Overall its a good Bluetooth mouse. It works and tracks fine. But be careful if you pack it way often in a bag; the rubber on one site was easily marred with packing and unpacking.

The mouse is working well and, hopefully, it will continue. Microsoft mice have had a tendency to fail rather early in my expectation of their lifetime.

I ended up buying Microsoft wireless mobile mouse 3500 as my wireless mobile mouse 4000 scrolling wheel rubber started sticking and disintregated. I am really not too happy with this product rubber material. In less than two years and light use can cause such a problem. Anyhow, I will have to wait for Microsoft's answer to this problem before I recommend the Microsoft wireless mouse. (I bought second one for its attractive price)

Ok for the price but expect nothing fast, it comes with long usd stick which is easy to get broken.

This mouse is ok. A little light and does not have a very durable feel. It worked as a decent backup but I wouldn’t use it on a daily basis.

Transceiver failed after less than a month of use and Microsoft does not stand behind their warranty - they actually told me that Best Buy had to service the warranty (which is not true). So jow, a month old mouse is going in the garbage. Microsoft makes poor hardware and will not support it. Do yourself a favor and stay away- You'd be better off with a generic no-name mouse.

Mouse did not last long. After a few months either the dongle or the mouse failed.

When I plugged it in, it worked just fine about a couple weeks. But now it didn't work at all. It's only $20 so it's not the end of the world...I just wish it would've lasted longer.

This thing didn't even last 60 days before breaking. I would not recommend.

It worked ok for about 2 months and then wouldn't work at all

This mouse was working great when I first started using it but wants to quit working continuously. I have changed the batteries 3 times and it is less than 6 months old.

I had it for about a week and a half before the usb part of it messed up and now it doesn't work. i loved it up until that point. i pulled the usb part out of my laptop and the circuit board inside became detached from the encasing. So, i haven't had a chance to take it back because i work so many hours. and by the time I do get a chance, Best Buy, will probably say it's too late.

I bought this mouse and it lasted only a month before it crashed on me. Very disappointed in what I thought was a good product from an established company like Microsoft. Save your money on this one, I went back to using Logitech wireless mouse and no problems.
