The best choice in Mini-ATX
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I recently upgraded my build with the Intel Z790 Mini-ATX DDR5 Wi-Fi 6E Motherboard, and let me just say—this little powerhouse has exceeded all my expectations. Here’s my experience after a few weeks of use: Pros: Compact Yet Powerful: Despite its Mini-ATX size, this board packs serious punch! It has all the features you’d expect from a high-end full-sized board, but in a much smaller footprint. Perfect for my compact build without sacrificing performance. DDR5 Support: I was excited to move to DDR5, and this board didn’t disappoint. With support for the latest DDR5 RAM, the memory speeds are blazing fast, and it really helps with multitasking and high-demand applications. Wi-Fi 6E: The built-in Wi-Fi 6E is a game-changer. I’m consistently getting rock-solid wireless connectivity and ridiculously fast speeds, even when gaming or streaming in high quality. It’s perfect for those who don’t want to deal with Ethernet cables. Great for Overclocking: For such a small board, the overclocking potential is fantastic. I was able to push my 13th Gen Intel CPU and RAM beyond stock speeds without a hitch. The BIOS is intuitive and makes fine-tuning your system easy, even if you're not an overclocking expert. Connectivity: Tons of USB ports, including USB 3.2 and Thunderbolt support, give me all the connectivity I need for peripherals and external storage. It’s great having this level of versatility on such a compact board. Cons: Limited Expansion: Being a Mini-ATX board, you’ll have fewer PCIe slots compared to larger boards. If you’re planning to add multiple GPUs or expansion cards, this might not be the board for you. However, for a single GPU build like mine, it’s perfect. Price: It’s a bit pricey for a Mini-ATX board, but the features and future-proofing (with DDR5 and Wi-Fi 6E) make it worth the investment if you

So far, MSI is my go to!!!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Let me start with I have Msi motherboard in a Tower case. And I like it. Before I bought it, the reviews are pretty bad on here for this motherboard which is a little surprising Because it knocks my original MSI motherboard out of the water. It was updated to the newest bios so I can use a 14th gen cpu out of the box. I did not have to tweak the bios too much. Running like a champ so far so good.

Too expensive for what you get
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Board is ok but for expensive as it is I expected at least two fan headers and a better m.2 interface. I should have purchased the gigabyte board.

Good when it Works
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had it for a little less than a year, ran Good until i replaced my CPU, I started having random freezes and eventually it stopped working completely. Decided to just buy another because i didnt want to wait for RMA . The second unit had usb power delivery issues. Overall it was fine when it worked, could have just been my copies. I'd say its decent for ITX builds if you manage to get a Working board. It was easy to build on and easy to update the bios whenever its needed. If you dont need an ITX motherboard you should probably get something else. Decide to go with another board after returning this one.
