Good Mouse Great Scroll for Large Docs
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this mouse. Have used the last model (2S I believe) for years. Pros: Great "long free wheeling" scroll wheel. Good feel in hand. Good battery life. Cons: There is a ridge above left side function buttons, just below the horizontal scroll wheel. This prevents easy access to this wheel. There is a tiny button which gives acess to task manager etc just below your left thumb. This is so small it is absolutely useless. Expensive.... The scroll wheel would be great for users with large spreadsheets etc. It is a little too sensitive however for smaller docs that I use in software development.

Good So Far, but Jury is Still Deliberating
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Only 4 stars because I fully expect this thing to barely last a year. I'll come back next year and update. If I don't experience the dreaded double click issue, I will give five stars. If I do, I'm going down to 1 STAR! Overall, it has good function and feel. I charged the battery once, and it's a month later and still going! I use this mouse all day, so very good battery life. Would I recommend to a friend? Maybe. It has to last more than a year. Best Buy made me choose, so I had to say no, because there is no "Not Yet" option.

Great Mouse - plus/minus from MX Master2
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love this mouse, but my MX2 thumb button gave out just under two years of use. It appears without a border, they may have solved that issue on this model. the move of the left side toggle buttons makes them feel less accessible in this model to me, otherwise the smaller form factor is appreciated.

MX Mouse vs MX Vertical mouse
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very good mouse, really like the fast scrolling option. Not real good for carpal-tunnel though, Logitech does sell a similar MX series Vertical mouse, I have one, that very much relieves the stain on the wrist. If you don’t have problems with CTS and you are progressively for long periods using a mouse, I recommend the MX Vertical version

I wish they had a slightly smaller model
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like the feel of this mouse however it is a little large for my hand size. My boyfriend has been using it and love it, so I guess it is his now! Nice features.

Better than MX Master 2S
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I loved my MX Master 2S. But the thumb button stopped working after one year of usage. Fortunately, MX Master 3 upgraded the thumb button where there is no longer a crevice in the thumb button. A much-needed upgrade!

I would expect better from Logitech
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am a remote worker and I use this mouse every day. It has been one and a half year since I purchased it. Its skin recently started to wear out. Please check the pics. I contacted Logitech. They refused to replace since the warranty is only one year and they offered me 30% discount code. If I bought another one, I would have the same experience before 2 years. So I choose to let everyone know about this problem. If you plan to use it for years, DO NOT BUY IT!

Best mouse I’ve used. But hey, it’s a mouse.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Updated / replaced from the MX2. Like the ergonomics and feel of the mouse over the MX2. Tracks well on all the surfaces I’ve tried. Customization of the buttons is a plus and can be configured to specific apps. Would give it 5 stars if my MX2 didn’t died unexpectedly after 14 months. Reserving a star for durability.

I've been a fan of MX Masters
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.the 3rd generation of this mouse should be upgraded from the past two but the MX Master 1 is still my favorite. I like the thumb wheel and the lower thumb button's location is greatly improved, in earlier models the button was up high and if you accidentally squeezed the mouse cause something is about to eat you, windows would pop up. What I really don't like is the foward /back thumb buttons, they are so small, hard to find, and it takes a solid press to get them to work, I have a $20 mouse that works way better. Lastly I haven't had one of these MX Masters last me a whole year, so even though they are the most comfortable mouse to use, and work on any surface, in 9 months when this one dies, I'm going else where, or maybe just use my $20 mouse.

Meh
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Don't get me wrong, this is a good mouse. However, it's vastly overhyped. My gripe with this product is the weight and the way it's positioned more toward the back of the mouse. Felt awkward. Didn't like the feel of the scroll wheel. The "steps" as you turn the wheel were too course for my taste. I switched to the Razer Viper (corded). I found a lightweight mouse MUCH more enjoyable to use for everything from office work, photo editing, to gaming. And the viper lets you switch dpi setting with a button the bottom. No software required.

Better performance, but sacrificed ergonomics
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This mouse performed better as far as resolution and using for more detailed tasks and speed, but they changed the ergonomics from what the MX Master original and MX master 2 are. For my hand anyway, the new ergonomics make it actually fairly uncomfortable to use and if it harder to hold on to and reach the 'extra' buttons for the features that make this mouse great than the upgrade resolution and speed are not able to be utilized and performance actually is worse. Ended up returning and going back to previous version.

Was underwhelmed
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I tried this mouse out on my Mac. Overall I didn’t care for it at all. The ergonomics weren’t a good fit for me. More importantly I found the tracking to be quite bad regardless of the surface or settings used. I much prefer my significantly less expensive Corsair wireless mouse to this.

Quality & Function
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Although this mouse has been perfect for 3 months, it STOPPED working all of a sudden. I’m trying to find Logitech support now.... really annoying. P.S. I have severe carpal tunnel and if they’d step up quality, this product would be the best on the market. Of course, Best Buy states it’s too late to return although I bought it in 12/10/20 and it’s now FEBRUARY 8, 2021 - just over 2 months later. When you pay $100 bucks for something, it should have at least a 90 day return policy. PPS. Someone said I need to remove the screws, take off the back and adjust the plate that controls one of the functions. My model does not have screws on the bottom. Instructions diagram indicates there are screws but there are no screws on my model.

Thank you for choosing Logitech and for taking the time to share your experience. I am sorry that in your experience, the MX Master 3 " his mouse has been perfect for 3 months, it STOPPED working all of a sudden". I apologize this inconvenience; I would like to help. I have attached a link to the "Getting Started" support page for the MX Master 3, here you will find supporting software, product guides and further support. If you have not already done so, please check your computer for system updates. I recommend downloading the Logitech "Options" software for customization and best performance. The MX Master 3 can connect to up to 3 devices via USB or Bluetooth. Please check the selected input. If you are connected via USB, I recommend running the "Firmware Update Tool" to ensure your USB receiver has the latest updates. Another excellent mouse from Logitech
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Logitech has another winner with the MX Master 3. I've used the original MX Mouse, the MX Master and now the MX 3, and this is the best of all of them. It's an iterative update to the MX Master 2S, so if you already have that mouse, this is probably not a worthwhile upgrade, unless the ergonomics of the back and forward buttons really bother you (which was my main complaint with the MX Master). Otherwise, the addition of USB-C charging is a nice upgrade. All of the other improvements are software related via Logitech's Options program, and thus backwards compatible with the MX Master 2S. The new scroll wheel functionality is nice, but not worth upgrading for. Overall, this is a great mouse and definitely worth it, unless you already have an MX.
