Positives: The glossy touch screen looks amazing, with great contrast, a qhd/2k resolution, 16x10 ratio, and a 120hz refresh rate, the 2in1 display is incredibly useful and the included pen works great, no pairing needed, the num pad is incredibly useful, and does not intrude too much on the keyboard's space/layout, and this spec packs decent performance even with modern games, especially for a 2in1 laptop. Negatives: Battery performance, even in ultra power savings mode, will not get you through the day unless you make changes in the laptop's BIOS (by pressing delete/F12) so you will need to bring a charger with you, the fan is pretty loud unless you are on silent/super battery mode, and the screen can arrive with some spots that are slightly brighter than others

It is Heavy but very fast and incredible graphics.

Beautiful laptop. I've gone through a lot of different laptops over the years, but never tried MSI or any of the other "parts" companies. I built my last desktop with MSI components, so decided to give this a try. Love the variety and number of ports, and in real life, the specs seem to make for a fast and beautiful machine. Pen was included. Many companies still selling the "old" model, but this one has the latest updates to the hardware and has minimal "junk" software - none really, other than Norton which I uninstalled. Seems to run very cool, which I think is due to the latest hardware upgrade to the cooling system. Screen is beautiful and just the right size between a 15" and a 17" monster. Very happy with my choice.

I was hesitant to buy this brand, not knowing much about it. Apparently, they make gaming computers, so I took a chance. This might be the best laptop I have ever owned. It is great. Fast, easy to type on, quiet and holds a nice charge.

Great laptop. It does everything! The pen and touch screen works well. I thought 16" would be too big, but it's perfect. The display has excellent brightness. 32GB RAM is crazy out of the box. I can use it for gaming too with the RTX video card. Like I said this laptop can do everything well. I haven't had any heating issues and fans are quiet unless under huge load. Fairly light weight for the size too.

Boots up fast. Runs every day apps well, gets hot from the Nvidia graphics card if it switches to it. With iris it doesn’t. Graphics don’t clock to the potential of the graphics card, still trying to determine why.

I am in love with its Ny new computer. It’s fast, beautiful display and the keyboard is perfect. I had To buy another for my husband.

It's fast and light. I would have given it five stars except the sound is really low compared to my old HP. I don't think you should have to buy an external speaker just to hear things. I've updated everything possible and it's just how it is. I also wish there was a large SD slot and more USB slots. I would purchase it again.

This laptop has a comfortable keyboard which has a good feel to it when typing. The screen hindge is solid ,moves with friction not loose or sloppy. Screen can be flipped backwards flat or any where in between. Screen is amazing. Sound is fantastic. Very satisfied with it's performance. Touch screen works well. It charges quickly. Touch pad is accurate and easy to use. But i prefer to use a usb mouse. Love the usb C and usb 2, 3 inputs . I have used the hdmi output with a larger monitor at home and am very pleased with that option. Ie. Had to go into setup to get the camera to operate, I love the micro usb slot I have not been able to get the headphonejack to work yet, but i must confess i haven't looked into it much. But i will. I recommend this laptop with confidence

The laptop gets very hot and I would not recommend placing it on your lap directly. The screen is also pretty wobbly. If it is moved at all while folded backwards, it has a high chance of falling. Overall, I'm satisfied with its performance and the pen.

Great laptop! looks great and the flip touchscreen is a plus

After setting up the laptop I discovered that the keyboard was not working. I returned the laptop and exchanged for a different manufacturer.
