I have had Mr. Coffees for years. They are simple, work as expected and make good coffee. They typically last ~3 years, but that is 3 years of heavy use. One weak point - the base under the carafe tends to rust after a while.

It works but I would not buy this again due to some odd design choices. First, the removable filter basket has a notch that is supposed to connect with the decanter. It hangs down too far making it difficult to remove and replace the decanter without dripping or spilling. Every time I replace the decanter, it hits the notch first and I have to wiggle it to get it back on the hot plate correctly. Second, the chrome finish on the button panel is reflective making it impossible to read the words on the panel. You either have to stand at a certain angle to block the light or cover the panel with your hand so you can read it. Third, the clock does not have a back light. It's hard enough to read as is but without a back light there is really no point in having it at all. Fourth, the measure marks on the decanter don't match the marks on the water reservoir. If you fill the decanter to 4 cups and pour it in the reservoir, it comes to about 2 1/2. You have to fill the decanter to almost 6 to make it to the 4 cup line in the reservoir, which returns 4 cups of coffee. Other than all this, it works... so far. The temperature is fine and the brewing time is normal apart from what others have said about it being slow.

This is a very nice looking coffee pot at a great price. Item was well packaged and works as expected. I like the indicator lights that show if it’s programmed to brew in the morning and also if you chose regular or strong. I also like the overall appearance. The customer service at my local Best Buy store in Slidell LA was top notch. I was greeted upon entering and when leaving the store and I was promptly checked out by someone at the pick up desk. I also got a nice letter from the manager thanking me for my business. It’s been a while since I had visited Best Buy but I look forward to returning after this pleasant experience. I will update this review should any problems arise with this coffee pot. My review is only based on using it today but so far, I’m happy!

The previous coffee maker that I had was the same model and style and it lasted over 9 years, I estimated it made over 3400 pots of coffee. When the old one gave out I found this one at Best Buy and purchased it. It makes great coffee and fits under my cabinets very nicely, I can actually leave the top lid open to dry out inside. The timer works well and also the cleaning feature is nice. For the price a very good coffee maker, I hope they keep making it.

I am very pleased with my new coffeemaker. It was easy to set up and the features are awesome. The price was affordable. The product will keep your coffee hot and tasty.

Overall it makes great coffee ☕. Excellent quality machine, price was great.

It's easy to use. Keep my coffee fresh no matter if I leves the coffee in the glass cafetera.

It gets the job done quick and easy. Once you add the coffee then the water. Turn it on and whalaaaa! Coffee in less than 3 minutes tops and I am not lying. Great machine, cute and great price. Mr. Coffee does it again!!!!

This is one of the best coffee maker i have ever baught. No drips or spill, easy to set up and clean, keeps coffee warm and the water filter withen even makes the quality and taste of the coffee great. Will definitely buy again and also will recomend.

Beautiful and efficient! I love this coffee maker! Love that it is programmable, so my coffee is ready as soon as I get up.

Not a good coffee maker, there is so many moving parts to this little thing and none of it makes sense. It comes with this disk that goes into two pieces that serves that just extra filter and then the whole front of the coffee maker is very tiny writing and what's in digital format doesn't light up so you really can't see it. I don't like this coffee maker at all.

This coffee pot has been a great replacement to my old pot which died suddenly. It's easy to load, brews quickly, and makes a great cup of coffee!

I love this coffee maker so much more than my cuisinart! It’s not messy. The carafe seems to pour “cleaner” (doesn’t drip when I pour). I love that the reservoir has markings on the outside so I can see how much water I’ve poured. Makes a great cup of coffee!

For a drip coffee maker it's so easy to use, but one little mistake inserting that basket and it's a huge mess.

Love it would recommend this coffee maker to who ever is looking for one!!!!

All I wanted was a basic decent quality coffee pot. The first pot i made was just fine. I tried several times after that and found the pot doesnt activate the drip from the bottow of the filter carrier correctly. I know I'm probably not using the proper terms to decribe its parts. To sum up, the coffee doesnt drip into the pot properly. The coffee overflows and gets everywhere. What a total disaster of a pot. I dont want to hear any suggestions on how make it work right. Coffee pots are nothing new. This should be the simplest process on thr planet. Unbelievable epic fail.

This coffeemaker looks expensive but it’s very affordable and it works really well.
