I ordered thsi laptop and it said it would take 1 week to get here but in reality it took 1 month and when i opened there were keys that just fell off of the keyboard and the mouse pad was cracked and the screen haf cracks in it and I repeatedly called customer service to get a return and complete refund which they denied and this is outrageous considering the $4,000 price tag and when i turned it on it would not even boot it just went to the startup screen and then would crash and that happened about 35-40 times so if you want a good gaming laptop dont get this one

I bought this laptop less then 1 week ago and it has repeatedly blue screened with a WFD_Violation code. It has happened over 40 times I call the tech support and they were looking at it. They disconnected the remote veiw with no explanations and did not call me.
