    Frustrated from disconnection!

    Not happy, the mouse keeps disconnecting. I have to find another mouse to delete the bluetooth connection and reconnect it. This started happening right after my return window ended. On my MacBook Pro

      Hi MSage, I'm sorry that you were having difficulties with the K380 Keyboard. I'm not sure if you were having problems with the K380 as this is a keyboard and you keep referring to a mouse. If in fact the keyboard was causing difficulties with a Bluetooth connection it is important to know that there could be interference issues if there are too many signals in the surrounding area. Also, Bluetooth connection does have a range of up to 32.81ft. Also, with this keyboard having Logitech's Easy Switch bank allowing it to pair to 3 different devices, its important to make sure that the 1-2-3 didn't accidentally get switched causing it to "disconnect" I hope this information helps resolve any issues you might be experiencing with this keyboard.     K380 will not pair with dongle in K350/K380 combo

    I got this with the K350 mouse combo to use together on the same computer, which does not natively have Bluetooth. I found out the hard way that this will not pair with the USB dongle included with the mouse. This looks like it would be a nice keyboard, if it worked with a dongle. As it is it will likely sit on a shelf gathering dust.

    This keyboard worked for about a week and then completely stopped connecting. I've tried it with multiple computers. I was going to return it, but the Best Buy return period is only two weeks and I was not able to get back there within that time period. A complete waste of $40.

    Won't pair with Logitech Unifying Receiver

    I waited for a few months before trying to pair it with my existing Logitech Unifying Receiver, and it just won't pair, period. But I have a full-size Logitech K270 keyboard and M185 mouse which pair just fine. So if you order this, try to connect it right away before the return period ends

    It’s trash. Worked the first time I used it. Been on calls with customer support. It shows up connected as a Bluetooth device but the keypad does not work. Do not buy! There’s a reason why it’s inexpensive.

      Hello, AnthonyjA! I'm sorry to hear about your experience with the K380 keyboard. If you haven't already, I would recommend swapping the batteries and deleting the K380 from your computer's devices and re-pairing it. If neither of these options work, or you have already tried them, I would recommend factory resetting the keyboard. To do this you'll want to make sure your K380 is turned on, then push the following keys: Escape, O, Escape, O, Escape, B. If the reset has been successful you should see the lights above the Easy-Switch 1, 2, and 3 keys blink. Then you should be able to re-pair the keyboard to your computer. Thank you for this feedback!     The feel of these keys gives me waking nightmares. It is so bad! You can't type quickly and will find yourself having to double back because something did not register

    Does not work with 2014 Samsung Smart TV

    It would not recognize my Samsung Smart TV that I purchased the keyboard for. I took it to Best Buy and they said I was outside of the 15 day return and I had to take store credit. In fact, I would be grateful they were offering credit because I had opened the box... So I asked to have someone show me why it would not work and it worked with the newest Samsung smart TV. But, to try again and if it wouldn't work to bring it back. I have it in my car. Another thing I have to take care of...

    Junk! Right out of the box keys would stick. Not rechargeable, requires batteries. What device these days still require actual batteries? Not worth the price paid

    Set it up,turned it on cannot type with it. I Pressed the keys and no typing shows on the screen. Instructions for this product are very vague as well. And too late to bring it back. I have to believe I am missing a step that will get the keys to type out.
