This is a great computer for editing 4k videos and gaming. If you think you may need more memory ram you can do it the max i think is 128GB. Also, you can add two internal hard drives on this pc i will recommend you not going over 10TB because the levels of heat could increase (also consider the noise that would make) If you have any questions about this product before buying it i will strongly recommend you talk to their Tech support.

As someone who used to build my own computers, I wasn’t sure what to expect from a prebuilt system. However, after using this machine, I’m blown away by the quality and performance. It has completely changed my perspective, and if all prebuilts are like this one, I’ll never go back to building my own. Pros: • Performance: This computer runs everything I throw at it effortlessly. Whether it’s gaming, video editing, or multitasking with multiple applications open, it never skips a beat. The high-end components are clearly well-chosen. • Build Quality: The case design is clean and well-ventilated, with no sign of overheating even during heavy usage. The cable management is impeccable, much better than what I’ve seen in some DIY builds. • Convenience: I didn’t have to spend hours sourcing parts, building, or troubleshooting. It arrived ready to go, and I was up and running in minutes. • Upgrade Potential: While it’s prebuilt, it’s not locked down. The system is fully upgradeable, allowing me to swap out parts as needed in the future. • Quiet Operation: Despite the powerful hardware, this system runs quietly, even under load. The cooling setup is efficient without being loud. Cons: • Cost: It’s slightly more expensive than building it myself, but considering the convenience and quality of the assembly, I’m more than happy to pay the premium. • Software: It came with some pre-installed software that I didn’t need, but it was easy to remove. All in all, I’m extremely satisfied with this purchase. If this is the standard for prebuilt machines, I’m sold! The experience was hassle-free, and the performance is top-tier. I’ll definitely keep buying prebuilt from now on. Highly recommended!

Insanely powerful. I can play whatever i want at 4k 60/144fps while recording/streaming. Do remember that a pc like this will give off significantly more heat than a low or mid range pc! You will notice the difference and it may require a floor fan to circulate air in the room better. Aside from the temperature, the performance is above and beyond what i hoped for with the 4080S, 14900 cpu, and 64gb DDR5. If you can afford it, go for it!

For the price of this I would have expected it to have wireless connection due to the wireless antenna it comes with and also stating the motherboard has built in Bluetooth and WiFi which it doesn’t due to it being outdated. The WiFi driver is outdated and only works with windows 10 which this pc comes pre installed with windows 11. The motherboard which is a pro 760 doesn’t have compatible drivers for windows 11 which means you can’t connect this pc to WiFi and only the Bluetooth works. Everything else on this pc works fantastic but not being able to connect to WiFi was a big issue for me. If you want WiFi be sure to stay away from the msi b760-vc motherboard unless you plan on going back to windows 10.

I recently purchased the MSI Aegis RS Gaming Desktop from Best Buy (link), expecting a high-performance machine for gaming and professional work. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. Stability Issues from the Start: Right out of the box, the desktop had serious stability issues. It frequently crashed during basic tasks and gaming sessions, rendering it unreliable for any consistent use. Despite updating all drivers and firmware, the system continued to crash unpredictably. Poor Tech Support: When I reached out to MSI's tech support, I was met with slow responses and a lack of urgency. For example, in my support ticket, I detailed the constant crashing and provided error logs hoping for a swift resolution. It took several days to receive a generic response suggesting I reinstall Windows—a step I had already taken without success. In another instance, I asked if the issues could be related to the Intel i9 CPU or motherboard compatibility. The support team's reply was dismissive, merely stating that the hardware should be compatible without offering any in-depth troubleshooting or acknowledgment of potential known issues. Lack of Information on Known Intel i9 CPU Issues: I later discovered through online forums that there are known stability issues with certain Intel i9 CPUs when paired with specific hardware configurations. MSI failed to provide any information or guidance on these known issues. This lack of transparency made the troubleshooting process more frustrating and time-consuming than it needed to be. Examples from Support Tickets: Ticket #001: Reported frequent system crashes. Advised to update drivers—already done prior to contacting support. Ticket #002: Asked about potential CPU compatibility issues. Received a vague response with no acknowledgment of known problems. Ticket #003: Requested a possible hardware replacement or in-depth diagnostic support. Suggested I take the desktop to a service center at my own expense. Conclusion: The combination of an unstable product, poor tech support, and a lack of information about known issues has made my experience with the MSI Aegis RS Gaming Desktop extremely disappointing. For a high-end gaming system, this level of performance and customer service is unacceptable. I expected better from MSI and cannot recommend this product to others.
