Highly recommend. I got this new surface lab-top a few months ago. Love that battery lasts long, it’s super fast especially when you restart and light weight.

I have always loved Surface Pros and was excited to buy the newest one since I was starting a remote job. This computer is extremely portable and I rarely even take my charger since the battery life is so good. The surface is metal which I did not want scratched so I bought a case for it. Runs smooth and is everything I need and more!

Great laptop, perfect for my needs. Very sturdy and slim. Battery life is amazing, I can work all day without worrying about being near an outlet. The fact that is was open box, even better!! I saved a good bit and it was in perfect condition with all the original accessories. I absolutely love buying from Best Buy. They're always my first choice when I look for new tech.

Probably the best laptop that I’ve ever purchased. The OS is working with high efficiency as advertised. The laptop was constructed with excellent precision and the flip/touch screen has been flawless. I highly recommend this laptop!

Really great and fast computer. I have had no problems with uploads or downloads. The one thing I did not recognize when purchased a lack of USB ports. Also, how expensive the accessories are as well

Haven’t had any major issues. Got this laptop for law school but have yet to start. Got the surface pro 3 during my undergrad years and that lasted the 4 years, but immediately stopped after those 4 years so fingers crossed this one isn’t like Microsoft’s other products as this laptop cost twice as much as the surface pro. Will update once school has started.

Choose my surface over the MacBook from work ANY DAY! The picture is so much clearer, it’s faster, more user friendly, the battery lasts 10x longer, and touchscreen is a must!

I had a 7 year old Chromebook and needed a change. I didn’t do much research but I did hear good things about Microsoft. Now having the laptop for a year, I can give my thoughts about it. The laptop is great, the screen is super clear and doing work for school is a breeze. I use my laptop for school and classes often to use the Microsoft ecosystem (word, PowerPoint, sheets, etc…) which runs smoothly with this. But these are just basic things that any laptop can do. I have some games downloaded on the laptop. Games such as slime rancher, sims 4, and Minecraft, and they run great. Yes, the bottom gets hot but the game doesn’t lag, I would play for hours then I completely turn it off and let it rest and it would cool down in about an hour. Last thing I would warn people about is the battery life, I believe it says 14-18 hr of battery (not too sure) but in reality I think it’s shorter than that. I would charge it completely and then a couple hours later I would need to charge it angin because it’s already at 20 percent. Overall great laptop if you’re just using for school and work. My only complaint would be the battery life.

Bought this laptop for my daughter she is 14 and she is home schooled she absolutely loves this laptop the display is bright it is extremely fast and holds a charge for a long time and does not get hot highly recommend this laptop for a professional or even a young student

Bought this refurbished model to replaced my Surface 3 from 2020. No scratches, no dents, original charge cord came with the repackaged box. When I picked this up the local best buy, I opened the box at the store, it was a smaller model and diffrent color. Mix up with labeling. They had regrets about selling me the wrong product, after a conversation, they could sell me a similar product but no discount, not really sure how that was supposed to fix the problem... When they checked their inventory, the item was IN the store. A store manager was finally located and they said to check all the boxes, they found my item. yay! It's been nearly 1-year since I bought this, works great. no complaints.

I absolutely love this computer. The screen is huge and the touch screen feature is very convenient. The speed is fantastic. This is exactly what i neede for nursing school.

I really loved the laptop, especially the screen resolution. Never gets stuck and the price for 12 generation is really good. And then it was a little expensive as the other laptops are giving same qualities at a much cheaper rate.
