I had to return the laptop. Cons- it’s not 17 inches, it’s 14inch. The title needs to be corrected. They should not advertise gaming or video editing for this computer. Way too slow. Pro- The computer is well built. Light and portable. Simple and sleek. Great for light web searching like a chrome book.

Ordered the Modern 14 as a light gaming computer earlier this year. The pros: clean, user friendly, easy to use, the locked CPU includes a boost feature when power is demanded, easy on power, and has a great resolution (roughly 2K). Along with SSDDR4 RAM which matches the speed of the SSD for faster computing, and loading of programs/games. Will handle any, and all light work you can throw at it. The cons: No optical drive, small internal SSD (maxed out mine in less than a month.), can't take whatever you throw at it, some of the keys need a harder press than others, and the 6 core processor could be beefed up to an 8 core. This laptop isn't compatible with the dragon center, can run rough while gaming. All in all, if you need something for the office, school, on the go, business meetings, and the like, then this is for you.

Great overall laptop that is perfect for light 1080p gaming, and as well gets the job done with ease when it comes to browsing and using the Microsoft suite. Love the backlit keys and beautiful IPS display. --ps you can go in and add an additional stick of ram and as well replace the current one :)
