Was looking for a tablet to supplement my laptop but ended getting this Surface Book to have the best of both worlds. I'm using it more for laptop purposes, but this weekend was traveling and tablet mode made it so much easier on the plane. Works great and enjoying using this machine.

It's a very good computer laptop to use, easy to use, lots of important useful features, and very easy to handle. We're still in the learning stage and getting used to it. Many things to explore in this computer. This computer is very useful and will certainly last us a long time.

I really like the flexibility the detachable screen provides. I find myself using my tablet much less than before. Paired with the Microsoft docking station, it's got all the power I need for the home office, but the portability to travel easily.

Unlike my steak, I like this PC well done. It is solid and seems to run well. I have been using it for a month at this point without any significant issues. Battery life is outstanding. Processing power is great and for a 2 in 1 that I can play video games on it does the trick.

I went through several other machines before landing on the Surface, because I didn't want to pay the extra $$, but now I think it is well worth it. Visual rendering is very quick, facial recognition is super speedy, battery life is better than any other. Great machine!

this is the 3rd unit we have purchased now. my first user requested this unit and now that others have seen it here, they are asking for it. Powerful but lightweight and easy to carry. A grate choice for those who need a powerful machine or something easy to travel with.

Just as described. I’m not a heavy gamer, programmer, or digital designer. I use this daily in my personal/business environment. I love the versatility and at the same time I’m not compromising or giving up anything that I expect with a bigger heavier bulky laptop.

This laptop looks amazing, works fast, typing keys are pretty quite, and you can you this laptop for everything. I use this for college and I can take notes on power point or PDFs to look over. I definitely recommend buying this laptop.

Bought it for the tablet feature. Works very nicely, still learning. Light weight unit, nice for mobility. Nifty magnetic, breakaway power plug. Will be gerting a multi style plug in accessory for other accessories (HDMI, etc.).

This device works nicely for a wide variety of tasks that college courses and leisure have required of it. It runs art programs and blender well, has enough storage for class specific software, and video games run smoothly as well. Obviously you can't do all of that at once, as having a few applications on at a time slows the machine down, but that's to be expected for it. Two things that scare me about it is the top-heavy hardware (potential wear on the hinge because of the weight having a battery in the screen has) and "best performance" mode turns the fans to high gear which is very loud while gaming, almost like overclocking a pc. Those issues aren't a big deal though and overall I'm happy with this purchase.

Microsoft surface book 2 is a premium product which i have had the pleasure of using for the last 3 months, the keyboard is very nice to use with a good crisp key action and nicely spaced keys. The screen is very clear with a top quality, high end display and the action in which you diconnect it from the keyboard is very nice and easy to operate as it has its own key. The screen as a tablet is very smooth and although it seems a little large, as a 15" tablet, you soon get used to this as it truely is a pleasure to use. The Microsoft app store is nice with some good options across the board and is getting better as time goes by but still has a long way to go. Overall a very well made 2 in 1 laptop with a lot to give, i highly recommend this product.

This is my third surface. The other two didn't have the storage and power to keep up. The Surface book performs like a laptop but is as portable as a surface. (It's slightly larger and heavier) But well worth it in operating speed.

This laptop is super fast, and has a great display. The size is just right, small enough to be easily portable, yet large enough to read easily. It can also be used as a tablet, a feature I haven't really used, but an attractive option.

Works great, much faster than my old laptop and seems faster than my tower desktop! Keyboard easy to use and trackpad fine. Display great when sent to either a external monitor or flat screen TV.

This is an ultimate laptop for everything you want to do. Such an elegant piece, looks so beautiful and thin, and the processing capacity is equally good. There is nothing it can’t do. Best product seen so far, Microsoft rocks!

Love. Love. Love. My husband uses his surface every day and has been nothing but happy with it.

Resolution is amazing. Touch screen makes all the difference in the world. Battery life is great. It actually has 2 batteries. Only issue is that when the battery goes bad you will need to get a whole new laptop.

Functions great! Portable and relatively light weight. Use for work and at home, and video editing. Audio drivers somewhat limited compared to other laptop PCs I've used (mostly Dell). Would still highly recommend.

Loving my surface book 2. Made the switch from a MacBook Pro which I’ve been using various models of for the past 14 years. Windows isn’t my favorite operating system, but I’m getting the hang of it.
