Does NOT Include a Unifying Receiver
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Even though the Best Buy description states that a "Unifying Receiver" is included it is not. Also this keyboard will not connect to an existing unifying receiver.
No, I would not recommend this to a friendBrand response from Logitech
Posted .Hello, I am sorry to hear about the missing receiver. They sometimes hide it in the bottom of the mouse for safe keeping. If it is not located there, this device has a warranty through Logitech. You can file a claim for a replacement USB on the support page for this item on Logitech.com. I hope this helps! Thank you for taking the time to write this review, we appreciate the feedback.

uncomfortable.
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's a good combo set. However, I don't use it anymore due to the design flaw. It's uncomfortable while using the keyboard and mouse. I swap to the Razer combo after the bad experience.

Disappointed
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Product does not come with a user manual. Online manual is not helpful. No Cap Lock or Number Lock lights. Issues with minus sign on 10key bounces you out to your desktop. Had to go into setting to set it a default to fix but the problem persists.

Lag on the mouse and keyboard
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. They come with one USB for both the mouse and the keyboard, which is nice if you have a limited number of USB ports. My biggest complaint is the lag on them. The keyboard has had some minor lag on it, not too bad. The mouse, however, frequently doesn't work or moves intermittently when I am trying to get it to go. Other little things are that the keyboard is really loud and the keys move when you are typing. There are no indicator lights of any kind on the keyboard either.

keyboard and mouse only work with each other
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.if it doesnt use unify logitech software - dont get it - cuz one will never work with anything else. its like peanut butter and jelly - they will only work with each other and so dont lose the dongle and dont lose either of them.

Posted .We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the limited compatibility of the Logitech MK320 keyboard and mouse set. This reliance on a single dongle can be frustrating. Your feedback is valuable. Consider other Logitech options using Unifying technology for more flexibility.

Not Unifying
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Warning: This combo does NOT come with the Unifying Receiver. Instead, it comes with an RF Receiver that can't be programmed. Why this affects you: if you already have other Logitech devices and a Unifying Receiver you will not be able to pair this keyboard or mouse to it. For laptop users, that should be a deal-breaker, because you are already short on USB ports to begin with. The keyboard is OK, but the mouse is very poor quality, feels like the kind of mouse that comes free with a $200 desktop.

Battery cover plate does not stay in place
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The plate holding the batteries in place does not click in tight. If you pickup the keyboard, the battery plate may fall off. Second keyboard did the same thing. Other than this, the keyboard is functioning fine. A little duct tape would fix this but we ended up returning our’s for a different model. 2 stars for a fairly inexpensive keyboard. However, there are other keyboards at Best Buy’s for the same price that works fine.

I was not happy with the quality.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wanted an inexpensive wireless keyboard to use for a laptop I connected to my TV but both the keyboard and mouse were very flimsy, light, and feel cheap in your hand. Especially if you have a quality product you're used to using. I'm tempted to say "you get what you pay for" and "what do you expect" but I purchased this thinking it was very similar to one I purchased for my mother at a warehouse/membership store. The quality of that one is much better and it is the same price. If you plan on using this with any kind of frequency, get a better quality set up. And it shouldn't cost any additional money.

terrible
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wish I could return this back tried it once and didn't like it. It was too big for my counter for starters and it gets too hot outside of oven. was afraid it will burn my new counter top and now best buys said I cannot return this back. It's in it's original box still and only tried it once. Due to the virus I couldnt return back right away. I am very dissapointed. I don't want my money back just want to exchange it for something better and smaller

Posted .Hi CINNAMONGIRL, Truly sorry to hear about the issues you're having with the MK320 that you recently purchased. While you're waiting for your chance to exchange it out for another, you could visit Logitech's product site, www.logitech.com, and check out other mouse & keyboard combos and see how they measure up in their respective specifications---all keyboard dimensions are listed. Hope this helps.

Defective product
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Mouse worked fine, keyboard did not work (defective out of box). Thought problems were tied to computer-related issues I was experiencing. Finally had Geek Squad make house-call as wasn't able to resolve on my own. Turns out the product is defective. Too late to return for in-store swap. Manufacturer has agreed to replace at no cost to consumer. Additional out-of-pocket expense for at-home visit by Geek Squad... all because of defective product. If possible, highly recommend that you make sure product works properly before leaving store.

Not as good as it used to be
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This keyboard set or at least one very similar to it used to come with a better mouse and used to come with a unifying receiver. It now has a M185 mouse and no unifying receiver.. so I could not the keyboard with my older and imo better M215 mouse. The keyboard itself is ok.. but the mouse - M185- feels light and somehow less precise. I'm overall disappointed with this set and wish they would go back to the way it used to be. Meanwhile I'm going to check out other brands.

Made in China
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had to return it as soon as I got home, keyboard worked, mouse didn't. No problems exchanging at the store. Wish U S. was less reliant on China, and pursued more trade w/S Korea and other nations. They are better at duplicating technology of better designed products initially made elsewhere and could be manufactured and shipped w/only moderately higher costs to U.S. based retailers.

No, I would not recommend this to a friendBrand response from Logitech
Posted .Hello Gina, I'm so sorry to hear that your MK320 had some lag issues. This is usually caused by a few things; first make sure the batteries have been replaced, as lag can be caused by low battery. Second, make sure the USB is properly inserted into your computer. Finally, if all else fails, try a different USB port on your computer if possible.
