     if I could, I would put zero stars, employee of Best Buy. They give me the mouse without necessarily parts to connect to laptop. And I noticed that after two months and when I went back to exchange the mouse, the manager refused to talk to me and told to employee I couldn’t return it . I would understand if employee give it to me useful mouse with useful parts. They said they can’t something has to change… thank you to management who doesn’t want to address the problem to the Best Buy buyers.

    Not recognized by Logitech Set Point software

    The product I bought, Logitech M310 mouse, does not work with Logitech Set Point software (tried it on 2 systems). Had I knew this, I would not have purchased it. Logitech support site fails to respond to user queries on this subject or fix the problem. M310 will act like a simple dumb mouse .. expect no customization beyond what Windows will give you.

    Mouse worked for 1 hour but now sometime won,t connect left click other times once you left click it freezes up on page exit. After about 1 hr use scroll stops working. I have used Logitech in the past with great results. This is the second one of these I have purchaced in the last month getting the same results.

    If I could rate it a zero I would. When I finally had a chance to use my laptop, the mouse did not work. I thought it just needed a new battery but that was not it. Since I waited to use it I was more than 15 days past the return. It’s worthless,

    This is really surprise me. After used it for 10 months, I couldn’t find point on screen, green light is on and off. I contact bestbuy they said hey you need to buy warranty then we will support you. Contact Logitech they keep sending many instructions ask you to download this and download that... ok I am DONE here. I know it’s a cheap mouse, but actually I don’t know which price level can I get a good quality mouse? Well if bestbuy you can write straight forward on the product description: hey! This is a cheap mouse won’t last long, then I won’t buy it. Please do mark TRASH on such kind of product on your website, please.

      If your mouse is not working, the problem is likely to be a lost connection. The connection between the mouse and Unifying USB receiver can be lost for several reasons. Make sure you have fresh batteries in your mouse and is turned on. Make sure the Unifying USB receiver is securely plugged directly into a working USB port on your computer. Turn your computer one. If you ever need assistance, please contact Logitech Support on the website.

    I had ordered this along with a laptop for travel. This came in the same package, box was torn and missing the price to connect it to my laptop. Completely useless.

    I have had Logitech since I can remember. Always worked, always satisfied. Bought a new computer so decided to buy a new mouse M310. Very disappointed. The wheel was not smooth at all. when you tried to scroll it was very bumpy. which made the curser jump too much. I returned it and bought another no-name brand and it worked flawlessly. Quality control is needed.

    This mouse stopped working early on and was taken for repair a couple times. This last time it could not be made to work and could not be replaced by Best Buy although it was still under the manufacturer warranty.

    Terrible mouse

    I've must have used at least 30 to 50 different optical mouse in life, never have I seen one this bad. Here's why... There are 4 small pads underneath the mouse, one in each corner. And interestingly enough, they had to make them uneven, top right and bottom left corner pads are a bit thicker than the top left and bottom right corners. So the mouse keeps rocking back and forth as you use it. If you have ever been to a restaurant where the table legs are uneven, than you know what I'm talking about. Double-clicking sometimes doesn't register because the mouse always rocks back and forth after each click. Just terrible to try to work with this mouse. Now for $10, I'm not going to make the trip back to the store to return or exchange it, so I'm gonna keep it, but I'm very unhappy with it. Maybe I'll buy some tiny padding to pad the four corners of the mouse to make it even, so it doesn't rock back and forth after every click.

    The first logitech mouse worked fine for 6 months and then slowed down. Finagling didn't help, nor did new batteries accomplish anything. So I bought another one ... and this one did work at all. Thanks to Best Buy I got my money back and am back to using a wired mouse.

    The first few days I had it, my son went through a battery a day. After that, it just stopped working altogether. I'm not sure if it was the battery compartment itself, but it's trash now. I bought him a new mouse that isn't cordless.

    I cannot use it. There seems to be a part missing. I would have returned it earlier but I had an accident which resulted in a compound fracture in my right wrist. It will be weeks until I can take care of that issue.

    This was very stiff, hard to use and the scroll was messed up. Logitech used to make good products but this mouse was not one of them. I wanted to return it but the window had just closed- one day before. Best Buy needs to extend their return period to at least 30 days! The current window is only 14 days and that will influence my shopping and which retailer I use in the future, and the one I don't use. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone.

    It didn't work Tried everything to get it to work and I couldn't get it to work. Took it back and got a store credit instead of my money back. Not a good polilcy for customer retention.
