    Excellent Little Keyboard

This little keyboard works great. My work laptop keyboard was giving double right before a business trip, and I didn’t have time to get it replaced. This little keyboard is actually much easier to use, especially if I prop it up against the front edge of my laptop. It light, and I live the fact that I can connect it to three different Bluetooth devices.

I love this pastel pink keyboard! Main reason is because of its bluetooth connectivity! It connects to my logitech ipad combo touch so quick! Not only that, it also has the ability to connect to other 2 bluetooth devices by pressing a key, and it automatically connects to the next device. It’s a slim and lightweight keyboard which I use with my ipad when I detach my ipad from the logitech comobo touch keyboard, so I use my ipad basically as a laptop and a desktop!… Also, the fact that it connects via bluetooth, saves me having to purchase an extra cable in order for it to connect and it just allows me to use my ipad more efficiently. Love it! Highly recommend!

Great little keyboard, with excellent weight and feel. The ability to connect to three devices is epic. The connection happens instantly. Media keys are a nice touch. Arrow keys are small but nicely so it's a reasonable compromise. Appears that it would work equally well for PC, Mac, AND Android/iOS.

The K380 has replaced the MX keys mini for me in terms of a portable keyboard, and honestly it might even become a daily driver for the home setup if they ever release one that’s all black. I have fairly large hands, but the circle keys are what makes this keyboard so unique and as for functionality, well, it really works out: less surface area for accidental presses, and I find myself clmfortably typing away without issues. Highly impressed

Fantastic well designed keyboard with excellent tactical feedback. The Logitech- K380 is a great choice, everything works with precision right down to the Wireless Bluetooth. Quality feel, construction we think unmatched at any price its truly a standout in the crowd. With that said one must be aware that this is a tiny keyboard on a size scale of something like The Magic Keyboard by Apple. My wife uses it on her Mac desktop computer and at first thought it was a bit on the small size, after using it for just one week she fell in love with it and its quality feel. Its a keeper for her, for sure! Highly recommend if a smaller size keyboard is in your plans, if so, its a definite 5 Star device for you at an unmatched price.

The width of the keyboard is 1 inch lesser than standard one. Hence keys are little crammed so that it cannot replace a standard keyboard u used to work earlier. Even laptop keyboards are little more wider. BUild wise the keyboard is great. Compact, but really sturdy. No sounds while typing and key travel while pressing is decent like a laptop. Also easily pairs and switches between devices so quickly so that its easy to change device including your andorid tv or phone.

K380 Bluetooth Keyboard works great with M590!

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

I purchased the Logitech K380 Multi-Device Bluetooth Keyboard along with the M590 Silent Bluetooth Mouse, and I have to say they make a great combination for my setup. K380 Pros: + Overall size of the keyboard makes this a perfect travel device + "Flow" between three devices works flawlessly + K380 can be linked to follow any Logitech "Flow" enabled mouse (like the M590, M720, or MX Series) + Keyboard is very comfortable for me to type on (first test was 57 WPM, 96% accuracy vs my 65/96% avg.) + Keyboard layout is excellent for PC - all keys are exactly where they should be + Home, End, Page Up, Page Down work with fn+arrow keys (despite others saying they don't work) + (2) AAA Batteries will last a long time + Don't have to plug it in to charge or connect + Physical On/Off Switch is always good to have + Very good build quality - feels much more sturdy than it looks + Decent Price ($29 at time of purchase in 2019 Q2 - got this and M590 for >$60) + Logitech Options software is very useful and easy to use + Great value and feature set for the price K380 Cons: - Round keys on keyboards always look atrocious and unprofessional - Not enough programmable keys through Logitech Options software (can only modify F4, F5, F6 and F7) - Arrow keys are too small, especially up and down which essentially touch each other - No USB connectivity limits compatibility (only connects to devices that have Bluetooth) - Weighs a bit more than you would expect it to (not necessarily a bad thing since it's built well) - No height / angle adjustment legs - Wish it was more Black instead of Gray - Wish the ugly Yellow function keys were any shade of gray instead of any color (like on the K375s or K810) Overall Impressions and other thoughts: The Logitech K380 Keyboard has quickly established it's place on my desk and in my daily carry bag. It's diminutive size, excellent build quality and comfortable typing experience are standout features. The round keys look completely ridiculous but actually work shockingly better than I expected. The three bright yellow function keys are gaudy and should be replaced with a more subtle contrasting shade of gray (or let them just match the keyboard like the K810 does!). The F# keys work without having to hit the fn button, which is always preferred, and the fn+arrow keys work for Home, End, Page Up and Page Down, which is critically important for me. Setup was very simple and everything has worked flawlessly with this keyboard, from pairing through Bluetooth on multiple devices, and syncing it to follow my M590 Flow Mouse, to configuring the keys in Logitech Options - it's all been a very satisfying experience. I wish Logitech would make a separate similar device that was just an add-on number pad with trackpad (no keyboard) that was the same design as this. I know there are tons of non-Logitech options out there for this purpose, but a matching Logi number / trackpad with the same color scheme and build quality would be nice. I really didn't think I'd like typing on this keyboard when I saw it at Best Buy, but as soon as I touched it, I was immediately surprised by how typing felt on it, in a very good way. I typed on all of the keyboards in the store, and I ended up buying this one, so that says something. It wasn't the very best typing experience of them all, but the overall size, features, and total package of this product was the best offering for the price and for my needs right now. I wish they had the K810 for me to look at, but that unit seems very difficult to find. Would I pay $99 for that keyboard with squared-keys, black finish, matching F1-F3 keys, back-lighting with hand detection and 5 adjustment levels, etc.? Yes, indeed I probably would, although a sale price around $60 would make it a no-brainer for me. Even despite my preference for common replaceable batteries versus having to recharge the device with a cable every 10 days or so, I'd still rather the K810 for it's design. But my current search shows prices from $125 for a used one to $280 for a new one, which is out of the question. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase of both the Logitech K380 and M590, as I think they work very nicely together and are both ultra-portable for on the go readiness. I would highly recommend this product.

