Description incorrect. I am specifically looking for a keyboard with AA batteries. Description said battery type AA, with number of batteries being 3. In reality, it did require 3 batteries, but 2 AAA for they keyboard and 1 AA battery for the mouse. Very disappointed.

Hello, Very sorry to hear about your disappointment with what kind of batteries are used with the MK320---it's clearly stated on the website and on the box as well. If you're looking for a keyboard that uses exclusively AA batteries, than the MK540 would be what you'd want. Here is a link to the product page:  https://www.logitech.com/en-us/products/combos/mk540-advanced-wireless-keyboard-mouse.920-008671.html. Hope that you found this helpful and that all is going well. Thank you for being a Logitech customer. - Richard from Logitech

Really disappointed! I bought two different Logitech keyboard and mouse combos, and both have the same issue. they keep losing connection to my computer for a few seconds at a time. It happens often enough that it messes with my work and gets super annoying. What’s worse is I didn’t notice how bad it was until after the return window closed, so now I’m stuck with them. Honestly, I expected better from Logitech. Wouldn’t recommend these at all.

    Terrible transmission

This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

I purchased this wireless keyboard and mouse and the keys work just fine. The problem is transmission, which was one of the problems in the reviews I read but someone suggested it had been corrected, an assertion I bought because I liked the dirt-cheap price of this item. Well, I am here to tell you that it ain't corrected.. I am a hunt and peck, then correct, typist and you can imagine my consternation when I type a sentence and look up at the screen and nothing I typed or only a part of it is shown. I pound the keys and nothing happens. I have taken to lifting the left side of the keyboard and letting it drop to my desk, which sometimes helps. The problem is that it doesn't happen all the time, but if you work, say three hours on the computer, it will happen at least 5 times. Totally worthless. I am sure one day I will throw the darn thing against the wall. Then again, maybe not, because I intend to bring it back to Best Buy for a refund even though the packaging is long gone. Don't buy this. Of course, maybe the problem is my computer, who knows.

I just started using a Windows laptop again for work for the first time in six years. I was using a Mac and supporting Solaris servers previously. I remember years ago Logitech was a very reliable and recommended product so I purchased this keyboard and mouse combo believing I would get the same. Although it was easy to set up I have had nothing but problems with the keyboard and mouse losing connectivity / just not working. I have to turn them off and back on to get them to function again. It is very frustrating. There was no documentation with the product. If you accidentally hit the caps lock key there isn't a light to make you aware of it. I currently have a small desk and can't afford the normal chords, but a few times I have had to actually use a 10 year old keyboard with a chord because the Logitech will just stop working. I would've returned them, except I travelled for the first month and didn't realize how bad they were until almost 90 days after the purchase.

This is the WORST keyboard. It looses connection too often. I constantly have to turn it off then back on for it to work. When it does seem to be connected, there is a very long lag between my typing and when the words show up on the screen. Worst part is that I can't return it. I didn't know I only had 14 days for returns. How ridiculous. BEST BUY has lost my business

    Logitech Wireless Keyboard

I really wanted to like this keyboard because it's wireless, which is awesome. Unfortunately, the lag time between typing on the keyboard and it showing up on the screen is very annoying. It just can't keep up with normal typing speeds. Plus, I found the keys clunky, sticky, and the keyboard spaced to wide for smaller hands, not smooth typing at all. I ended up returning it and sticking with the wired keyboard that came with my new computer.

It can be an important feature for any and I'm sorry that it is not offered on this one. The MK540 has both Caps and Numb Lock indicators. I hope you are able to find a keyboard that works for you with the features you need. Thank you for being a Logitech customer. Kristi from Logitech

    NOT Unifying nano-receiver compatible

I purchased this because I like the Unifying dongle that makes life so much easier; however, after hooking this up and trying to pair my M510 mouse, the mouse wouldn't pair. It took me forever to take a look at the actual receiver and notice that it didn't have the orange UNIFYING symbol so I grabbed the box and sure enough, it doesn't say anything about having a Unifying dongle. It looks like Best Buy borrowed the same pictures and text from the MK330 which is discontinued but did have the Unifying dongle.

Beware, this is not Logitech Unifying capable!!! The old MK330 were Unifying, and otherwise looks exactly the same, but sadly Logitech discontinued the MK330 and for that look/form factor only offer thie MK320, which I guess based on the lower model number (320 vs 330) is a downgrade. Sad and probably reflects some unfortunate cost cutting. I would not recommend this model if you want to have Unifying capability!!!

This keyboard takes up a lot of valuable desk space and the build quality is very poor. You look at it the wrong way and you run the risk of a key sticking and in some cases popping off. If I got a speck of dust or a crumb inside of it, I'd turn it over, and gently shake it out. I had one or two keys come off in the process. Another issue was how it performed. I use a Virtual Desktop (VDI) for work and I experienced quite a bit of lag. Thankfully, I purchased a warranty replacement plan with Best Buy. I had an accidental spill and it damaged the keyboard. I was able to exchange it for a Logitech - MK270 Wireless Keyboard and Mouse. So far, I am really enjoying it. Not only is the unit cheaper, but it's not as bulky, and it feels sturdier. This is most definitely not worth $30.
