    Logitech Keyboard & Mouse Combo

    The mouse is not working anymore. Have tried changing battery but does not work. Its only been couple of months.

    Keyboard frequently cuts out despite the dongle being within an arms reach of the mouse and keyboard. For some reason the mouse does not seem to disconnect the same way the keyboard does. I downloaded the Logitech Options app in hopes it would help the dongle recognize the keyboard better. However, the app only recognizes the mouse, and in order to add additional devices to the app you are required to use Logitech's website which apparently does not support Firefox. The app also seems to have overwritten a couple mouse settings (like middle click) without any warning. Terrible experience all around, and based on them refusing to let their websites work in Firefox, I'm sure this experience is not limited to this specific mouse and keyboard combo.

    Keyboard randomly typs 1 over and over

    Randomly puts in 1s for no reason. I had to turn off the keyboard and keep restarting it. This mouse also is not good. I threw out tyhe boxes no return able this stinks though. Just beware like most wireless keyboards and mice it is better to save your money.

    Mouse is way too small and uncomfortable to hold--like it was meant for a child's hands. Keyboard is cheap--back supports used to tilt it up will snap easily.

    I will be typing and the keyboard won't pick anything up and then will all of a sudden type 95% of what I was typing. I then have to go back in and fix the 5% it missed. Sometimes it even types the same letter multiple times. The mouse will just stop moving. I've tried it on several surfaces to see if that was causing an issue but no luck.

    I purchased this product in April 2021 and about 5-6 months later, it stopped working. The keyboard completely went out. Initially I thought it was the batteries, but changed them out and it still did not work.

    This keyboard and mouse is cheaply made and has very poor quality and performance. I returned mine within 1hrs of buying it. Final verdict: would not recommend it.

    Really sucks! Mouth worked for like a day and stopped working, keyboard I had to change battery 3 days after I turned it on. Would not buy it again.
