    Great keyboard while it lasts

This keyboard has become invaluable to me, it's functions keys being insanely useful. However I find it breaks after around 6 months of heavy use, I've had to get quite a few of these keyboards so far. My most recent one has a broken delete key after just 3 months of use.

Keycaps are easy to fell off and hard to put back, if it drops from bed, one keycaps probably pop out. And i spilled some drink on it, it’s became hard to use. Had to switch to apple’s own keyboard

The Logitech Slim Folio Pro Keyboard Case for the iPad Pro provides a very well made keyboard, but advertises more features than it’s made for. As a keyboard and protection case, it’s great. Sketch Mode and Read Mode leave the user wanting more. I feel that at the bare minimum this product should work seamlessly in Type AND Read Modes, but I can only recommend the Type Mode as Read Mode has some issues. Sketch Mode is okay. PROS: - The Keyboard is hefty and feels really good under your fingers. The keys essentially turn the iPad into a laptop, and the function keys are a great plus. - The back-lit keys make it easy to use in the dark. The Keyboard is the Slim Folio Pro’s best feature, impressive to say the least. - The Case itself is quite rugged and protects the iPad edges very well. - When the Folio is closed completely, the strap holds the Apple Pencil even more securely. It’s nice that there’s a space for the Apple pencil to magnetically attach to the iPad like it’s intended to be stored and for charging. - The battery life is good on the Slim Folio Pro. Easy to charge. CONS: - While the Keyboard is awesome, I can only recommend this product in Type Mode, Sketch Mode is just okay, and Read Mode is disappointing. - Sketch Mode is nothing to brag about as an Apple Pencil user. I wish it was just slightly more angled for sketching. It doesn’t exactly fold or lay down the way it’s advertised. I tried to match the images on the box and it just doesn’t sit the same way. The advertised Sketch Mode sits at a higher angle than where it actually sits. If too much pressure is applied to the top corners, the iPad will give into the pressure. It’s stable enough, but not as sturdy as I thought it would be given that the case itself is quite sturdy. - Read Mode is not as comfortable as it should be. The joint edge provides too big of a gap, it doesn’t allow the iPad to lay flat so the iPad itself slumps down due to the weight. - I would have liked more than one tilt setting in Type Mode. Upon looking at the application images on the box as well as the included reading material, there’s only one angle the iPad can be in. After doing some research online, it seems there is a second steeper angle the iPad can be in in Type Mode (see images) though it doesn’t seem very stable so I only recommend it to be used as intended. - It’s tough to get the iPad into the case. Not a huge con if you’re just doing this once and plan on using this long term. Keyboard - 5 stars Case/Protection - 4 stars Sketch Mode - 2.5 stars Read Mode - 1 star Would I recommend this for artists? I’m on the fence of ‘No’ to ‘Maybe’. I had more hopes for Sketch Mode. Would I recommend this for day to day typists? Yes. The keyboard is fantastic and I bet you’d get used to the Read Mode even with its faults.

It is a good keyboard case for an iPad Pro. Typing experience is better than Apple's one. But it bulky and if you want to use iPad without it it is a hassle to remove it. It is ok, if one is going to use it as a laptop replacement

Logitech normally makes excellent quality & sleek looking accessories. This iPad keyboard works well but it’s very heavy. That’s a major design flaw IMO.

$125 is way too steep for a bluetooth keyboard. Gaming keyboards with mechanical switches, lighting, and extensive keypress warrantees can be bought for $25 or more less. The case is pretty solid as well though. Keypresses feel nice and it looks sharp. It is quite heavy, but thats probably due to the keyboard being made of what feels like aluminum.

I am comparing this keyboard to my last keyboard which was also made by Logitec. Last years model was much better, but this years brand new model is the best on the market. It is the only one that is backlit. Being able to see the keys is very important. The screen keyboard is always present even when I want it removed so I can see the screen.

The reason for the three stars is because in my opinion the product is overpriced. The case seems sturdy enough but the keyboard feels like it's not going to last. Unfortunately my only other option was the more expensive apple version. At half the price it would have been a great deal.

After doing some research and not wanting to spend a lot of money I decided on this. It’s functionality is good, it serves its purpose. It’s flimsy and feels cheaply made. I will be switching to a Brydge as soon as I can.

This product does not communicate with the 5th generation iPad Pro. It says 3rd and 4th generation. The Geek Squad was able to determine the problem and get me the right keyboard.

The keys have a hard touch and are very sticky. This would be okay for someone who doesn’t do a lot of typing but not for someone who uses their iPad as a regular computer.
