I reviewed the dryer also this is the best American Built set money can buy. It handles 3x the clothes of a top load dryer and they come clean. The cycle is a little longer than a top load but it knows what your washing and how to wash them. I get my clothes dirty and this gets them clean.

Golly do I love this washing machine.. It is the top of the line. Steam option on this washer - This Set is in my HUGE HUGE laundry / office area... so it was really important to get this whisper quiet set... it has all the options anyone could every want. It looks great and is sleek looking right where it is at. Clothes are so clean and fresh - well rinsed ! I would recommend this to anyone who has high expectations from their purchases and want to get there moneys worth. Best of all Maytag is made in AMerica !! Thank you Maytag! We are looking forward to many many years of use !!

The washing machine is amazing ! Very satisfying, easy to use, spacious , and Miguel the guy who delivered, Him and his team very friendly and patient !

Our 13 year old Kenmore washer and dryer were on their last legs. A bit of research found that it was a Whirlpool model that Sears sold. Given we have a Jenn-Air and Maytag refrigerator with no problems combined with the Kenmore (Whirpool and basically the same company as Maytag) it made sense to buy what we knew and we found reliable. This is a newer model for Maytag but we have had the washer and matching dryer for about 3 weeks now and no issues. Impressions are that it's much quieter than it's 13 year old predecessor. The end of cycle spin does not shake the room. The 16 hour fresh hold is nice as it let's us run it before bedtime without feeing we need to dry the same night. We didn't have the steam feature prior and that's nice as it seems to help clean better. I like the newer style control panel and display. Overall happy, would recommend.

Good washer. Im having issues with the accuracy of cycle times

I was skeptical about buying this pair of washer and dryer because so many negative reviews. I still give it a try because of the good look that other brands don't have this kind of product or too expensive. Both work good so far after a month, and I have no complain. If something really happen, i'll give this review an update.

And product came with 10 years warranty plan. model number for washer - MHW6630HW2 serial numebr - CA2900316 Model number MED6630HW2 serial number MA3206623 Washer doesn’t start in one press of power button. ( it happen in front of him too I made video) screen continue blink. Cycle doesn’t finish in its time. It always stop after 40 or 50 minutes. ( it happen in front of him too, 2 times ) In washer screen its shows 5d when 2 hours cycle stop in 40 or 50 minutes. And screen blinking continues. And when water start to come in washer it doesn’t stop and I have to turn off washer. And the spinner makes too much noises. Greek agent came our home 2 time for repairing he spend 3-4 hours per day (he came 3 day) to fix washer. he changed it’s main board and he gave me a reason because i didn’t clean sides of door and i put large amount of liquid detergent which is why my washer is not working. after stop working washer its display still shows whole cycle with time by blinking. Now today my washer stop working when i hit start button it says ERR on screen and i tried 1 minutes continue i have video clip too. and i have video clip after the repair by greek agent of washer and dryer. Same thigh happen with dryer it getting too hot even I select temp 2 or 3. So he open top part and he said he will change it belt and pully because that dryer spins very fast and it make noises. And it’s dryer cycle also not complete in given time too. and for dryer he gave me reason your vantilation system is blocked. (our new house built august 2021 and we bought washer and dryer august 2021) and he gave another reason - your lundry room is small which is 6*4 feet . I tried to chat but every one end chat by saying contact sales department for change washer and dryer. i can not upload videos becuase there is no option for upload video. by video you can easily see all above difficulties with washer and dryer.

This washer does a fabulous job of cleaning clothes. I’m impressed with the amount of features the washer has. The other thing I like about, is that it is quiet.

Very nice washer and dyer. Does the job. Regular wash is long up to 2 hours. Heavy duty 3 hours. However, the delicate cycle does 55 minutes so that's my regular wash. Looks great. No issues yet.

Very quiet work horse. Works excellent and love all of the cleaning cycle options.

I simply love this model. My clothes are actually getting washed and smell great. No more shrinkage. The only thing I don't care for is that the door stays wet. I have to leave it open after every wash so it dries.

I'm very happy with my new Maytag washer model(MHW6630HW). It's handled all the special loads, delicate sweaters, bulky comforters, heavy rugs as well as the ordinary laundry. Has a convenient drawer to put detergent, bleach etc. It is the great washer at Maytag quality as it has a wide variety of programs that cover all my needs and are easy to adjust.

I love the size of the washer I can wash my comforters with ease the settings are simple to use.

I ordered it from Bestbuy six months ago, including the installation services through them. 10 weeks later, this washer the cycle stopped with the soaked clothes in it. Then on the 4th month it started making squeaky noise no matter it was small or big loads of laundry in it. I contacted Bestbuy and was told that Maytag washer has no warranty through them. Now I am stuck and had paid $899 for it with the installation fee. Unfortunately, my previous Maytag washer last 7 years but not this one.

Had great luck w/ Whirlpool products in past, so didn't hesitate to purchase a Maytag. It has functioned fine since purchase, nothing more or less. It's a washing machine - it does what it's advertised to do. The 2 star rating is for the rubber seal to the door just ripping after 18 mos of use (2 kids, 2-3 average loads per week). Called Maytag support for help, only to find out that this part isn't covered past 12 months. I was offered 20% off a full price machine. Wouldn't even budge on the cost of a replacement part. The machine worked fine, nothing special and I'm sure any other washer that can spin clothes in water can do the same job. The low rating is for the fact that after 18 mos, I now have to dump $500 in for a repair. I will likely not purchase a Maytag again.

We looked at several front loading washers after our excellent 15-year-old washer was damaged by a floor installer who placed it on its side to move it. We opted for this because it had pedestals available and we are familiar with the Maytag brand. It’s made by Whirlpool. The installer placed it on its side to attach the pedestal. It shook badly and made noise. The seller replaced it. It’s fine. We like this, other than the nearly inaudible end of cycle signal. All appliances have their quirks.

This is the worst machine ever! After two weeks in my home it started leaking. I have the Geek Squad warranty but with Maytag appliances the first year is Manufacturing warranty’s. They just keep sending technicians out that don’t know how to fix it. I’ve had two months of water flooding on my floor and wrecking my home. When I first called Geek Squad within two weeks of the purchase they never gave me the option to replace it which I would have in a heartbeat. Now I’m stuck with the machine that is wrecking my home with water, runs for hours at a time and doesn’t shut off. Shuts off without running after you’ve started it. This is just a few of the things it does. This is a lemon and nobody can dispute that but nobody stands behind it. Geek Squad washes their hands of it saying it’s the manufacturer’s warranty. The manufacturer just keeps sending people out that don’t fix it. If I could lift it, this thing would be in the middle of the street and I would run over it. If I could give it negative stars I would have.

Cleanest clothes I’ve ever experienced with a washer. Would absolutely recommend this w/d pair.
