I bought this for my daughter for Christmas and at the time she had an iPhone 10 Max in a case. When she put it on the charger it charged no problem no matter how she laid it on the pad. Now she has the iPhone 13 Max Pro in a case (neither were otter box case) and she said it still charges great but she has to place it on a certain way in a certain position for it to charge. She is thinking it’s probably the case and is keeping the pad.

i have a hard time connecting to phone with a otter box it is a thick case but it does work. the phone gets hot when charging but it works well.

Easy to use. Wish it was MagSafe compatible so the phone is less likely to slip off the charging base. The phone just rests on top of the pad. I like that the pad is covered in soft textile. Almost like a wool. This protects the phone from scratches.

Needed a charger for the office, and this works perfectly. Every time you need to put the phone down, simply place it on this, and keeps it charge all day. It's nice, sleek and hardly takes up any space. A BIG applause for this coming with a wall adapter. I literally let the Samsung pass since it doesn't come with a wall adapter, super weird. So, definitely get one of these.

Great wireless charging pad. There are a couple things I would have to say about it though. It does take a lot longer to charge with this versus the cord. The other thing is I have Jabra wireless charging ear buds and I can not use this to charge them. They get hot and it stops charging them. I would recommend this for phones if you just like to let it sit and walk away. Other items be careful with.

Bought this for my niece who has the new flip phone. She says it works well and she definitely likes having it. The only issue is that she has to remove her case to charge. That is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.

Cute charger beside my bed. Charging fast also. Only i need to remove iPhone case so a little effort especially when you are sleepy

Chsrgers faster than my previous. Hard to charge if phone has anbulky case

Products works well for non magnetic chi phones kinda falls flat for newer one. otherwise this device works as intended

Thought this would work with my new iPhone which has a case, unfortunately it wouldn’t even try to connect. I tried it on my son’s phone connected for a few seconds then not again. Had to take it back. Said it would work but didn’t.

Doesn't charge any of my Android devices, headphones, or anything else that wirelessly charges with other devices. The BEST part is that I had to go out of town right after I bought it and I didn't get around to testing the wireless charger before the return window ended- my fault. But now I'm stuck with a piece of garbage that just makes all my devices, with our without cases, hot to the touch and zero increase in charge. Worst mobile product I've ever purchased. Oh yeah, and it comes with some ridiculous proprietary charging port- have your engineers heard of USB-C? I just wish I could get my money back not so I'd have it, but just so Mophie wouldn't.

Seems to work well, didn’t realize it was just a 110 plug. Was hoping to use in a vehicle but not possible

works ok, Bought others but the iphone 12pro max in a otter box case would not work on others less than 10w. It took 15w to work to charge wireless.

So far so good. Won’t work with pop socket but will charge with regular case.

Charges my IPhone 12 pro well. However you have to make sure you phone is on the pad properly otherwise it will not charge.

This provided us with a charger that can be used for the iPhone and the S10. Works with the phones in a case.

Worth every penny Actually wish I would’ve bought two but I’m very happy with the one I have works exactly how I want and how advertised

I purchased this charging pad for my Apple AirPods. It does not work for them. I was disappointed as the salesman said that it would charge them. It only works for my IPhone.
