    Not working only after a month. Replaced battery, still nothing. Computer says it’s connected. Lights on mouse are on but no arrow on screen. Only use this every other day or so. Should last longer than that. Frustrating,

      Sounds troublesome! Have you tried testing the mouse on a different device? Plug the device into a different USB port on your computer. If possible, don't use a USB hub or other similar device. If using a different USB port works, try updating the motherboard USB chipset driver.

    The only good thing about this mouse is that since it connects with Bluetooth it doesn't take up a USB port on computer. I've had it six months and had to uninstall and reinstall numerous times.

    Broke after 3-4 weeks of occasional use

    I have had M650 for 4 weeks. Already Rt click is clicking nice silent like the Lt but there is no effect on the screen. Changing Lt to Rt still indicates problem with Rt button. Connects well either USB or BlueRay. I tried to get the warranty repair but after spending 1 hr with tech support I did not receive legible instruction how to get the warranty repair. Simply buying a different mouse probably will help to save the time and hassle.

    Thank goodness it has a 2 year battery life, as it lasts 1 year and 3 weeks with minimal use. I am so glad I spent the extra $20 for prettier cheep items designed to break.

    Did not have all the pieces - was missing the most important piece of all - the computer chip that runs the whole thing!!

    The right click thing is way too sensitive, just your finger resting on it engages it--very annoying. Also, doesn't always work immediately when you want to select something. One good thing--scrolling is fast and convenient.

    Not a happy experience

    Not a good mouse to buy, The mouse was fine when I bought it today. Now after two hours of use, the mouse started to not work correctly and now it’s not connecting to my windows computer again. I tried restarting the computer, uninstalling drivers and reinstalling, and removing the mouse batteries and it did not fix the problem. I wouldn’t recommend this at all.

    Logitech Mouse Incompatible with MAC

    If you plan to use this mouse on a MAC desktop with the M1 chip avoid it. After 3 weeks plus with dismal Logitech support and trying other online solutions, the Logi Options+ software still will not work on my MAC with the latest version of Ventura installed. Too late to return to B/B (bought 4/3). Physically the mouse is fine, comfortable and precise - you just can't set it up. I was going to buy the Logitech MX keyboard for my MAC but because it uses the same lame software and support from Logitech is terrible, there will be no purchase now. I guess a $39 mouse isn't worth it for Logitech to bother bending over backwards for primo customer supper.
