    Scroll Wheel Issues After Less Than a Year of Use

    I purchased the Logitech MX Master 2S trusting the brand's reputation for quality. Initially, the performance was excellent — the scroll wheel was smooth, fast, and precise. However, in April 2025, the scroll wheel started malfunctioning: it no longer scrolls smoothly or quickly, makes an unpleasant noise, and feels like it's catching or skipping internally. The mouse has never been dropped or mishandled; it has only been used under normal office conditions. Unfortunately, the return period has already expired, so I am unable to request a replacement or refund. Given the premium price and brand reputation, I expected much better durability—very disappointing experience.

    Don't bother.

    Bought in October and it simply will not work. Connects but the laser does not come on and it will not move the mouse. The buttons work. Was useful and comfortable but a bit expensive to die in a few months. The vertical I have works just fine on the same computer.
