Great Mouse!!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a great mouse, very comfortable and accurate. I had a couple of issues with connectivity with Blue Tooth but was able to work though it. Other than that I love this mouse. Have been using it for a month now and only had to do the original charge so far. It is a bit pricey but is

Good mouse, but not free of problems
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Comfortable ergonomic mouse. Has a good assortment of buttons and is definitely an improvement in quality/placement over the previous MX Master I owned. Scrolling works very well and is satisfying to use, big improvement over older MX Master mouses and is much quieter too. The mouse includes an upgraded version of the Logitech Unifying receiver CU-0008 with lower latency than the lower end CU-0007 receivers (see Wikipedia article on Logitech Unifying Receiver). Very smooth responsive input when using the dongle, good enough for non-competitive gaming and graphic arts Complaints: 1. Unifying receiver dongle is USB-A, so if you want to connect it to a recent computer without USB-A on it, you're stuck using double dongles if you want smooth low latency input (see #2) 2. Bluetooth is still not smooth when 2019 MacBook Pro 16"- it's about the same performance as my old MX Master. A clean smooth movement of the mouse results in the mouse juddering across the screen with random unpredictable skips, even when the computer is right next to the mouse. If you're picky about mouse movement like me, it's unacceptable for anything but web browsing. It's even annoying when editing code as the judder and skips often make it hard to select text predictably. Doing graphics arts or gaming is a hard no over bluetooth. 3. It has a USB-C connection for charging, but does not connect to the computer in wired mode, it's only a charge port. You MUST connect the mouse by bluetooth or the dongle for input. Seems real cheap on Logitech's part, especially if you forgot your dongle one day since the bluetooth performance is subpar 4. Sometimes the Logi software on macOS scrolls the wrong direction, haven't figured out how to correct the issue other than rebooting I still like the mouse and use it every day, but these issues are pretty inexcusable for the price. I'll still recommend the mouse if you want a comfortable high quality do-everything mouse, but consider the limitations and see if they fit into your workflow.

Excellent for Bouncing Between Systems
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. With everything going on, I've been lucky enough to work from home. I have my gaming PC, and my work laptop (a Macbook Pro 16") Pros: * The ability to switch between systems with one key press is amazing. * Bluetooth has very little latency * Really clean, wireless look. * Great side scrolling action and extra buttons. * Really good management software package Cons: * Intermittent connectivity issues when using the USB receiver (and it's within 3 feet of the mouse)

Great Mouse (except for the Bluetooth connection)
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very nice mouse, even though I wasn't able to use it with Bluetooth. The bluetooth connection is spotty - it jumps around quite a bit. I use the receiver and it works fine. Fairly smooth scrolling, very smooth movements around the screen, and the side buttons are a big improvement over the earlier versions of this mouse. Ergonomics are great - I love the way it feels. Honestly I was pretty happy with the magic mouse 2 except for the hideous location of the charging port, so I switched to this. Happy I did.

Perfect

Some odd scrolling behavior, otherwise stellar
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Every so often, I get bizarre behavior where the mouse will send phantom scrolling data, causing the web page or window to jitter up and down rapidly. Switching between USB-C and Bluetooth does not fix the problem. Maximizing the window often fixes this, but it's very annoying when it happens. Other than that, this is a typical Logitech mouse, which is to say that it's incredible. It can get weird in Bluetooth mode, but that's because I'm in an environment with a lot of Bluetooth devices. Whenever that happens, I can easily plug in a USB-C cable (you'll need one around to charge the battery anyway), and it functions just like a wired mouse.

Great shape and control
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love this mouse. It fits my hand well and has good control. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the Logitech flow doesn’t work as smooth as I wanted. I have three computers that I was hoping to use it with, but it won’t connect to one with Bluetooth and it is a bit jittery with the other when using Bluetooth instead of the usb dongle.

An amazing mouse for spreadsheets

Great mouse, slight issue for Mac.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great mouse, works perfectly with Windows 10, both bluetooth and dongle. Just a forewarning, the bluetooth on Mac is very choppy, this issue disappears when connected via the dongle.

Good mouse, bad dongle
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Enjoyed the mouse so much that I've bought it twice..but I've also returned it twice due to the receiver cutting in and out based on other things in the room...makes no sense since no other wireless mouse I've had does this. Good mouse when it works. heh

What a disappointment
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This highly rated device is a real disappointment. I'm used to a tracball mouse were everything is controlled by the thumb. This device requires moving the mouse around the surface like a conventional mouse. What good is that? Also, the thumb roller only moves the cursor left and right while the top roller goes straight up and down. Otherwise you have to move the whole device around the table. I also cannot connect it via Bluetooth without the crursor freezing every few seconds for a few seconds. I hope to return the item.

Way overpriced
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good mouse, but nothing special taking in consideration the price. Can't really say it is a game changer compare to cheaper Logitech units. Occasionally looses BT connection.

Decent Mouse just Loses BT connectivity frequently
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like the mouse but it keeps losing BT connectivity every few days, I thought it was my laptop but I connect it to 3 other computers and it does the same thing on all three! Oh well. I have the MX Master 2s and it works better!

Disconnects with Wifi interference
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great mouse. I use this at work without any issues, but when I use it at home, the mouse often disconnects because of Wi-fi interference from other devices.

Expensive Junk, Great Idea - Poor Execution
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Categoric piece of extremely expensive JUNK. Replaced this mouse twice - first purchased the smaller MX mouse returned it because it wouldn't work reliably, then purchased this bigger more expensive one. Still same issue. Worked with logitech support for over two months, got it replaced a third time still does not work work reliably. Looses connectivity, sluggish response. The light underneath starts blinking and then it stops responding. Have to keep an older logitech mouse handy and use that which works like a charm with ZERO issues. Great Idea , however extremely poor implementation. Hoping that logitech fixes these issues in a firmware update

Posted .Hi AK47. I'm sorry that your experience with the MX lineup was not a good one. I'm sorry that even with working with our Support Team the issue could not be resolved even with a replacement. If you are still looking for a mouse that offer some features that can be programed and customized the M720 is a good alternative. It has a lot of similar features to the MX Master 3 but uses a different sensor that can help reduce the lag and sluggish response you were referring to. Thank you for being a loyal Logitech customer! Kristi from Logitech

$99 Bull Shark - Bad Product
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It did not even take 15 minutes to determine this is a really bad product. Firstly, the mouse frequently stutters in bluetooth mode. It struggles to maintain a connection with a computer less than 48 inches away. And secondly, the mouse has absolute terrible glide pads. It is the polar opposite of anything in a smooth range. (I have mice that cost less than $15 dollars that provide superior glide!) The pads create a scratchy sound when the mouse is moved and creates a resistance prohibiting a smooth glide. (And yes, I checked to see if the pads were worn, damaged or had a protective clear film. It does not.) This is the worst Logitech product I ever bought and that says a lot because I am a Logitech fanboy. This product will surely be going right back to the store.

Mistake - don't buy it.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I give up on this mouse. I have laptop mounted under desk, and this does not work properly with either bluetooth or wireless. Lags & jumps to the point it is unusable. Unfortuatnely I waited too long to return it so am now stuck with a $100 paper weight. Yeesh.
