We got a new computer and wanted the wireless capabilities. We decided to just go with the cheap $15 keyboard and mouse, and the keyboard doesn't like to connect. The mouse works great but the keyboard cuts in and out all the time. We tried changing USB ports and moving the computer around to see if it just wasn't getting signal or what, but it still doesn't work. We have to use the "on-screen keyboard" most of the time until we can get a better keyboard.

This is one of those products you gift to someone else, don't expect much since this unit works more so on the individual side. Once you plug in the one adaptor that supposed to connect both units you'll have both working 50 % of the time. Returned this product and the second one had the same issue mind you the usb ports I used most of the time were 3 inches away for both the keyboard and mouse.

The keyboard cuts out often so typing becomes a chore. After 3 months of wanting to hurl the keyboard across the room, i finally had to replace the keyboard. I purchased a different one and tossed this one in the trash. Go ahead and get this keyboard if you want to quickly be disappointed. If you buy this, you'll end up adding it to the landfill in short order.

I bought this keyboard and mouse in September 2019 - we never took it out of the box and went to use it tonight and it doesn't work. The mouse won't turn on and the keyboard doesn't connect. Yes, I changed out the batteries also, no change. I know see you can't buy them anymore...bad purchase!

You get what you pay for. Plastic is flimsy and the keys are loose. I gave it away. I gave the value 1 star because even though it wasnt expensive something has no value if you dont use it.

First of all, the keyboard was missing the "B" letter. Instead, it has two "N"'s...nice - not!! Then the mouse quit working...changed the batteries several times and it didn't make a difference. Still no mouse. I've only had the keyboard for several weeks. Not what I expected.

Very good price but the item it self has lots of problem. The blue tooth does not detect well. When typing, it just stop working until you wait 5 second later or shake the keyboard.

Wow, I messed up on this one! Searched Google for the MK270 and this item turned up. Didn't think to verify that it was the right one. I love the 270. It's cheap, ergonomic, stylish, and has good tactile feedback. Unfortunately for me, this is the M170 and it has none of these. The keyboard is a light grey color, the key travel is mushy, and worst of all, the mouse is tiny, angular, and hard to hold. Honestly, spent the extra $8 to upgrade. Your wrists will thank you.