Great Bluetooth keyboard for the price

I was skeptical about this keyboard. It's about $30 and similar keyboards are about double the price. Long story short, this keyboard is a VERY good buy. Being a "universal" Bluetooth keyboard, it offers options not found in cheaper competitors. 1) It works very well with Apple products. I've tried cheaper keyboards with my Apple MacMini, and options like volume control are often missing. That's not the case with this product, as it acts very similar (if not exactly) as the Apple Bluetooth keyboard which retails for double the price. 2) It has the ability to work with more than one device. 3 to be exact. I can use it with my MacMini and seamlessly transition to my iPad. All the functions remain in tact. As a bonus, i've also use it with my Android phone, in which I have the ability to use the built in "soft buttons" such as the Home key on the keyboard. It's a very good and cheaper alternative to the official Apple products and a step above similar products because of it's flexibility. I highly recommend.

If you are looking for a keyboard that is bluetooth, universal, will work with up to 3 devices, and is around the same size as Apple's Magic Keyboard then the Logitech K380 keyboard is it! It is paired via bluetooth 4.0, and can be paired with up to 3 devices of your choosing (Usually a smartphone, tablet and PC/Mac. All you need to do is press one of the 3 the numbered function keys to switch to the desired device), and runs on 2 AAA batteries that can last up to 2 years before needing replacement. The keys are pleasant to press, and the round-shaped keys feel sturdy to the touch. The keyboard as a whole is made of plastic but it doesn't feel cheap, and some keys will feature alternate symbols (i.e. The alt. key also is labeled with the Apple Command symbol) since this is meant to be a universal-format keyboard. The top function keys can also be customized to some degree using Logitech's Options software. That means you can program them to work to your needs, be it using the return function key as a shortcut to another app etc. I will admit that this keyboard will take some getting used to, as the keys are spaced fairly close together, but with practice and patience you will find the typing experience to be positive. In fact, I am typing this review on the K380 keyboard, which I've had for about a month now as of this review, and am typing no different than I would on a larger keyboard. There are of course a few cons to look out for here, as nothing is perfect. One of those cons is that Logitech's 'Options' software is limited where customization is concerned. This may or may not be a bad thing, depending on who is using the keyboard, but some may want to have more customization options when setting their keyboard up. Also, you will need the 'Options' software if you want to want the ability to moniter things like battery life and be able to change the functions of some of the keys. Another con is the lack of a 10-key number pad. I am used to using larger keyboards and you don't realize how valuable the number pad is until you no longer have it. On the other hand, if you use an Apple wireless keyboard or laptop keyboard then this won't be an issue for you. Overall, this is a great keyboard and one I will recommend to anyone looking for a keyboard that doesn't take up much space and is connected via bluetooth.

Really nice little keyboard, bought because the keyboard on my laptop stopped working but i wasnt ready to retire the machine yet. The round keys are the perfect size for my fingers and are pleasing to the touch. The sound of the keys is quieter than most standard laptop keyboards, which is also a plus. I really like that you can connect to three different devices through bluetooth and switch between them by the click of a button. Only downside is that there are no controls for the screen brightness.

I've needed a Bluetooth keyboard for a while and a friend suggested this one to me. I got the white one and I'm in love. The build quality is sturdy, plastic but it doesn't feel cheap at all. I've traveled with it and it helped up just fine. It's a bit tricky to figure out how to connect it, but once it's connected it's good to go. It will connect automatically to your device the moment you turn it on. The only time I've noticed lag or typing double letters is right after it connects. The ability to connect it with three devices is fantastic. I've used it with my laptop and iPad so far and switching between them is as easy as hitting the button. The battery life is impressive! I've had it for several months now, using it daily to work, and it's only dropped to 60%. I saw a tip in the reviews to turn it off at night to conserve the battery and I think it makes a difference.

I love this keyboard. It works and feels great. It feels solid, has good grip on flat surfaces, and everything works perfectly. I'm using it with an iPad Pro and it does have keys that work with volume, play/pause, and the home button. It also brings up the virtual keyboard at the push of a button which is great for voice dictation. I also use it with my iPhone and love that I can switch back and forth between devices with the push of a button. If you have an Android Device it also has all the shortcut buttons for that. It doesn't have a backlight but is a great portable and compact keyboard that you can bring with you that is comfortable to type on.

This is a nice compact keyboard. It has a decent amount of weight to it so, it feels sturdy and doesn’t slide around easily. If you travel a lot this keyboard is perfect and can fit in just about any bag, backpack, suitcase, etc. I originally wanted to try this keyboard out because I liked the rounded key caps on it. Setting this up took minutes and you can pair it with three blue tooth devices. Switching between your paired blue tooth devices is as simple as pressing a button. The keyboard felt good to type on despite having a shorter travel distance than a traditional keyboard. It’s sort of like typing on an Apple device. The main con I have for this keyboard is I don’t think it’s good for a primary keyboard that you would use to type on all day. I bought this keyboard for work where I type pretty much all day and after a while it felt cramped trying to keep both hands on such as small keyboard. I think this would be a good keyboard to use if you’re just typing for short amounts of time or maybe while on an airplane.
