More compact than the original
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this version because I love the regular corded one. There is one usb dongle that connects every piece so you don't have to plug in something for every part, very convenient. I read the other reviews about the wrist rest wearing prematurely. It is a different material and it doesn't seem as sturdy than what's used on the corded version, I've had that one for about eight years without an issue so we'll see how this wears. The mouse feels amazing but if you're ambidextrous like me, you'll have another mouse for the left hand as well. I'm still adapting to this smaller version, the keys are flatter so typing is different and having a detached 10 key takes some getting used to. Overall I like that I can quickly tuck this little baby into my work bag and be on the go. 4 stars just because I haven't had it long.

Overall worth it
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good price for a high quality keyboard. Being able to separate number pad really makes my wrist motions less dramatic to reach the mouse. Only two complaints are: the left-click on the mouse gets lodged sometimes; and the soft wrist rest which is otherwise really nice does stain easily e.g. from oil from skin.

Comfortable
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's a very comfortable keyboard and mouse set. Very minor annoyance is that keystroke registration seems to be less than perfect for the keyboard. At least mine will occasionally miss a space or something here or there but it's infrequent and doesn't really bother me very much. The wrist rest on the keyboard could also be better considering their 'sculpt comfort' line has a better one for about $30 less. I would say that set is probably the superior value, especially when it comes to the keyboard. That being said, the ergo mouse in this set is really great and if you have right wrist problems is definitely helpful. Takes a little getting used to but not bad.

Nice Keyboard
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really like the keyboard and the separate number pad is convenient for using on the left that is probably my favorite thing. The mouse actually gave me wrist pain/ hand pain after a few days as I have petite hands so it kind of krinks my wrist if I dont have a mouse pad with a raised arm rest. So I dont even use the mouse now unfortunately.

No more wrist pain
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm an attorney who types most of my own work product. A few months ago my wrists started to ache from age and the angle required from my wrists to type on a conventional keyboard. In desperation, I purchased this keyboard and after a couple months, my pain subsided. I'm sold.

Great Keyboard
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is my second Microsoft sculpt keyboard. The first lasted three years, which is pretty much how long the warranty is. It would be great if it lasted longer, however, within one day of not using the keyboard, I had wrist pain. I would definitely recommend if you are experiencing any kind of wrist or elbow pain.

Extremely easy on your wrists with some caveats
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I started having some wrist problems as I typed all day, so I came across this weird-looking keyboard. I first tried it out in-store and it felt great. When I got it and used it for several weeks, I definitely see what the fuss was about. It's tremendously easy on your wrists. Moreover, the mouse that comes with the keyboard is also nice. But, here are some caveats: I needed to get used to this keyboard arrangement. Maybe it's just me, but I had to change my habit of pressing certain keys with my left hand. For instance, I used to press "y" and "h" with my left index, but with this keyboard, that didn't work, so I changed to my right (albeit with some difficulty). Second, the wrist/palm pad gets dirty quite easily. I believe there's no replacement just for the wrist/palm pad, so you need to wipe it with wet cloth regularly.

Expensive, but worthwhile
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am 65 years old and work on my PC all day long. This keyboard keeps me at work with no adverse effects ... looks nice as well. The wrist rest becomes slightly soiled and worn over time, have not yet figured out how to keep it nice. Armor All, maybe?

She loves it so far!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My wife has been having wrist and hand pain issues recently. We tried a couple different setups and then she saw this one. It is only 4 days in, but she loves it. I will update review in about 6 months.

Comfortable, quick to set up, works perfect
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very happy overall with this product. Nothing negative enough to remove a star. I have concerns over whether the padding on the wristrest will wear off and become uncomfortable as it already has a shine to it after just 2 months of use. I also am super careful about taking the usb dongle out of my laptop whenever it is done and putting it back in the mouse which is an inconvenience, but if that USB dongle breaks or is lost you cannot replace it without buying a new set because it is encrypted to only the specific keyboard and mouse you purchased in the set.

Comfortable but...
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This keyboard and mouse are seriously comfortable. But after weeks of use I am still having problems adjusting to it, that's on me. Constantly hitting incorrect keys, I greatly dislike the 10 key disconnected from the keyboard. Beside that, the keyboard rest (where your wrists rest) basically attracts dirt and debris and doesnt clean well.

I love this keyboard!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've used a natural keyboard for 10+ years. I used to have wrist pain when typing. Natural keyboard layouts are great! No more pain! This keyboard is very light and thin and not as bulky as some of the older natural keyboards. The mouse is a little bigger than normal but very comfortable to use.

Hard to use, maybe not for everyone
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have to say, this is difficult to use after using a flat keyboard for decades. This shape makes my keyboarding very sloppy for nlw. One of my wrists hurts from maybe mouse usage, so I hoped the ergonomic would be better. I'll get used to it at some point. The mouse kind of holds that wrist in an ergonomic position, which is helpful.

Looks nice
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Hey it looks nice. But the wrist rest is cloth and will get dirty. The mouse is not ambidextrous which is unfortunate as I am left handed.

Posted .Hello,
Thanks for taking the time to leave some feedback about the Sculpt Ergonomic Desktop Wireless Keyboard & Mouse. To help with keeping your keyboard looking nice for years to come, we recommend using a mild soap and damp cloth to gently clean the wrist rest. We'll also pass this along to the rest of our team regarding an ambidextrous mouse.
Best,
Heather
