Is a great lightweight laptop that performs awesome. Although it is not equipped with a dedicated Graphic card, it runs games smoothly. Battery life is long and reliable. When operating in normal (not peak) performance, fan noise is a bit annoying. It makes a noise on a base of periods rather than being constant, steady noise.

Not only does it look sexy but it is exactly what I need to do the multiple tasks I work with. Awesome! This laptop makes my work life easier. I look forward to finding out what more it can do. I am well pleased.

I love this laptop very fast, light and have good keyboard pad, nice touch screen. Just the battery has slightly less time to run out than what they said.

Nice laptop but returned it to stick with MacOS. Seems like it would have done the job though.

I. AM. MAD!!!!! I bought this computer after having a MAC for about 4 years. I never had problems with my MAC, and it always ran amazingly. It was not only what I used for a huge portion of my schooling but also work. I am not a huge Apple fan altogether, so I thought I would branch out and try this computer. Less than 6 months in I'm getting notifications that my storage is full, and that I am somehow using all 256GB. When I go in to check out my storage, the largest app I have is 500MG and there's absolutely no way that everything adds up. Now, I can't do school work or office work because even trying to save a 1-page paper is too much for this stupid thing. Such a waste of money.

Often, I buy open box items from Best Buy to save money and I rely on their description of the product’s condition to decide. I purchased this laptop from BestBuy online and it was described as “Excellent” —with NO physical flaws, scratches or scuffs and include ALL original parts and accessories. To my dismay, the product came without its power supply. It also has damage because there’s a vertical line running down the screen. I called customer service and I was told they could not send me a charger or any replacement. I visited the store and was advised to purchase a new charger. I am not able to return for refund or exchange because I really need to use the laptop and could not wait another week. Even though it is an open box item, it is severely disappointing when the store misrepresents the condition of the item. Don’t trust open box!

Quality sturdy build, solid aluminum. Minimalist design. When you close it the laptop becomes very compact. A lot of screen real estate for the size of the laptop. I like the more 3/2 aspect ratio as opposed to extreme widescreen. Runs whisper quiet. Good battery life. Extremely fast at loading websites and running Microsoft applications. Boots up in something like 10 seconds and when you open it from sleep wakes up immediately, detects your face and unlocks. No complaints so far. There is a lack of connectivity but all laptops this thin have that. Thankfully it still has a USB-A for older peripherals but I have it plugged into a dock through USB-C when at home and everything works great using that.

I got this laptop for school and so far I’m really content with it. It’s very easy to navigate and also super compact and small so it’s easy and lightweight to carry around if needed. I was hesitant about the price at first because I didn’t want to spend that much on a laptop but it seems like microsoft really did a good job with their surface laptops. I would recommend.

Love the light up keyboard and touchscreen features, and how lightweight it is. I bought this laptop for college, not knowing the amount of heavy programs I would need to run on it. I was delighted to find that it can run a majority of the programs I need like Revit, AutoCAD, and Photoshop. However, it cannot run rendering programs like Enscape (twinmotion is fine though). I will upgrade soon, but for the three years I’ve had this laptop, it’s really held up. The battery power has decreased, and the charger barely works but other than that everything works fine.

I'll be honest, I was pretty ecstatic when I picked up this laptop. I've always been a PC guy. The first laptop I was given just didn't work... it smelled like it was burning when I tried to turn it on. So, great start... A day later, I exchanged for the same laptop, hoping for the best. Works perfectly. I don't use it for gaming or anything, but rather some development, design, site building, and it's smooth. Love the facial recognition, it's sleek, lightweight, crystal clear screen, (bonus touch screen, but don't use really), and runs a ton of apps without any issues so far. The matte black gets smudges, but expected. Thinking about getting a stylus now and see how that goes. Highly recommend. Also, don't but the Microsoft dock, I got one off of Amazon for like 30 bucks and it has multiple USB, hdmi, etc.

Perfect laptop for business and general day to day use. Compact size, but not too small. Touch screen functionality is good. The SSD and the 16GB Memory make for a speedy device.

For a smaller sized laptop, this thing does a great job! The camera is super clear. The startup / bootup times are phenomenal. The overall screen is clear. Web browsing and YouTube videos are fast and clear. Only small thing I ran into is the fan was quite loud when plugged in and used for a 1hr WebEx meeting. The laptop was quite warm as well. Looking at forums, I plan to turn town my performance levels for battery to prevent the CPU from going into overload, which may be causing the fan to work overtime. Overall, I really love this Laptop as it's compact and gets everyday task done effeciently!

The only reason I bought this laptop is because of the screen. 3:2 aspect ratio is much better than windscreen for productivity. It is also fast. What I don't like about this product is that the quality control is inconsistent. I had to return this laptop because it was making cracking sounds every time I open the screen. Lack of adequate ports and no usb-c charger is another downside.

This is without doubt the most beautiful computer I've ever seen. It is solid, fast, light -- in short, perfect for a new college student. The keyboard has a great feel and the touch pad is large and sensitive. The touch screen display is not quite 4k resolution but will be fine for most people. We've had this computer for about a month now and so far my daughter is ecstatic. You should definitely check out this machine if you're in the market for a smaller lightweight laptop.

more than 14 hours working fine with no issue fast , and light and beautiful color

I'm enjoying this laptop. It is nice and light and I like the screen size. I'm unhappy with how Windows 10 works on it however. The font in some of the menu windows is super tiny and it is not configurable. My prior laptop also using Windows 10, did not have this issue, so I'm assuming it is something with this laptop. Otherwise the battery seems to last nicely and it is a nice upgrade on speed from my old Surface.

I purchased this computer for the sole reason that I went into engineering at a STEM school with a Mac and learned quickly that it would not meet my needs. After 2 years of using my mac for school I made the decision to buy this computer. I have honestly loved using it, it is such a pretty color and is easy to navigate from a mac. I really enjoy the touch screen and haven’t had any problems with that aspect. I can run my engineering software programs with ease with the upgrades I made to the computer processing system when I got it. This computer has really made me rethink my apple usage since it is so sleek and versatile. I also love the color of the computer. One aspect I really like is the face ID to unlock the computer. I feel like that is a super cool new feature that a lot more computers should utilize. Overall I would definitely recommend this computer to any college and above student to meet and exceed their needs.

Overall a good laptop for those on the go or in need of an upgrade. Fast, reliable and easy to use. Only drawbacks for me were the need to have a Microsoft account and how Microsoft sets up and allows you to have (or not have in this case) admin control over your own computer. Really? And when connecting blue tooth devices it takes forever for the bluetooth connections to display. Otherwise not a bad computer.
