    unit stopped working, purchased 8/22. the unit is not discoverable in bluetooth settings. tried pugging it in with usb cable still doesnt work. we are on vacation so its frustrating not having a mouse. will try to return when i get back from vacation.

      We're sorry about the inconvenience! You can try restarting your computer then re-connect the device. Re-seat to another USB port to see if it works. If the issue is persistent, please reach out to Logi support. Please note that the USB cable is only used for charging purposes.

    Wanted to upgrade from the original MX anywhere mouse, this one is too much more cheap feeling and the middle button doesn't open up links anywhere.

    I don’t know what I was thinking to order that over priced mouse . I had shoppers remorse and returned it. The color is what motivated me to purchase it.

There is certainly more to the MX Anywhere 3 than the Rose color that make up it's premium pricing. The MagSpeed Electromagnetic scrolling is precise enough to stop on a pixel and fast enough to scroll 1,000 lines in a second in near silence. The MX Anywhere 3 tracks on virtually any surface, including glass (4 mm minimum glass thickness). So you can work seamlessly at the desk, at your favorite coffee shop, or even on the couch. The MX Anywhere 3 stays powered for up to 70 days on a full charge and gets three hours from a one-minute quick charge (depending on usage).     hated this mouse, hade a mind of its own, and 5 others people i hade use it agree, dont know how people like it. 20$ cheep one was way better...

      We're sorry about the experience you've had with the product. Try cleaning the scroll wheel with compressed air, make sure the wheel moves and is not physically stuck and scroll/gesture settings in the Logitech Options+ software are selected correctly:

      That's unexpected! If possible, try with a different USB charging cable or cradle and connect to a different power source and charge the device fully and check if the issue still persists.
