    Head phones work great in terms of sound and mic. However battery life is low and not good for people with long hair as gair will get stuck in the crevices. Battery also keep dying during calls. Will be returning.

    Comfortable headset with decent range, however after about a week of use it began sounding like I was in a tunnel, after 2 weeks I couldn’t be heard.

    Ok as headphones, if they connect. Poor Mic

    Had five devices that I tried to use these with. 3 computers, PC and Mac , Win10 , 11 and current osx. 2/5 worked. Couldn't get iPhone , a win10 PC nor MacBook Air to connect. Of the two machines that worked , Tried them for a few hours, comfortable, reduced background noise though the mic quality was awful. through Discord, teams and when directly recorded to the PC. Even if these headphones had connected to all systems, I wouldn't have used them. Refunded them after a week.

    It does connect with your computer, but I had to speak loud so the caller can hear me and on top of that it disconnects you from Teams and you can't hear the other person.

    I loved this product until my mic stopped working in the middle of my meeting. I shared my screen so everyone could help me troubleshoot but nothing we did helped. All settings showed the mic had no reason to no longer work. I tried for 2 days to fix the issue, bc I really didn’t want to return this product. Oh well.

    For some reason, when I join Teams calls, my headset mutes itself, and I can't talk to the other person for a while before it finally starts working. It's super annoying, and if I could get a refund, I would, but it's been so long since I bought it.
