It is an amazing mouse, love how compact it is, but it is a bit loud when clicking. Makes it hard especially when using around others in a quiet room. The scrolling feels also funky some times.

The clicking sound is too loud. The mouse itself is glitching on scroll. I wish to return the mouse, but the return period has ended. It doesn't work good for designers.

As a mouse this is serviceable. It is supposed to have some sort of fast scroll mode. I do not like the way the scroll wheel works. It seems to slip where you turn the wheel and nothing happens. Also sometimes you are attempting to scroll down a long page and it moves very slowly down the page to the point where it is much easier to use the vertical scroll bar to move down the page.

    Complicated Settings

Some of the settings on the mouse when i initially used it made it so I couldnt use half my keyboard and some other issues. Hindered things to the point that i ended up getting a new computer when the employees couldnt solve it either. It took a couple visits before an employee finally figured out it was the mouse. I ended up getting a 2nd one and the settings were normal on that one and it works just fine.

Fantastic build quality and the MagSpeed wheel is incredible. My issue is Flow and Logitech Options which enables working between multiple systems. I’ve got a new MacMini M1 and a 2017 iMac 27” both running Big Sur and Flow just doesn’t, umm, flow. Switching between the systems is cloogy to me. Installing the Logitech Options was an exercise in frustration as well on both systems. Ideally the mouse should flow between the systems seamlessly but it just doesn’t. And the physical button to Flow between both systems is under the mouse. All that said, the mouse is still amazing and I’m now using it on my MacMini having returned to Apple OEM inputs for the iMac and uninstalled the Logitech Options software. Yet keeping this mouse which is the same price as a Magic Mouse 2 is making me question the purchase. The acceptable up charge was for the Flow technology. I’m not sure I’ll keep it.

Hello tank! I'm sorry to hear you're running into issues with Flow and Options. I would recommend checking to see if the mouse is up to date and your Macs are running the same operating system. You can also change all of the Flow settings in the Options software. Sometimes uninstalling and reinstalling Options will help as well. I'm glad you're still enjoying the mouse, however. Feel free to reach out to our support team here https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000621393 if you ever run into any other issues. Thank you for this feedback. I'll be passing this along. Have a great day! - Maggie from Logitech

For Scrolling Apple Magic Mouse 2 is Much Better

I had been using the Apple Magic Mouse 1. I bought this Logitech MX Anywhere 3 for Mac because the Apple Mouse began to lag on cursor movement. I do a lot of photoshop work. I want quick cursor movement; The MX Anywhere delivers quick cursor movement, much better than the Apple Magic Mouse 1. The problem is scrolling across the Photoshop page. With the Apple Magic Mouse you can slide you finger across it and it scrolls; you can move over and onto new parts of images, flawlessly and easily. This is NOT true with the Logitech MX Anywhere 3 mouse; you have to hold down a side button while using the up/down scroll wheel to make it scroll sideways! This is awkward and annoying. As a result, I have bought the Apple Magic Mouse 2 because it is updated for newer bluetooth connection software, which is in the newer Macs. Turns out the older Magic Mouse (#1) lags because it is using older bluetooth technology.

    Wireless Mouse without the USB

I like this mouse. It is expensive as it was over $70. Only thing I am unhappy about is there was not the little USB receiver button that goes into my computer. Without this the mouse doesn’t work luckily I had another Logitech mouse which had the USB receiver.

This is a good mouse. Just not what I was looking for. There is a lot of functionality and much more ergonomic than the magic mouse. Unfortunately, the deal breaker for me was switching between virtual desktops and having to click a button vs being able to swipe of even tap the center scroll wheel to the left or right like other mice I have used.

I’m not sure why I spent 80$ on this. There is nothing special about it and it’s just as good as my $14.99 mouse. Unless I’m missing something. I’m not a gamer. I use it for work at home spreadsheets and reports.

    Why not USB-A Charge?

Mouse itself works well, but it's annoying that it doesn't use a simple AA or such battery. Requires a charge from a USB-C cable and the one that's included is USB-C on both sides. Needed to purchase a USB-C to USB-A cord to properly charge.

Beautiful design, and the best scroll wheel in the industry. Knocking this down two-points because it does not support the Logitech Unifying receiver like the "Windows" version of this mouse. Logitech does a very bad job of making it clear that is the difference between the WIndows and Mac versions of this mouse.

Difficult to figure out how to charge the battery when the power cord only has a USB2 port at each end and my 2012 MacBook Air only has a USB1 port.
