Now both my work and home setup are fully connected and I don't even have to carry a cord with me. It even saves both settings so when plugging in it fully recognizes screen setups, keyboards, mice etc. Purchase of the year.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.USB, USB-C, SD card slot, removable screen (tablet mode), long battery life, lots of RAM. lighted keyboard, face recognition, more stable platform to use on my lap compared to my Surface Pro 2 ( no kickstand). Microsoft computers seem to run Windows 10 better than others -- my wife has a HP running Windows 10 and it doesn't seem to run as efficiently as my past Surface Pro 2 or this Surface Book 2. Love the computer.

It is not as snappy on opening apps as a laptop with the same specs. That said I love this machine. The design is great and the convertibility of laptop to tablet is awesome. It is essentially Mac quality produced by Microsoft and running Windows. There is truly no other machine like it on the market yet. I would give it five stars but for the two things mentioned.

The detachable tablet is great for media consumption. The GTX 1050 graphics card is great for light gaming and video editing. The 15in is large and more powerful but the 13.5in is just right. It's a great value even at 2 years old.

Best Computer/Laptop I've Had

I originally came from Dell and Mac computers. The speed of this Surface Book 2 is amazing. I can multitask with ease. I mainly use this for Excel, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD in an office and while traveling. I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a laptop.
