need. If you use the keyboard mostly for work use, I'd probably recommend something like the MX Keys or a keyboard with smoother typing experience, depending on your preference. - Mathieu from Logitech

Keys feel amazing. Now that we're done with the good. Here's the bad. Can't use it with Logitech's unifying receivers so you would need to have separate USB slots for each lightspeed device. The keys chatter which is apparently very common for this keyboard. (I'm literally taking forever to type this review). The GHub was designed by someone who's braindead. There is no firmware update which means they most likely gave up trying to fix this product.

This thing is utter garbage. I have had 4 keys just fall off for no reason. Not just the key caps either the whole little Mechanical key unit just broke into several small pieces. i've had this thing for about 3 weeks and do no recommend to anyone its cheap. Though i will say despite how cheap the "mechanical" keys are the wireless functionality worked really well.

I have purchased two of these and I was really impressed with the first one. The second one I have only used very lightly and the number pad was not even used. I now am using it more often and it has a broken 3 key that if it is even lightly hovered over it will register 5-10 of them.

The keys feel terrible and the extra "G-keys" are an ergonomic nightmare. If you play video games, they serve as a false reference point for hand placement and I constantly was tapping the top left G key instead of ESC. Avoid.

Hello NotHappy! Sorry to hear you're having issues with your G613 Wireless Gaming Mechanical Romer-G Switch Keyboard. That's really uncommon for the G613 keyboard to die out like this in the first 2 months of usage, batteries should normally last up to 18 months, and the keys have been tested for 70 millions clicks. Note that you do have a 2-year warranty with Logitech on your G613, so would definitely recommend checking our support page https://www.logitechg.com/en-us/products/gaming-keyboards/g613-wireless-mechanical-gaming-keyboard.920-008386.html - Mathieu from Logitech

Hi RedShyGuy, Thank you for your honest feedback of the G613 Wireless Gaming Mechanical Keyboard. This keyboard was one of Logitech Gaming's first forays into wireless keyboards which is why it doesn't have RGB lighting. You shouldn't be hearing a metal ting when typing which sounds like a defect that should be covered by the 2-year limited hardware warranty. Here's a link to make the most of your warranty  https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360024918974-Warranty-G613. Hope that this helped and finds you well. - Richard from Logitech
